호텔음료교육에 대한 인식이 직무만족과 영업성과 지향수준에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employee’s perception of hotel’s beverage service training on job satisfaction and sales performance in Hotels.The research methods divided into two sections as follows: Depth interviews were conducted to general managers who worked in five leading hotels in Seoul and self-administered questionnaires were distributed to the same hotel employees who have experienced beverage service training.The results of the study were as follows. Firstly, there is a statistically significant difference (p<0.01) between the perception of ‘importance of beverage service training’ and three types of satisfaction including ‘job achievement’, ‘individual achievement’ and ‘social achievement’. More specifically, ‘importance of beverage service training’ showed more highly perceived outcomes in terms of ‘job achievement’ and ‘individual achievement’ than ‘social achievement’. Secondly, significant differences were revealed between the perception of ‘frequencies of beverage service training’ and two types of satisfaction including ‘individual achievement’ and ‘social achievement’ at the .001 level. Particularly, the perception of ‘frequencies of beverage training’ showed the highest mean score in term of ‘individual achievement’. Finally, employees’ ‘individual achievement’ and ‘job achievement’ exerted significantly positive influence on sales performance.

해외 선진 과학기술기관의 정보 유통체제 동향 분석 및 시사점

국가 차원에서 과학기술정보활동을 담당하고 있는 일본과학기술진흥기구와 프랑스과학기술정보연구원은 정부로부터 예산지원을 받는 공공기관이다. 본 글에서는 일본과학기술진흥기구와 프랑스과학기술정보연구원의 과학기술정보활동, 조직 및 사업내용에 대해 개략적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 이를 각 기관의 정보유통체계를 정보자원의 수집, 콘텐트 개발, 정보서비스 측면에서 살펴보고 한국 과학기술정보활동의 핵심적 역할을 담당하고 있는 KISTI에 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

다양한 정보를 신속, 정확하게 제공할 수 있는 정보검색시스템은 선진국에서 일찍이 개발되어 현재 우리나라에서도 한국어 데이타베이스를 검색할 수 있는 정보검색시스템이 실험적으로 또는 상업적으로 개발되고 있다. 이에 따라 개발된 시스템의 실행 가능성 테스트 (feasibility test)가 계속 부수적으로 수행되어 왔으나 평가 테스트들의 객관성 부족으로 인하여 개발된 정보검색시스템의 성능 또한 논쟁이 되어왔다. 이에 본 연구는 한국어 정보검색시스템과 자동색인기의 객관적인 성능평가를 위하여 실험 데이타 컬렉션을 개발하였다. 실험데이타 컬렉션은 정보과학회논문지, 한국정보과학회 1993 proceedings, 정보관리학회지에 수록된 1,053개의 논문으로 구성되었다. 입력된 모든 데이타는 국문 및 영문 저자, 서명, 서지사항, 초록, 분류번호, 색인어 등 18개의 access point를 지니며, 한국어 문헌 set 구축이외에 test set과 관련된 질의문을 작성하였고 질의문에 해당하는 적합문헌을 제시해 주었다. Accordmg to the development of various information retneval system suitable for Korean database, many researchers have realized the need of R Test ColleAon which can be r d y used for evaluatmg a retneval system. Therefore, This study developed the TEST SET whch helps ob&vely evaluatmg the retrieval performance of an Hangul Automatic Indexer or Korean Information Retrieval System. The developed Test Set has four files such as: 1) Korean Document Set( * . all): 2) Natural Language Query Set(KTsetnq1): 3) Boolean Query Set(Ktset.bq1): 4) Query-Relevance Judgment Set ( KTsetrel) .

본 연구는 디지털도서관 기술의 응용 분야인 웹 기반 전자상거래에 필수적인 전자 카타로그를 cXML을 이용하여 구현하였다. 인쇄문서의 디지털화 기술이 발전함에 따라 전자상거래에서 사용되는 다양한 문서들의 디지털화가 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 이점에 착안하여 기존의 전자 카타로그에 사용되고 있는 HTML과 XML의 제한점을 제시하고, 최근 개발된 cXML을 소개하였으며, 또한 cXML을 이용한 전자 카타로그를 개발함으로써 표준화되고 보안성 있는 전자상거래를 위한 접근 방법을 연구하였다. This study is to implement electronic catalog that is necessary for Web-based electronic commerce and one of many application areas in digital libraries technologies. According to development to digitize various type of paper documents that are used at electronic commerce. We demonstrated limitations of HTML and XML that are being used for current electronic catalog, and introduced newly developed cXML. We have also implemented new electronic catalog using cXML in order to develop and research standardized and secured electronic commerce.
