      • 부분방전 시스템을 이용한 절연 열화에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 부분방전 시스템을 이용하여 열화진단을 실시하였다. 열화 분석 방법으로는 위상각 부분방전 펄스진폭 열화시간과 위상각 부분방전 펄스수 열화시간의 양상을 왜도와 첨쇄도로 3차원 분석하여 열화의 정보로 이용하였다. 두번째로는 C (경도), G (무게중심)의 통계적 파라메터를 이용하여 방전의 군소화가 발생하는 시간을 구하여 그 지점으로부터 수명 4예측을 하였다. Our studies diagnose insulation degradation using the method of PD system. In analysis method of degradation, we make use of degradation information that analyzed the phase angle - PD pulse amplitude - degradation time( $\Phi$- PDA - t) pattern and phase angle- PD pulse number - degradation time( $\Phi$- PDN - t) pattern using statistical operators such as skewness(S), kurtosis(K). Secondly using statically operator such as the center of gravity (G), the gradient of the discharge distribution(C), we have analyzed for the prediction of life which we can be obtained the time, occurred of many pulse of small discharge amplitude.

      • 신경회로망을 이용한 부분방전 메카니즘의 열화진단과 수명예측

        In this paper, we purpose automatic diagnosis in online. as the fundamental study to diagnose the partial discharge mechanism and to predict the lifetime by introduction a neural network. In the proposed method, we use AE(acoustic emission) sensing system and calculate a quantitative statistic parameter by pulse number and amplitude. Using statically parameters such as the center of gravity(G) and the gradient of the discharge distribute(C), we analyzed the early stage and the middle stage. the quantitative statistic parameters are learned by a neural network. The diagnosis of insulation degradation and a lifetime prediction by the early stage time are achieved. On the basis of revealed excellent diagnosis ability through the neural network learning for the patterns during degradation, it was proved that the neural network is appropriate for degradation diagnosis and lifetime prediction in partial discharge.

        기술혁신역량이 개방형혁신활동 및 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향

        경쟁이 치열해지고 있는 시장에서 기업이 생존하고 성장하기 위해서는 기술혁신이 필수적이다. 기업은 기술혁신을 통해 새로운 제품과 서비스를 개발하고, 프로세스를 개선하여 상품 가치를 높이고, 새로운 고객을 창출하며 경쟁력을 강화하여 지속가능한 성장기반을 확립할 수 있다. 이처럼 기업이 차별화된 역량을 구축하여 지속적 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해서는 기술혁신역량의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 또한 기술혁신 패러다임이 폐쇄형혁신에서 개방형혁신으로 변화하는 상황에서 기업이 효과적으로 환경변화에 대응하기 위해서는 보다 다양한 기술혁신역량이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 기술혁신역량과 관련한 용어와 측정방법은 학자마다 매우 다양하게 제시되고 있으며, 이에 따라 기술혁신역량과 기술혁신성과의 관계 또한 일관성이 없는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 기술혁신역량을 내부혁신역량과 개방형혁신역량으로 구분하고, 이들이 개방형혁신활동 및 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위한 연구모형을 구성하여 201개의 표본을 활용하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 내부혁신역량은 개방형혁신역량, 개방형혁신활동, 기술혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개방형혁신활동도 기술혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 종합하면, 기업이 기술혁신성과를 통해 지속가능한 경쟁력을 창출하기 위해서는 우선적으로 내부혁신역량을 확고히 구축할 필요가 있다. 그리고 이를 토대로 개방형혁신역량을 확보하여 개방형혁신활동을 수행하는 것이 필요하다. Technological innovation is essential for companies to survive and grow in an increasingly competitive market. Through technological innovation, companies can develop new products and services, increase product value by improving processes, create new customers, and strengthen competitiveness to establish a foundation for sustainable growth. The importance of technological innovation capabilities is being emphasized in order for companies to build differentiated capabilities and secure sustainable competitive advantage. In addition, in a situation where the technological innovation paradigm is changing from closed innovation to open innovation, more diverse technological innovation capabilities are required for companies to effectively respond to environmental changes. However, terms and measurement methods related to technological innovation capability are presented in very diverse ways by each scholar, and accordingly, the relationship between technological innovation capability and technological innovation performance is also found to be inconsistent. This study divided technological innovation capabilities into internal innovation capabilities and open innovation capabilities, constructed a research model to analyze their impact on open innovation activities and technological innovation performance, and conducted an empirical analysis using 201 samples. As a result, internal innovation capabilities was found to have a significant impact on open innovation capabilities, open innovation activities, and technological innovation performance. Additionally, open innovation activities were also found to have a significant impact on technological innovation performance. To summarize the analysis results, in order for a company to create sustainable competitiveness through technological innovation performance, it is necessary to first firmly build internal innovation capabilities. Based on this, it is necessary to secure open innovation capabilities and carry out open innovation activities.

      • 부분 방전 전하와 음향 방출 펄스의 동시 측정에 의한 트리잉 파괴 진단

        Internal voids in insulators give rise to partial discharge, which causes a local breakdown and even entire insulation breakdown. Recently, the necessity of establishing the way to diagnose the aging of insulation materials and to predict of insulation breakdown become important. The purpose of our work are to investigate the treeing phenomena with an artificial needle shaped void by the charge of discharge and acoustic emission pulse in each phase angle area at the same time. We analyzed the .PHI.-QA-t pattern and .PHI.-AEA-t pattern using statistic operators such as pulse magnitude, pulse number, skewness, kurtosis. Therefore, the relation between the charge of discharge and acoustic emission pulse will be helpful to predict the breakdown just before the breakdown occur.

        공급사슬전략 수립 및 실행이 협력성과에 미치는 영향: 신뢰와 몰입의 조절효과

        Supply chain management (SCM) has become one of the most popular approaches to enhance the competitive advantage of organizations today. Over the last decade, there has emerged a view that recognizes that the route to competitive advantage lies through the supply chain. Therefore firms began to recognize that it is not enough to improve efficiency and effectiveness only within their organizations because competition is no longer between organizations, but among supply chains. Effective SCM has become a potentially valuable way of securing competitive advantage and improving organizational performance. Several authors has proposed that firms need to focus not only their corporate strategy but also supply chain strategy and align it towards the product/market. In other words, firms should form the most suitable supply chain strategy for a certain market context. On the other hand, some authors has suggested a combinative supply chain strategy since only one strategy is inadequate to support firms competing in a hyper-competitive and dynamic environment. But empirical investigations of this strategy within SCM performance are scant. There is agreement among researchers that to achieve better performance and competitive advantage, firms must not only have appropriate strategies but they must also ensure that such strategies are aligned with their management control system. Numerous academic research has conducted on the relationships among supply chain strategy, organization structure, strategy implement, and firm performance. But inconclusive results are yielded yet. This study is (1)to conceptualize an combinative strategy within the context of a manufacturer’s supply chain strategy (2)to develope the supply chain implementation model that consist of supply chain strategy, collaboration practices, and collaboration performances appling the strategy-implementation model and manufacturing capacity model (3)to investigate the influence of supply chain strategy on inter-firm collaboration and its performance (4)to test the moderating effects of trust and commitment on the relationships between collaboration practices and its performances. Drawing upon literature review in SCM, supply chain strategy is conceptualized and the measurement items of supply chain strategy, collaboration practices, and collaboration performance are developed. Survey-based data for the study was collected from 120 Korea manufacturers, and the measurement scales were tested and validated using exploratory factor analysis, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, second-order factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results are as follows. First, combinative supply chain strategy is a multidimensional, second-order construct reflected by efficiency, agility, and alignment. Second, there are positive direct relationships between supply chain strategy and collaboration practice, collaboration practice and its performance. Third, trust and commitment have moderating effects in relationship between supply chain strategy and collaboration practice. Finally, the relationship of supply chain strategy to collaboration performance was indirect, through collaboration practice; i.e., collaboration practice was found to fully mediate the relationship between supply chain strategy and collaboration performance. This study uses a component-wise approach to examine a mechanism where three components of supply chain strategy contribute to collaboration performances by a mediating effect of collaboration practices. Several implications to academic research and managerial can be brought up based on the analysis results discussed so far. But, this study has several limitations. Firstly, there was some redundancy in measurement items of supply chain strategy. Secondly, the data used in this study were based on respondents’ subjective evaluation as the survey items rather than actual actions in organization. SCM은 1990년대 중반에 관심을 받기 시작하여 21세기 기업경쟁력을 향상시키기 위한 중요한 운영전략으로 주목받아왔다. 현재까지 효율성, 민첩성, 적응성, 정렬성 등 다양한 SC전략이 개발되어왔고, 이들 간 상충관계와 보완관계에 대한 주장이 공존하고 있다. 한편, SCM을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 SC전략 수립뿐만 아니라 이러한 전략을 효율적으로 실행할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다는 인식에 따라 전략수립, 전략실행, 기업성과의 관계에 대한 다양한 연구가 시도되어왔지만 확실한 결론을 도출하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 SC전략의 개념을 정의하고, SC전략이 기업 간 협력실행 및 협력성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. SCM에 대한 문헌연구를 기초로 SC전략을 개념화하고 SC전략, 협력실행, 협력성과에 대한 측정척도를 개발 하였다. 실증분석을 위한 조사 자료는 120개 한국 제조업체로부터 수집하였다. SC전략 측정항목에 대해 탐색적 요인분석, 군집분석, 판별분석, 2차 요인 분석을 활용하여 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하였다. 그리고 구조방정식 모델을 활용하여 SC전략, 협력실행, 협력성과의 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, SC전략은 다차원적이며 효율성, 민첩성, 정렬성으로 구성된 2차 요인이다. 둘째, SC전략과 협력실행, 협력 실행과 협력성과 간에는 유의한 정의 관계가 존재한다. 셋째, 신뢰와 몰입은 SC전략과 협력실행 간 관계를 유의하게 조절한다. 마지막으로 SC전략은 협력성과에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 협력 실행을 통해 간접적으로 유의한 영향을 미친다. 즉, 협력실행은 SC전략과 협력성과의 관계를 완전 매개한다

        Changes in Urban Planning Policies and Urban Morphologies in Seoul, 1960s to 2000s

        The purpose of this paper is to highlight the main policies of the last half century that have shaped the urban architectural fabric of Seoul today, and explore whether a modified approach might better address the current socioeconomic conditions in Korea. The paper defines and examines urban planning in Korea through an overview of the four main urban project policies implemented in Seoul from the 1960s to the present: Land Readjustment (LR), Housing Site Development (HSD), Urban Redevelopment (UR), and Housing Reconstruction (HR). While the fundamental ideology behind these policies served well during a prolonged period of high economic growth, evidence is growing that these policies are losing steam under today’s conditions. A growing legacy of stalled and incomplete urban projects from the mid-2000s—the New Town Project is an example—begs the fundamental question as to whether an alternative urban planning paradigm is needed for Korea in an age of low economic growth, low birth rates and a fossil fuel energy crisis. Through the urban morphologies of the three residential areas in Seoul developed by LR projects, this paper looks at the possibility of urban regeneration through the sustainment of urban architecture in those residential areas that have not been affected by HSD, UR, and HR
