        주민참여에 의한 문화ㆍ역사 마을가꾸기의 현황과 과제 - 충주 목계 문화・역사마을을 중심으로 -

        This research is arranged that process and progress facts of ‘recreating cultural and traditional village' by the inhabitants participation that in the process during devised a planning of Chungju Mokge village the beginning in 2007. Also it is an investigation that process ' recreating cultural and traditional village' by the themselves through consideration and volition of inhabitants since the beginning stage to devised planning. The result of study are following; First, the inhabitants training inspired knowledge for this project and opened the eyes that themselves can sea it. According to it be foundation that inhabitants to bring their interest and participation of project in progress process. Second, The project were able to maintain transparency of public finance that by common and open of all cooperation process of inhabitants, administration supporter and specialist. And this is an important role about bring positive participation of inhabitants. Finally, the project ' recreating cultural and traditional village' promotion with support of ' Ministry of Culture, Sports and tourism' however this project existing the limits of the budget supporting. The limits are bigger than other rural projects.

        25 kHz 대역에서 PN 신호열을 이용한 거제 천해역 수중음향통신 채널 특성 분석

        본 논문에서는 천해역에서 PN 신호열의 자기상관특성을 이용하여 수중 초음파통신 채널 특성을 측정하는 방법과 수신 신호 샘플 데이터로부터 수중통신 채널 특성 분석 결과에 대하여 기술한다. 수중음향통신 채널의 특성을 측정하기 위하여 두개의 PN 신호를 I-채널 및 Q-채널 데이터로 사용하여 QPSK 심볼을 생성하고, 5 kHz 심볼율과 25 kHz 반송파를 갖는 신호로 변조하여 전송한다. 수신부는 송신기에서 675 m와 1492 m 떨어진 위치에서 수신 신호를 샘플링하여 저장한다. 저장된 샘플 데이터를 이용하여 산란 함수, 상관 시간, 지연전력 프로파일, spaced-tone 자기상관함수, 지연 확산 및 상관 대역폭을 각각의 음파 전파 거리에 대하여 분석한다. 또한, 분석한 채널 특성을 토대로 수중 전송 시스템 설계 및 구현을 위한 설계 지침을 제안한다. In this paper, the measuring method of underwater acoustic communication channel characteristics in the shallow water using the autocorrelation characteristic of PN sequence and the undorwater communication channel analysis results from the received signal sample data are described. For measuring the underwater acoustic communication channel characteristics, two PN sequences are used as a transmitted data of I-channel and Q-channel of QPSK symbol and QPSK signal is transmitted with symbol rate of 5 kHz and carrier frequency of 25 kHz. In the receiver the received signal, which pass through 675 m and 1492 m, is sampled and then stored. Using the stored sample data, the scattering function, coherent time, delay power profile, spaced-tone autocorrelation function, delay spread, and coherent bandwidth of each propagation distance cases are analyzed. Based on the analysis results, several guidelines are suggested for the design and implementation of underwater transmission system.

        VR 콘텐츠의 현존감 유형 및 경험 요소 분류 연구 -VR 콘텐츠 대표 사례를 중심으로-

        (Background and Purpose) VR technology is attracting attention for its applications in various industries, such as education and collaboration, beyond simply enjoying content such as games. Among these, expenditure on education-related applications is the highest and steadily rising at an average annual growth rate of 33.5%. This indicates that its potential goes beyond entertainment and that it is positioned to become a practical part of real life. While presence, a major element of VR content, is being actively researched, research on its subtypes is lacking. Therefore, this study aims to support future VR research as well as content planning and development by classifying the experiential elements of the types of presence in different VR content currently produced through a case analysis. (Method) The research method first provides a theoretical definition of presence and its subtypes. Next, the presence-related aspects of the VR content selected as samples are derived and the sample types of presence and experiential elements are classified. The scope is limited to VR content ranked in popularity in Steam, a digital distribution platform offering digital rights management (DRM) and multiplayer gaming. Simple functional content was excluded. (Results) The presence types and experiential elements of each case analyzed resulted in the following three classification: a spatial presence where the perception of virtual space as real.; a sensory presence where perceives an individual's body or self in a virtual environment as the user's own through a sensory or virtual environment; and a social presence that simulates communication with a person or pseudo-personality in a virtual environment. In cases with the same type of presence, there were similar results for the contents and experiential elements of the samples. In terms of spatial presence, the interaction between the user and the environment was equally present in representative cases of presence and experience elements, and in sensory presence there was the realization of an avatar in human form and factors perceived by the senses. Lastly, in social presence, communicating with a person was equally present in representative cases of presence and experience elements. (Conclusions) The analysis allowed the representative presence types and experiential elements through the sample cases to be derived, and it was possible to determine whether the representative presence types and experiential elements were properly connected. This means that if many of the experience elements defined above are included when creating VR content, the probability of experiencing a sense of presence in the content increases. We hope this study will assist in VR content planning and development stages in the future.

        도플러 추정을 적용한 직접수열 대역확산 전송 기반 수중 이동통신 방법 및 가상 이동신호를 이용한 해상시험 결과

        This paper presents a Doppler shift estimation method and signal processing schemes for Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) transmission to overcome the Doppler shift due to the moving of the underwater communication unit. The proposed method estimates a Doppler shift via 2 step procedures using the preamble with the two 64-length Frank sequences which has a good self-correlation characteristic and is insensitive to the Doppler shift. Furthermore, a packet of DSSS underwater mobile communication and a RAKE receiver are designed using the proposed Doppler shift estimation method. Due to the modulation scheme of the designed DSSS underwater mobile communication using Differential-Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (DQPSK) for the data symbol transmission, the RAKE receiver dose not need a phase tracking and easily makes coherent signals among the combining RAKE branches. The designed RAKE receiving scheme including the proposed Doppler shift estimation method successfully decides information data using the DSSS signal transmitted from the pseudo-moving transmitter with velocity upto about 17.5 m/s. 본 논문에서는 수중통신 장치가 수중에서 이동시 발생하는 도플러(Doppler) 편이를 극복하기 위한 도플러편이 추정방법과 직접수열 확산대역 전송의 신호처리 방법을 제시한다. 제안한 방법은 도플러 편이에 강인하고, 자기상관 특성이 우수한 64길이의 Frank 신호열을 두 번 반복하는 프리앰블을 사용하여 2단계로 도플러 편이를 추정한다. 또한, 제안한 방법을 직접수열 대역확산 전송을 사용하는 수중통신방식에 적용하여 수중이동통신용 패킷 설계와RAKE 수신기를 설계한다. 설계한 확산대역 수중이동통신 변조방식은 데이터 심볼을 Differential-Quadrature Phase Shift Keying(DQPSK) 변조하여 수신시 위상추적이 필요 없고, RAKE 수신기에서 동위상 결합이 용이하게 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 제안한 도플러 편이 추정방법을 포함하는 RAKE 수신방법은 약 17.5 m/s의 이동속도까지 가상으로이동하는 송신기로부터 수신한 직접수열 대역 확산 신호를 성공적으로 수신한다
