The 7th Educational Reform caused new reforms in school facilities. This study proposes a design guide for facilities planning reflected upon the difference between low & high grade children. A POE was conducted on Yongma Elementary school to verify the differences between grade 3 and 6. It analyzed the questionnaires and compare with the existing campus conditions and suggests some remedies.

In this proposed study, observing and analyzing contrast enhanced abdominal CT images, we segmented the liver automatically. Because each organ has a gray value range of its own and its different ratio, in this study, we segmented the organ from the noise part with this gray value portion. We computed the ratio of each gray value from the estimated gray value range. With the average value of mesh image, we distinguished the liver from the noise parts. We represented the organ with mesh images and made a template that is the rough outline of the organ. In the location searching process, that is to find the organs location, we traced not only the organ itself but also the separated organ. To represent the outline of the organ, we used the subtraction method from the binary image, so that even the tip of the organ could be represented minutely. With the proposed opening and closing methods in this paper, we reduced the runtime of the process in comparison with the existing algorithm.

The experiment was conducted to establish the blanching culture of chicon expected to become exporting crop, for preventing Korea from importing the foreign chicon and increasing the growers' profits, the days of blanching culture are based on the 5 treatments such as 10 days, 15 days, 20 days, 25 days, and 30 days. In the blanching culture days of chicory, the growth was good as blanching culture days were longer, there were too many outer leaves, and the ratio of bolting was 16% on the 25 days, 30% on the 30 days. On the 10th day, the weight of chicon was light, the hardness was low, the density was low. The quality of chicon had no differences among the treatments. Therefore, the optimal condition for blanching culture of chicory is that the days of blanching culture is 20 days. 본 실험은 수출 유망 품목으로 부상하고 있는 치콘에 대한 연백재배 기술을 확립하여 농가에 보급함으로서 치콘의 수입 대체 효과와 수출을 통한 외화를 획득하여 농가 소득 증대를 목적으로 수행하였다. 연백 기간은 10일, 15일, 20일, 25일, 30일 간격의 5처리구하여 연백 일수에 따른 생육은 연백 일수가 길수록 양호하였으나 겉잎 수가 많았다. 추대율은 25일째와 30일째가 각각 16%, 30%로 나타났으며, 10일째는 치콘의 무게가 적고, 경도가 낮고, 치밀성이 낮아 상품성이 없었다. 품질은 처리구간에 일정한 경향을 보이지 않았다. 따라서 치콘을 연백재배하기 위한 적정 연백 일수는 20일로 나타났다.
