        김순제,박영순,유인숙 한국보건통계학회 1985 한국보건정보통계학회지 Vol.10 No.1

The purpose of this study is to identify the pattern of averages of body physical standards, physical structure and nutritional indices, body fatness, menstruation of the female of islands area students. For this purpose, author used a semi-longitudinal study analysis on the basis of the materials obtained through measurements and observation of physical structure and menstruation. This survey tool two months between April 1 and May 31, 1985, selected and measured among 801 students (male:449, female:352). And all the survey data have statistically analyzed by the computer. The result of our analysis is like below. A. Body Measurements 1. Body Height Between the age of 6 and 12 (142.93±6.77cm), the body height of the male shows the linear growth, and between 12 and 15 (164.01±2.72cm) it shows faster linear growth. But between the age of 6 and 8 the body height of the female shows a slow growth, and between 9 and 13 it grows up in a straight line and after this age, the female shows a low growth. The cross phenomenon over between male and female appears at the age of 10.5-13.5. 2. Body Weight Between the age of 6 and 11 (31.23±4.19kg), the male shows a linear growth, after 12 years the male shows greater growth, But between 6 and 10 of age, the female shows more or less slow growth, and between 11 and 14 of age that of the female shows a suddenly great increase, after this (14 years) shows a slow growth curve again. The cross over between male and female appears at the age of 10.5-14.5. 3. Chest Girth From the age of 6 (57.73±4.02cm) through 12 (69.88±3.88cm), the male shows a slow growth and the age of 12 through 17 (87.22±4.71cm), it shows a bigger chest girth in average. But the female, between 6 (55.89±3.01cm) and 11 (66.78±3.96cm) years of age, shows somewhat a drooping spiral growth of chest girth, after this 11 of age through 14 of age (77.96±5.55cm), it shows a very slow growth. The cross over between male and female appears at the age of 11.5 and 15. 4. Sitting Height From the age of 6 (63.39±4.48cm) through 17 (90.42±6.74cm), the male almost shows a linear growth curve, while the female from 6 (63.12±4.59cm) to 13 (81.65±3.53cm) of age shows a ladder-type growth, after 13 of age shows a slow growth again. The cross over between male and female appears at the age of 10.5-13.5 5. Maximum Growth Age A. The Age of Maximum Growth of Body Height The age of the maximum growth of body height is 14.21 years of age for male and 11.15 for female. The girls grow earlier than the boys by more than three years. B. The Age of Maximum Growth of Body Weights The age of the maximum growth of body weight is 14.81 for male and 11.89 for female. It shows that the girls grow earlier than the boys by about three years. C. The Age of the Maximum Growth of Chest Girth The age of the maximum growth of chest girth is 14.71 for male and 12.90 for female. Here again the girls grow earlier than the boys by about two years. D. The Age of the Maximum Growth of Sitting Heights The age of the maximum growth of witting heights is 13.56 for male and 11.1 for female. Here, the girl's grow earlier than the boys by about two years. B. Physical and Nutritional Indices 1. Relative Body Weight Both male (17.02±3.25) and female (16.31±2.18) in the age of 6 grow in relative body weight as they grow old until the age of 17, when male reaches his heavier weight of 34.97±2.89 and female of 32.61±4.50. Generally male relative body weight is bigger than that of female. 2. Relative Chest-girth The relative chest-girth of both male (50.66±4.19) and female (49.23±5.33) in the age of 6 decreases as they grow temporarily then increase again until the age 17 when the male reaches 51.68±2.58 in the relative chest-girth and that of female 52.98±6.44. 3. Relative Sitting Height Both male (55.62±4.33) and female (55.59±6.36) in the age of 6 decrease as they grow temporarily then increase again until the age 17 when the relative sitting height of them reaches 53.57±3.67 for male and 54.30±5.22 for female. 4. They somewhat decrease as they grow old and then reach their highest at the age of 15:96.61±3.41 for male and at the age of 16:92.53±5.44 for female. C. The Quantity of Fat through the Method of Measurement of Physical Body 1. Body Fatness The fatness of the male at the age of 12 is 5.07kg in average, while that of the female at the age of 12 is 11.86kg for female and 10.89kg for male and 14.93kg for female at the age of 17. Serratia marcescens infection in a patient after a fat graft: a case report

김순제,권혁동,안창환,하유석,김주학,경우현,오상하,양호직,송승한 대한미용성형외과학회 2022 Archives of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Vol.28 No.3

Serratia marcescens is a Gram-negative, facultatively anaerobic bacillus that has been implicated in hospital-acquired infections. Because no previous cases of delayed infections caused by S. marcescens after autologous fat injection have been reported, we introduce a case report. A 74-year-old woman underwent fat injection for aesthetic purposes and visited our hospital for left cheek swelling after this procedure. Blood tests showed a slightly elevated white blood cell count. Facial computed tomography demonstrated an abscess and emergency surgery was performed. A work-up of the necrotic tissue and drained abscess contents was conducted. Cultures showed growth of S. marcescens. Based on the culture results , a proper antibiotic was prescribed. Follow-up blood tests showed normal findings, and there was no recurrent infection or inflammation. In most acute infections after a fat graft, Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus epidermidis can be suspected, while mycobacterial infections are often suspected in cases of delayed infection and chronic inflammation. However, clinicians should keep in mind that there may be infections of uncommon bacteria. When an atypical delayed infection is suspected after an autologous fat graft, it is important to perform aseptic wound culture and biopsy as soon as possible, use appropriate antibiotics, and conduct proper surgical treatment.

      • 京畿道內 國民學校 音樂敎育 實態調査를 通한 國民學校 音樂 敎育의 問題點

金順濟 仁川敎育大學校 1963 論文集 Vol.1 No.-

Main aim of school music is to develop and deepen the emotions and to awaken a sense of beauty. Especially in the under-developed countries, people usually think the purpose of education is solely to promote mental growth. However, more recent pedagogical philosophy adds to this the development of the body and of the emotions and we may expect the whole-round man education. A person who is shallow emotionally is flat, ineffective, and uninteresting. Emotional adjustment and stability is the urgent problem in this complexes and highly sophisticated society. The late Dr. Charles Eliot, formerly president of Harvard University, made a statement to the effect that if everything except a single subject had to be discontinued, music should be the retained, because it is the best mind-trainer of all. In order to emphasize this thesis analyzed the present situations of the more than five hundred primary schools in Kyong-Ki-Do. The questionnaire contains the following items : 1. Human relation between pupil and teacher. 2. Participation of the music work-shop, other training course. 3. Music teacher's performance skill of piano, organ. 4. Allotment of music hour per week and text book problem. 5. Extra curriculum activities of music education. 6. Music class room facilities. The survey disclosed the following points: 1. Immediate establishing of philosophy and policy toward the music education. 2. Necessity of in-service teacher training to broaden their music knowledge. 3. Lack of music class room facilities, especially in rural area.
