협업에 관한 대학생의 인식 연구

The Study on the College Students’ Recognition to Collaboration In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, our education is at an urgent point to change into a talented person training program to cope with the future environment. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the perception of college students about collaboration, one of the important competencies that college students should have. The purpose of this study was to provide training programs for strengthening collaboration capabilities and to help students to operate their curriculum to enhance their collaboration capabilities based on the recognition of collaboration among college students. This study analyzed the data of 407 college students in Seoul, Gyeonggi area, A, B, and C college. The results of this study are as follows. First, students with less than five times of collaboration experience accounted for more than 50% of all respondents, indicating that our college students lacked the ability to collaborate. Therefore, in order to cultivate the capacity to live in the era of the fourth industrial revolution and to fulfill its role as a successful worker, I think it is necessary to increase the opportunities for collaboration in universities. In the form of collaborative participation, we found that our students tend to be sincere and actively involved in collaboration. However, because of the inconvenience of collaboration, 'stress due to unfaithful team members' is the highest. Therefore, it is thought that responsibility education, communication ability, leadership education should be given priority for the performance of collaboration. Second, as more collaborative experience, more involvement as a leader, and more positive experience as a collaborator were found, the perception of collaboration necessity was higher. Therefore, it is very important for the instructor to create a collaborative environment in the educational field and to plan for a positive and positive experience. Third, the more positive perception about the effect of collaboration, the higher the mutual trust, the higher the necessity of collaboration. Therefore, it is necessary to help the students to acquire the effect of collaboration by creating a positive experience environment for collaboration. To develop college students' ability to collaborate, education for competency development should be promoted in the operation of university curriculum. In addition, the role of teachers as assistants and motivators is more important than anything else. This study has significance in that the students perceived the perception of the collaboration The results of this study will help to plan and operate collaborative programs in the educational field and contribute to enhance collaboration performance. 협업에 관한 대학생의 인식 연구김선주(성신여자대학교) 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞아 우리 교육도 미래 환경에 대응할 수 있는 역량 있는 인재 양성 교 육으로 변화해야 할 시급한 시점에 놓여있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생이 갖추어야 할 중요 역량 중 하나인 협업에 관한 대학생의 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 협업 인식을 토대로 하여, 협업 역량 강화를 위한 교육프로그램을 마련과 협업 역량 강화를 위한 교과목 운 영에 도움이 되고자 실시되었다. 본 연구는 서울, 경기지역 A, B, C 대학의 대학생 407명의 자료에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 협업을 경험한 횟수가 5회 미만인 학생이 전체 응답자의 50% 이상을 차지하고 있어, 우 리 대학생들의 협업 역량이 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 4차 산업 혁명시대를 살아가는 데 필 요한 역량을 기르고 성공적인 직장인으로서의 역할을 수행하게하기 위해서는 대학에서 협업의 기 회를 증가시켜야 할 것이라 생각된다. 협업 참여 형태에서는 우리 학생들이 협업을 할 때 주로 성 실하고 적극적으로 참여하는 경향을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 협업이 불편한 이유로 ‘불성실한 팀원으로 인한 스트레스’가 가장 높게 나타났으므로 협업의 성과를 위해 자신의 역할 수 행에 대한 책임감 교육과 의사소통 능력, 리더십에 대한 교육이 우선되어야 할 것이라 생각된다. 둘째, 협업 경험이 많을수록, 리더로 참여할수록, 협업에 대한 긍정적인 경험이 있을수록 협업 의 필요성에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 교수자가 교육현장에서 협업 환경을 만들어주고 적극적이고 긍정적인 경험할 수 있도록 계획하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 셋째, 협업의 효과에 대해 긍정적으로 인식할수록, 상호간 신뢰가 있을수록 협업의 필요성에 대해 높게 인식하고 있었다. 따라서 협업에 대한 긍정적 경험 환경조성으로 협업의 효과를 스스 로 체득할 수 있도록 도와주어야 할 필요가 있다. 대학생들의 협업 역량을 길러주기 위해서는 대학의 교육과정 운영에서 역량 개발을 위한 교육 을 증진시켜야 한다. 또한 조력자, 동기부여자로서 교수자의 역할이 무엇보다 중요하다 할 수 있 다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 혐업에 대한 인식을 알아보았다는데 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과초 록35협업에 관한 대학생의 인식 연구는 교육현장에서 협업 프로그램을 계획, 운영하는데 도움이 되며 협업의 성과를 높이는데 일조 할 수 있을 것이다.

코로나 펜데믹 확산으로 여행 산업이 침체를 겪고 있으나, Airbnb의 경우 차별화된 전략으로 시장 변화에 대응하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Airbnb의 특성이 고객 재방문에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 지각된 가치, Airbnb에 대한 신뢰, 주관적 규범을 재방문 의도 형성의 핵심 요인으로 고려하였다. 또한 상대적 매력, 브랜드 동일화, 즐거움이 지각된 가치와 Airbnb에 대한 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그리고 지갑 점유율의 조절 효과도 살펴보았다. 제안한 연구 모형은 Airbnb를 2번 이상 사용한 경험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 상대적 매력, 브랜드 동일화, 즐거움이 지각된 가치와 Airbnb에 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 지각된 가치는 재방문 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 Airbnb에 대한 신뢰와 주관적 규범은 재방문 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한 지갑 점유율의 조절 효과는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 Airbnb는 고객들의 재방문 의도 형성 메커니즘을 이해하여, 마케팅 및 운영 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Recently, the travel and lodging industries have been suffering from the spread of COVID-19. But Airbnb recovered its profits with a differentiated strategy. This study identified the characteristics of Airbnb and examined their effects on customer's revisit intention in the Airbnb context. Perceived value, trust about Airbnb, and social norms were considered as the key factors of revisit intention. In addition, the effects of relative attractiveness, brand identification, and enjoyment on perceived value and trust about Airbnb were examined. The proposed research model was tested based on 285 consumers who had Airbnb experience more than twice. The analysis results showed that relative attractiveness, brand identification, and enjoyment had a significant influence on perceived value and trust. Perceived value had a significant influence on revisit intention. However, trust about Airbnb and social norms did not significantly affect revisit intention. Moreover, ths analysis results found no significant moderating effect of share of wallet. Based on the results of this study, Airbnb would establish effective marketing and operation strategies by understanding the formation mechanism of consumer's revisit intention toward Airbnb.

서울시 공공주택 운영관리 손실지원방안

가능한 공공주택사업이 되기 위한 정책적 제안을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구 방법은 전문가 설문조사와 FGI를 활용하였다, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 전문가 인식조사결과는 서울시 공공임대주택의 문제점으로 유지관리비의 지속적 증가가 가장 높았고, 손실 보전방안의 필요성은 공공주택사업에 따른 표준건축비의 현실화, 공공주택 리뉴얼사업, 유지관리비 재정지원, 공공주택사업의 재정, 기금지원 비율상향, 임대료 산정방식 개정 등을 통한 임대료 상향등이다. 그리고 공공주택 운영손실보전주체는 정부와 서울시의 공동부담이 가장 많았고, 공공주택 운영손실의 항목별 보전대상은 운영유지관리 손실분 전체가 가장 높게 나타났다. 전문가 FGI의 분석결과는 공공주택 임대료를 최소 주거비물가지수 수준에서 인상, 적정임대료 개념을 마련, 공공주택의 PSO 적용, 서울시 조례에 손익금처리 규정을 보완하여 손실발생 시 서울시로부터 보상 받을 수 있는 근거마련을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 정책적 시사점은 먼저, 민간임대료시장의 임대료와의 격차를 줄여나가면서, 주거 빈곤층에게는 주거비 지원을 통해 주거 안정화를 실현해야 한다. 다음은 서울시 공공주택의 운영관리 손실 지원방안으로 정부의 재정지원 기준과 주체를 명확하게 해야 한다. 공공임대주택의 시설개선사업 항목 34개를 확대하는 방안과 운영손실 보전 주체를 중앙정부와 서울시로 정하고, 그 부담비율에 대한 현실적 방안 등을 마련해야 한다.

CIPP 평가모형을 활용한 부산시 지역사회 상생⋅협력 지원사업 평가지표 개발을 위한 시론적 연구

대학의 인적⋅물적자원을 통한 지역사회의 현안 해결과 지역혁신 중추 기관으로서의 대학 역할 재정립에 대한 요구가 강화됨에따라, 최근 다양한 지역사회와 대학 간 협력사업들이 개발⋅운영되고 있다. 동 사업의 활성화를 위해서는 사업의 운영성과를 모니터링하고 개선할 수 있는 체계적인 평가지표 개발을 통해 사업관리 및 의사결정에 활용할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 지난 3년간 부산시-대학 간 지역사회 상생⋅협력 지원사업의 추진 현황을 분석하고, 사업 운영의 성과분석 및 지속적인 품질관리에 활용될 수있는 평가준거를 CIPP(상황-투입-과정-산출) 평가모형을 기반으로개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 문헌 및 선행연구 분석을통한 CIPP 평가모형 기반의 평가영역과 평가지표 개발하고, 성과평가 및 프로그램 전문가로 구성된 표적집단면접(FGI, Focus Group Interview)을 통해 평가지표 타당도를 검증하였다. 연구결과 사업운영자(부산시, 부산인재평생교육진흥원)와 사업담당자(대학, 유관기관)의 의사결정에 활용할 수 있는 평가영역과 평가지표를 각각제시하였으며, 지속적인 사업의 품질관리를 위한 평가준거의 적합성과 실용성을 제고하였다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

Understanding the Changes in Retirement: A Critical Approach for Learning in Retirement

In an era of unprecedented economic changes and challenges in the 21st century, we face increased globalization, advances in information and technology, and a rapidly increasing aging population. Particularly, for older workers, there have been fewer opportunities for upward mobility, and forced retirement has made individuals more responsible for directing their retirement. The purpose of this conceptual study is to understand the limitations of the system in which retirement is formed based on age, the traditional approach in which full-time adults leave their jobs when they reach a certain age, and the varying dimensions of retirement triggered by changing employment patterns and an increase in average life expectancy. First, this conceptual study reviewed retirement models including innovation and continuity theories and analyzed their lack of attention to retirement as an outdated social institution, limiting our understanding of retirement’s features. Second, the limitations of the retirement system, which was designed on the premise of traditional career development and career path, and the instability of retirement as a social phenomenon were analyzed. As a result, the need for awareness of retirement insecurity as being embedded in traditional career paths is addressed and critical approach to address the roles and meaning of learning in retirement is suggested, and implications for adult education are presented.
