        서방성 Cephalexin - Eudragit 마이크로캅셀의 생물약제학적 평가

        Microcapsules(Mc) of cephalexin (CEPH), using Eudragit RS. RL, L, S and polyethylene glycol 1540, were evaluated biopharmaceutically. The area under the curve of CEPH-Eudragit RS/RL Mc administered orally once was larger than that of cephalexin powder twice every 6 hrs. Controlled-release effectiveness and the absorption rate effectiveness, two important parameters of Vallner's method, of CEPH-Eudragit RS/RL Mc indicate that these Mc can be good sustained-release preparations. And a simple pharmacokinetic model is introduced which allows the gastric emptying and intestinal-transit rates of a drug itself and a solid-state drug contained in Mc. Decreasing k, without change in k_a showed that the rate-limiting step of absorption moved from absorption step to release-step.

      • 도재의 표면처리가 인장접착강도에 미치는 영향

        도재의 표면처리방법이 브라켓의 인장접착강도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 120개의 Vita 도재시편을 군당 10개씩 12군으로 나눈 후, 1군은 표면처리를 시행하지 않았고, 2-5군은 단독표면처리 그리고 6-12군은 복합표면처리를 시행하였으며 그후 교정용 레진으로 통상적인 방법에 따라 브라켓을 접착하고나서 각 군의 인장접착강도를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. . 모든 단독표면처리군(G2,G3,G4,G5)은 표면처리를 하지않은 군(G1)보다 인장접착강도가 통계적으로 유의성 있는 증가(p<0.05)를 나타냈었으며, 단독표면처리군 중 샌드블라스팅군(G5)의 인장접착강도가 10.34± 2.50MPa로 가장 높았다. . 복합표면처리군 (G6,G7,G8,G9,G10,G11,G12)에서는 9-11.5MPa의 인장접착강도를 나타내었고 이들 상호간에는 통계적으로 유의차가 없었다. . 단독표면처리군 중 샌드블라스팅군(G5)은 복합표면처리군(G6-G12)과 통계적으로 유의차가 없었다. . 브라켓 탈락시에 도재파절은 어느 군에서도 일어나지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 도재에 브라켓을 접착하기 위해 표면을 처리할 때 임상에서 사용가능한 적절한 접착강도를 얻기 위해서는 샌드블라스팅으로 표면처리하거나 혹은 두가지 이상을 복합하여 표면처리하여야 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of surface treatment of porcelain on tensile bond strength. To accomplish this purpose, this study was carried out with 120 samples which were divided into 12 groups with each 10 samples, and the first group was not surface treated, groups 2 through 5 underwent single surface treatment, and groups 6 through 12 underwent compound surface treatment. The results were as follows: . In statistic, all the single surface-treated groups showed higher tensile bond strengthe than the non surface-treated group and the sandblasted group showed the highest tensile bond strength as 10.34±2.50MPa. . All the compound surface-treated groups showed no noticeable difference in the tensile bond strength(9-11.5MPa). . In statistic, no significant difference was found between the sandblasted group and the compound surface-treated groups. . There was no fracture of porcelain while testing in this study. Above study demonstrated that compound surface treatment or sandblasing, if used single surface treatment, should be employed to guarantee successful clinical application.

      • SULFAMINE 劑 分子化合物의 吸收에 關한 硏究

        The absorption of molecular compounds of sulfa-drugs was investigated in small intestine of rat in vitro and in situ to compare with their constituted sulfamines. The molecular compounds, as homosulfamine-sulfadiazine, homosulfamine-sulfathiazole and nicotinamide-sulfamerazine showed more increased absorption than constituted sulfamines. On the contrary, p-nitrophenol-sulfamerazine and sulfanilamide-berberine hydrochloride did reversed effects. No difference of absorption between sulfaguanidine-berberine hydrochloride and sulfaguanidine was found. The maximum blood levels of the molecular compounds in rabbit were generally higher that that of the sulfamines. However, p-nitrophenol-sulfamerazine and sulfanilamide-berberine hydrochloride showed lower concentrations in the blood than sulphamerazine and sulfanilamide, respectively. The blood levels of homosulfamine-sulfathiazole was not only higher than homosulfamine in rabbit, but retained for prolonged duiration of time.

      • In vitro에 있어서의 Nalidixic Acid의 抗菌活性에 미치는 非steroid系抗炎症劑의 影響에 關한 硏究

        The inhibition effect of non-stroidal anti-inflammatory agents(benzydamine HCl, ibufenac, indomethacin, salicylic acid and phenylbutazone) on the binding of nalidixic acid with human plasma in vitro was determined by equilibrium dialysis method. The effect of non­steroidal anti­inflammatory agents on antibacterial avtivity of nalidixic acid was analyzed by cup­method and compared with the results obtained from the former. These studies revealed the following: (1) The displacing avtivity of non­steroidal anti­inflammatory agents of the binding of nalidixic acid with human plasma dereased in the order of phenylbutazone, salicylic acid, ibufenac, indomethacin and benzydamine. (2) Antibacterial activity of nalidixic acid was markedly reduced in the presence of human plasma and was recovered by the addition or non­steroidal anti­inflammatory agents. This activity dereased in the order of phenylbutazone, salicylic acid, ibufenac, indomenthacin and benzydamine.

        은나노 처리된 임플란트의 골조직 형성에 미치는 효과 평가

        Purpose: To evaluate the effect of silvernanopartilce treated implants on the bone formation and osseointegration. Methods: Silvernanoparticle was produced using an anodic oxidation method. The size of silvernanoparticle ranged from 3.5 nm to 5.9 nm. To check the effect of the capability of osseointegration of silvernanoparticle coated Implant, 32 implants (16 piece of Implant treated with nanoparticle, and 16 piece of Implant was not treated for control) were placed at both the tibia of 8 New Zealand white rabbits. After 4 weeks, 4 rabbits were sacrificed and the removal torque was measured for comparison of the osseointagration ability. Further, 4 rabbits were sacrificed and sliced samples were made. H&E stain was done for microscopic finding. Results: The removal torque of the experimental group was $102.37{\pm}30.54$ N/cm, and the control group was $73.30{\pm}19.97$ N/cm. It was statistically significant (P<0.001). Microscopic finding also shows extinguish results in silvernanoparticle treated implants. Bone formation rate of the experimental group was 43.94% and the control group was 7.58%. It was observed to be statistically significant (P=0.017). Bone to implant contact rate of the experimental group was 58.09%, and the control group was 19.43%. It was found with statistical significance (P<0.001). Conclusion: The silvernanopartilce treated implant shows a better capability of bone regeneration and osseointegration than the non-treated one. Technology to produce smaller particles would make silver more useful and safer.
