간호사가 인식하는 내부마케팅이 고객지향성과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of the internal marketing perception on customer orientation and the organizational citizenship behavior of clinical nurses. Methods: The participants were 184 nurses working in 3 tertiary hospital in B city and Y city in South Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson"s correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 25 program. Results: The mean score for the total internal marketing was 2.85 points. Internal marketing of nurses had a statistically significant positive correlation with customer orientation (r=.44, p<.001) and organizational citizenship behavior (r=.39, p<.001). Communication of internal marketing had significant influences on customer orientation (β=.49) and organizational citizenship behavior (β=.41). Conclusion: These results suggest a need to increase efforts of hospital organizations to increase internal marketing. Further, in order to enhance customer orientation and organizational citizenship behavior, strategies for improving internal marketing and promoting communication should be established.

Purpose: The objective of this study is to identify factors associated with perceived health status of married immigrant women. Methods: Data were collected from 65 married immigrant women. The measurements were Symptom checklist-48, Acculturative Stress Scale, Parenting Stress Index(PSI), and Personal Resource Questionnaire(PQR). Descriptive, T-test, ANOVA test, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyses were used. Results: There were significant differences in perceived health status according to satisfaction with the married life(F=8.819, p=0.000), and help from husband(F=6.308, p=.003). There was also a significant relationship between perceived health status and perceived economic status (F=8.006, p=.001), acculturative stress (r=.560, p<.01), parenting stress (r=.662, p<.01) and social support (r=-.289, p<.05). The result of multiple regression analysis showed a significant association of parenting stress with perceived health status of married immigrant women (β=0.397, p=0.037). Conclusion: Comprehensive interventions designed to enhance the health of married immigrant women, including prevention of acculturative stress, parenting stress and improving social support may be helpful in mitigating health in married immigrant women.

유치원교사의 음악에 대한 전문적 자질 및 자질향상노력과 음악교수능력과의 관계

본 연구는 유치원교사의 음악에 대한 전문적 자질 및 자질향상노력과 음악교수능력 간의 관계를 조사함으로써 유아음악교육에 대한 이해를 높이고 유치원교사의 교수능력향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 경기지역에 소재한 유치원교사 144명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 상관분석과 일원변량 분석으로 결과를 해석하였다. 본 연구의 연구문제에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원교사의 음악에 대한 전문적 자질과 자질향상노력, 음악에 대한 전문적 자질과 음악교수능력, 자질향상노력과 음악교수능력이 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 유치원교사의 음악교수능력이 음악에 대한 자질수준에 따라 증가하는 양상을 보였다. 셋째, 유치원교사의 음악교수능력이 음악에 대한 자질향상노력수준에 따라 증가하는 양상을 보였다. This study analyzes the relationships between professional traits, teaching ability, and efforts to improve teaching skills among early childhood teachers in music. If intends to provide a better understanding of music teaching and basic data for kindergarten education. For this purpose, 144 kindergarten teachers in Gyeonggi-do were selected to answer a questionnaire regarding music education. The questions were organized into three major areas, such as kindergarten teachers' teaching abilities, their professional traits and their efforts to improve teaching skills. Demographic variables were also included to find out individual differences. The major results of Frequency and Correlation Analyses, one-way ANOVA and the Scheffe test using the SPSS WIN 14.0 are as follows: 1) Pearson's correlation analysis reveals significantly positive relationships between kindergarten teachers' teaching abilities, their professional traits, and their efforts to improve their teaching skills. 2) Teachers' teaching ability is significantly increased as the level of their professional traits is raised. 3) Teachers' teaching capacity is also significantly increased as teachers make an effort to improve their teaching skills.

그림책에 나타난 대중목욕탕 공간의 의미

본 연구는 국내 창작 유아 그림책에 나타난 대중목욕탕 공간을 분석하여 의미를 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 대중목욕탕이 등장하는 그림책 5권을 선정하고 질적 내용분석방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 그림책에 나타난 목욕탕 공간은 유아의 놀이욕구를 해소하는 공간, 이웃과 이웃의 경계를 넘어서는 만남의 공간, 현실과 환상을 연결해주는 공간으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 유아가 경험하는 공간 중 하나인 대중목욕탕이 그림책에 어떻게 묘사되어 있는지를 알 수 있었으며 유아들이 목욕탕 공간과 어떠한 관계맺음을 하는지를 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 유아가 대중목욕탕 공간을 어떻게 인식하고 유아의 경험과 관련지을 수 있는지 이해하도록 도울 수 있다는 점에서 의미를 갖는다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the public bath space shown in domestic children"s picture books and examine its significance. For this purpose, five picture books with public baths were selected and analyzed using a qualitative content analysis method. As a result, the bath space shown in the picture books became a space for children to relax their desire to play, a meeting place across the boundaries of neighbors and neighborhoods, and a space connecting reality and fantasy. With the results of this study, how the public bath, which is one of the spaces experienced by children, is represented in picture books was explained. These study results have implications in that they can be used to help children perceive public bath space to understand how it is associated with their experience.

유치원 교사의 동작교수 효능감 형성에 미치는 동작교육 경험에 관한 연구

본 연구는 유치원 교사의 동작교수 효능감 형성에 미치는 동작교육에 관한 경험이 어떠한 특성을 보이는지를 알아보기 위한 것이었다. 연구 결과 동작교수 효능감이 높은 교사들은 직전교육에서 긍정적인 경험을 하였던 반면, 동작교수 효능감이 낮은 교사들은 한 명의 교사를 제외하고는 모두 부정적인 경험을 하였던 것으로 나타났다. 현장에서의 동작교육 지도경험은 직전교육에서의 경험을 바탕으로 현장에서 진행한 동작활동에서 긍정적인 경험이 효능감에 영향을 주고 있었다. 현직교육 경험에 있어서는 효능감이 높은 교사들이 자기 발전은 위한 연수 참여에 적극적이었으며, 효능감에 관계없이 교사들 모두 구조적인 동작을 그대로 따라하는 율동 위주의 연수에 대해 부정적인 반응을 보였다. 연구 결과에 근거하여 동작교수 효능감 향상을 위한 교사교육에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze experience of movement education of kindergarten teachers, according to their degree of movement teaching efficacy belief. The results of this study were that teachers with high efficacy belief had positive experiences, while those with low efficacy belief, except only one teacher, had negative experiences in the pre-service education. Among the movement education experience, the positive experience of the movement class, which was performed in the field based on the experience of pre-service education in the teaching profession, was influencing on the efficacy belief. Moreover, teachers with high efficacy belief were more active in the in-service education experience for their self-development. All teachers, regardless of the efficacy belief, showed negative reactions about movement education workshops focusing on the activity, which followed the structural movement only. Therefore, the educational implications of teacher education are also discussed.

유치원 교사의 대학(교)에서의 동작교육 수강 만족도와 유아동작교육에 대한 인식 및 개선방안

본 연구는 유치원 교사의 대학(교)에서의 동작교육 교과 수강 후 만족도와 현재 유아동작교육에 대한 인식을 조사해 보고, 유아동작교육에 대한 문제점 그리고 효과적 동작교육을 위한 개선방안을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 부산광역시와 울산광역시에 소재한 공ㆍ사립 유치원 교사 271명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원 교사의 배경변인에 따라 대학(교)에서의 동작교육 교과 수강 후 만족도에 차이가 있는지를 살펴본 결과, 학력에 따른 차이는 없었으나 경력에 따른 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 경력이 적을수록 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사의 배경변인에 따라 유아동작교육에 대한 인식에 차이가 있는지를 살펴본 결과, 학력에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았고, 경력이 적을수록 인식이 높게 나타나는 내용영역들이 있었다. 셋째, 동작교육 지도 시 어려운 점과 효과적 동작수업을 위해 필요하다고 느끼는 점, 대학(교)에서의 동작교육 교과에 대해 부족한 점과 보충해야할 점에 대한 교사의 의견을 알아본 결과, 동작교육 교재교구 개발과 교사연수에 대한 요구가 높은 것으로 나타났다. Seeking to provide a basis for developing sound movement education-curriculum in University and movement education in early childhood education centers, this study explores the kindergarten teachers' satisfaction about movement education-curriculum in university and recognition about movement education. A questionnaire presented to reachers on satisfaction about movement education-curriculum in university and recognition about movement education were analyzed. 300 kindergarten teachers were randomly selected from Busan and Ulsan city. The means and differences were analyzed by ANOVA and t-test. The results of this study are as follow. First, satisfaction about movement education-curriculum in university was significantly different among teaching careers. But there were no significant differences between academic degrees. Second, recognition about movement education was significantly different among teaching careers. But there were no significant differences between academic degrees. Further educational implications and suggestions were discussed. Third, difficulties of teaching movement-education, requirements of effective movement courses and the satisfaction about movement education-curriculum in university show that needs for development of various teaching materials of movement education and teachers' training courses are high.
