본 논문에서는 임의 배열 안테나에 입사하는 다중 협대역 인코히런트 신호를 분리 추정하기 위한 분해능 향상 알고리즘을 제안한다. 도래각 추정 알고리즘의 분해능은 배열 안테나 개구면의 크기에 좌우되므로 분해능을 좋게 하기 위해서는 개구면을 크게 해야 한다. 그러나 실환경하에서 배열 안테나의 개구면 크기를 증기시키는 것은 비 실용적이므로 배열 안테나의 센서간격을 가상적으로 확장시킴으로서 개구면의 크기를 증가시키고 적절한 변환 행렬을 사용하여 이 가상 배열 안테나의 스티어링 행렬을 구하는 방안을 제시한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 비교분석한 결과 등간격 협대역 인코히런트 신호가 원형배열 안테나에 입사되었을 경우에 제안된 방법이 표준 MUSIC보다 뛰어난 분해성능을 보여주었다. In this paper, we propose a resolution enhancement method for estimating direction-of-arrival (DOA) of narrowband incoherent signals incident on a general array. The resolution of DOA algorithm is dependent on the aperture size of antenna array. But it is very impractical to increase the physical size of antenna array in real environment. Therefore we propose the method that increases the aperture size by virtually expanding the sensor spacing of original antenna array and then construct the steering matrix of the virtual array using the proper transformation matrix. Superior resolution capabilities achieved with this method are shown by simulation results in comparison with the standard MUSIC for incoherent signals incident on a uniform circular array.

In this paper, we present a performance improvement method for the direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation algorithm of the narrowband signals incident on a uniform circular array. It is very important to estimate the covariance matrix effectively because the performance of DOA algorithm mainly depends on the exactness of the sampel coveriance matrix which is computed from the received samples of signals. In case of uniform circular array with the even number sensors, the structure of the arrray has a useful geometrical property. Therefore we present the method which can estimate covariance matrix more effectively using this property. The simulation results are shown to demonstrate the superior perfodrmance obtained by the proposed covariance matrix estimation method relative to that of the conventional estimation method.

To overcome the crisis of Agriculture, it must increase the international competitive power and stress the rearing of regional agriculture which makes the regional specialization in producing like international division of agriculture. As a trial they drive Farmer’s Autonomous Project and this study’s aim is the seeking of the efficient drive way of it. This study is examined the relationship between Farmer’s Autonomous project and New Agricultural Policy, detected the details, charicteristics, of the problems Farmer’s Autonomous Project and found out the efficient drive way of it. Stressed the Farmer’s Autonomous Project is subjected to farmer or farmer's group. In New Agricultural Policy, the way to solve the problems of agriculture and farming villages is likely to put an emphasis on rearing the market farming, the farming corporate organizations, a small number of the best farmers. But due to agriculture has it’s own weakness, it is influenced by natural and regional conditions of location. So Farmer’'s Autonomous Project shoud be made by regional farmers because they knew about their region’s charcteristics. Farmer’s Autonomous Project must drive by a small number of the best farmers with the regional farmer rather than by the market farming or the farming corporate organizations. And through it reigional unit’s competition must be made. The problem of Farmer's Autonomous Project is a loan and a expenses which charges to the farmers. This disturbs the liberalization of Agricultural Policy. As a result, the Farmer’s Autonomous Project must drive by a small number of the best farmers and successors linking regional farmers in the crisis of agriculture.
