사물인터넷에서 역전파 신경망 기반 스마트 센싱 주기 제어

The “things” in IoT have sensors and actuators for monitoring their surroundings. They are powered through battery energy according to the characteristics of their deployed environment. In order to enhance the longevity of an IoT network, the devices working on battery power have to restrict unnecessary sensing operations. However, existing sensing methods are affected by the collected sensing data and have fixed sensing periods, leading to the inevitable waste of battery power. In this paper, a smart sensing period control is proposed for the IoT middleware MinT. The proposed method uses a learning model based on a back propagation neural network. Until the target time, it can make the best use of battery energy without surplus or waste in the range of the preserved bateery energy. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method shows enhanced results in terms of battery energy consumption compared to the existing static sensing period method. 사물인터넷에서 사물들은 센싱을 위한 센서 장치들과 액추에이터들을 포함하고 있으며, 이들은 배치되는 환경의 특성에 따라 배터리 전원을 사용하여 동작한다. 이런 환경에서 배터리 의존적인 사물들을 불필요한 센싱에 소비되는 전력을 줄이는 것이 사물인터넷의 영속성에 필수적이다. 그러나 기존 방식들에서는 수집되는 센싱 데이터에 영향을 받거나 고정적인 주기로 센싱하기 때문에 전력 낭비로 이어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 미들웨어 MinT를 활용하여 스마트 센싱 주기 제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 역전파 신경망을 통해 학습된 모델을 활용하여 제한된 전력을 잉여나 낭비 없이 목표하는 시점까지 최대한 소비할 수 있다. 실험을 통하여 제안된 방식의 배터리 에너지 소모 측면에서 기존의 정적 센싱 주기 방법들보다 개선된 성능을 보인다.

The number of processes in the manufacture of semiconductors, displays and solar cells is increasing. And as the processes is performed, multiple layers of films and various patterns are formed on the wafer. At this time, substrate warpage occurs due to the difference in stress between each film and pattern formed on the wafer. the substrate warping phenomenon occurs due to the difference in stress between each film and pattern formed on the wafer. We developed a new warpage measurement method to measure wafer warpage during real-time processing. We performed an experiment to measure the presence and degree of warpage of the substrate in real time during the process by adding only measurement equipment for applying additional electrical signals to the existing ESC and detecting the change of the additional electric signal. The additional electrical measurement signal applied at this time is very small compared to the direct current (DC) power applied to the electrostatic chuck whit a frequency that is not generally used in the process can be selectively used. It was confirmed that the measurement of substrate warpage can be easily separated from other power sources without affecting.

Nowadays, buildings have a tendency to go high rising and more diverse. Simultaneously, stone finish of building wall is increasing. In stone finish method, it was used wet process by mortar, but the main stream of this days is stone veneer paste method with use of an adhesive and steel bar. Wide used curtainwall methods are Convention Method, Paneling System and so on. But they have several demerits like building overweight, uneasy union with structure. The purpose of this study is developing lightweight stone veneer curtain wall for duration shortness, good construction and economy. For developing lightweight stone curtainwall with use of deck plate and light steel, it was examined the quality of stone and adhesive. The results of study are below ; 1) When penetrate protection agent is used for stone curtainwall, stone pollution from silicon adhesive can be prevented for long time. 2) As tension weight is going up, side of Bolt whole is cracked. and it failed at weight 400㎏f. When bolt is failed, stone of boltside shows corn shape. It says that stone tension of boltside brings bolt tension.

중모1012호'는 국립식량과학원 상주출장소에서 2010년도에 육성한 조생 고품질 고식미 내수발아성 중간모본으로 주요 특성과 수량성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 남부중산간지, 북부평야지 및 중산간지, 남부고냉지 및 동북부해안지 보통기 보비재배에서 평균 출수기가 7월 31일로 '오대벼'보다 2일 늦은 조생종이다. 2. 간장은 78 cm로 '오대벼'보다 크며, 수당립수는 많고 등 숙비율이 높은 중립종에 속한다. 3. 위조현상은 나타나지 않았으며 성숙기 하엽 Jungmo 1012' a new japonica rice intermediate parent developed from a cross between 'Sambaegbyeo'having a good eating-quality and lodging resistance, and 'u329' was developed by the rice breeding team of Sangju Substation, National Institute of Crop Science, Rural Development Administration in 2010. This variety has about 120 days growth duration from transplanting to harvesting in southern mid-mountainous area of Korea. It has 78 cm culm length and tolerance to lodging. In reaction to biotic and abiotic stresses, it shows strong resistance to blast and viviparous germination, but is susceptible to bacterial blight, virus diseases, and insect pests. The milled rice of 'Jungmo 1012'exhibit translucent, relatively clear non-glutinous endosperm and medium short grain. It has a little lower amylose content of 18.2%, and higher protein content of 6.3%, and good palatability of cooked rice compared with 'Odaebyeo' The milled rice yield performance of this variety is about 5.55 MT/ha in local adaptability test for three years. 'Jungmo 1012'will be adaptable to southern mid-mountainous of South Korea.
