        Recently retail market has been rapidly expanded in the large cities of in Korea and the competition among individual companies in retail market is also being increased. Tenant MD of mixing is one of the most import!ant factor for the company to continuously operate or to fail. The aim of this study is to examine the processes of systematically eval!uating the merchandising of the established companies in retail market a part of chain operation in discount store. The basic problem of decision making in general and tenant MD of mixing in particular is to choose a best one in a set of competing alternatives that are eval!uated under conflicting criteria. The purpose of research of a paper carries out a duty searching examination with making a tenant MD include by retail research, simultaneously defined when I will show an example for the tenant mix of the profitability side of the domestic discount store market which is tenant MD import!ance proposing the existing problem arrangement by chain operation management, and is intensifying - tenant MD of standardization in discount store of T-company.

        The Purpose of this paper of comparative study will he useful to management strategy and operation method related companies as basic data. According to this study, American and European discount retailer do not demonstrate any superiority to their domestic counterpart, E company. In particular, they are inferior to E company in terms of sales volume, number of stores and sales efficiency. But, they do demonstrate a goof result on income statement stability, earning power, activity side. A part of localization-improvement MD(VMD) and convenience service, and then well-matched standardization. It is true that American and European discount retailer have highly advanced strategies and operation skill of know how, extensive capital, even though they do not yet show superiority in the Korea Market. It is expected that foreign discount retailer will gain competitiveness in the Korean market with demonstrate learning effect.

        전통시장 안전성 확보를 위한 개선방안: 화재보험 가입실태를 중심으로

        Concerning the risk factors of the outbreak of a fire in a traditional market, most of those markets are located in downtown areas or residential areas; thus, although their location may be favorable in terms of marketability, they face a potential risk in that a fire may develop into a large blaze owing to poor environment or the absence of facilities prepared for disaster during a fire. Moreover, as many people are densely poised in the markets, it is very probable that a fire may occur owing to the excessive use of heaters in the winter as well as the reckless use of electric and gas facilities. It seems that traditional markets encounter difficulty being insured against fire, because of their vulnerability and that the vast majority of small-scale sellers are likely to suffer mental anguish and tremendous physical injury in case of a fire. However, most of those sellers in the traditional markets are hand-to-mouth sellers, and they lack awareness of safety concerns and have insufficient experience in safe facility management. As small-scale sellers constitute the majority in the traditional market, the subscription rate of fire insurance in most of the traditional markets is low for the reasons of their needy circumstances and their financial burden. Statistically, the subscription by street vendors is non-existent; therefore, these vendors have a fairly limited access to indemnification after fire damage. Because of these problems, this study’s purpose is to identify the current level of insurance subscription by these markets, which are exposed to poor facilities and vulnerability to fire. In order to fix this, it appears that shop owners and consumers will have to band together. For this study, we executed a fire policyholder fact-finding mission at traditional markets with approximately 108 and 981 stores. The research method was executed by an investigation using one-on-one individual interviews using a questionnaire. The contents investigated current insurance subscriptions. The method of analysis looked at the difference of insured amount according to volume size through cross-tabulation of the difference of insured amount by possession form, difference of insured amount by market form, difference of insured amount by category of business, difference of insured amount by market size, etc. Furthermore, the study should be used to propose solutions for problems through theoretical review with the use of a literature research, because the field case study was through interviews with the persons concerned, and the survey of the current insurance subscriptions by traditional market shopkeepers. The traditional market would generally have difficulty affording fire insurance. Fire insurance subscription rates of most of the market proved to be inactive, because of the economic burden of payment. Lack of funds is thought to be the main factor that causes a lack of realization about the necessity of fire insurance. In addition to expensive insurance premiums, sometimes, the companies’ valuation of the businesses is lower than their actual valuations, and they do not pay out enough during a claim. The research presents an improvement plan that, when presented at the traditional markets, may strengthen their ability to procure fire insurance through the help of the central government. Researchers connected with the traditional market mainly accomplish the initial research. However, although this research has its limitations, it offers considerable benefits. For future researchers, I would suggest looking at several regions for comparison.

        As part of the government's efforts to stabilize the people's livelihood in response to the economic downturn arising from the global financial crisis, this research focuses on a more efficient and appropriate political operation of gift certificate issuance (Onnuri, Hope Labor, regional gift certificates) to support the socially disadvantaged class and increase the income of less affluent regions to stimulate local economy through employment opportunities. This study extends beyond a short-term solution for distributors in traditional markets to provide a framework to improve regional competitiveness.

        본 연구는 ‘재미(Fun)’를 통해 사용자의 긍정적 행동변화를 유도하는 ‘펀 디자인’의 전략들을 분석한다. 펀 디자인 전략에는 크게 트리거, 피드백, 소셜 인터랙션이 있다. 트리거는 매체의 유형과 시청각적 요소들로 이루어져 있으며, 피드백은 비물질적, 물질적 피드백으로 구분된다. 연구 결과 트리거는 사용자의 호기심을 유발하여 참여를 이끌어 내는 역할을 하였고, 피드백은 행동에 대한 보상과 지속적인 행동을 유도하는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 소셜 인터랙션 전략은 펀 디자인이 감정적 맥락에서의 재미 뿐 아니라 사회적인 맥락 안에서 사용자 간의 소통을 형성한다.

        As an alternative plan for preventing elderly suicides and the physical and mental pain of single elders that are increasingly becoming isolated by families and society, the cohabitation of the elderly with pets that are recognized as a concept of partners in human life and companions has been proposed. Pets not only reduce the sense of loneliness for single elders, they also provide positive effects to health improvement as they encourage the elderly who lack sufficient exercise to live a well-regulated life. However, the issue of cleanliness such as the hair and foul smell from pets that could cause harm to the health of the elderly with reduced level of immunity due to the aging process must absolutely be resolved when living together with pets. As a solution to solve the issue of cleanliness such as the hairs and foul smell from pets living in homes, this study proposes an automatic, personalized window opening and closing service by using the life-log of the resident. This study deals with a one-on-one personalized service that reflects the various characteristics of the resident based on the actions of the resident. Such one-on-one personalized service provides an opportunity to improve the resident’s level of satisfaction inside the home by providing a flexible service while taking into consideration the lifestyle and circumstances of the resident.
