        영화국가 만들기

        A foundation of North Korean cinema was established during the 1960s to 1970s and Film Art by Kim Jong-il is placed in its core. Re-mediating Kim Il-sung Suryung(the great leader)’s struggle and revolutionary operas written by Kim Il-sung into cinema as a modern technology, Kim Jong-il reformed North Korea as Cinema-state. In doing so, the heredity of the dictatorial power was naturalized and necessitated just as a transmission to new modern media. Cinema operated as signs of everyday life which North Korean people could interpret their reality through, and provided an opportunity that people took part in and shared Kim Il-sung Suyung’s myth. As accelerating the centralization and unification of economy, politics and culture under the name of Suryung, North Korean cinema has been distorted with a drastic development. Kim Jong-il deleted the existing film history with emphasizing the tradition of revolutionary cinema and wrote Film Art that became the origin of other art theories. Since then Kim created films of the Suryung figure and established the Juche Idea(self-reliance/subjecthood). The procedure of development of North Korea film history from a revolutionary cinema during 1960 to 1970 and Film Art to a cinema of a Suryung figure let us know a birth and fall of Kim’s Cinema-State and a perfect union of technology and state power. Film Art provided the foundation for the aestheticization of politics and melodramaticization of a history in the Cinema-state. Film Art was the only art theory written by Kim Jong-il in the 1970s where Kim reckoned cinema as the representative art of socialist realism for the age of independent and creative Juche. It emphasizes a human being’s consciousness-raising, the organization of feelings and contents. At the same time it inherited the problems of romanticism, organicism and passive human being. The illusion of Father-Nation-State on a huge cinematic screen in North Korea during the 1960s to 1970s were vanished. Cinema-State faced to the end because of intolerable distance between a reality and a cinema and the development of multimedia technology.

        일부 중학생들의 학교 급식 국물음식섭취 행태에 따른 나트륨 섭취 현황 분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine sodium intakes from soup, stew and noodle in school lunch using sodium content database separately developed for the solid part, liquid part of soup and stew (liquid based dishes) in middle school students. Two hundred fifty two middle school students in Seoul were asked about awareness towards reducing sodium intake and soup/stew intake provided in school lunch in September 2015. Only 68% of students were aware of the 'Day without soup/stew' event and why those events were held. Girls tend to consume more all solid and liquid parts of soups than boys in Miso soup (50.0% vs 36.2%), Bean sprout soup (56.6% vs 44.8%), Seaweed soup (61.8% vs 45.7%), Beef Radish soup (61.8% vs 59.5%), and Korean pasta soup with Kimchi (58.1% vs 46.6%). Average sodium intake from soup/stew/noodle dishes in school lunch was $379.6{\pm}183.9mg$ if behaviors of eating solid or liquid parts were considered and $556.8{\pm}190.6mg$ if behaviors of eating solid or liquid parts were not considered. Based on the results, the difference of sodium intake depends on the consuming behaviors of liquid parts of soup and stew dishes. It is necessary to establish and use a sodium database for each solid part and liquid part separately in soup, stew and noodle dishes to assess more accurate sodium intake. Education on the reduction of sodium intake through proper behaviors is salient in the achievement of a healthy diet.

        펨토초 레이저와 미세각막절삭기를 이용한 라식에서 각막내피세포의 변화 비교

        Purpose: To compare the corneal endothelial cell change in Femtosecond laser and microkeratome LASIK operation. Methods: This study involved 31 eyes (16 patients) that had LASIK using a femtosecond laser (group 1). The control group comprised 32 eyes (16 patients) that had conventional LASIK using microkeratome. We measured the endothelial cell using a non-contact specular microscope preoperatively and at postoperative 1, 2 and 6 months. Results: The preoperative and postoperateive 1, 2, and 6 months cell densities were, respectively: (group 1) 3039±335.2, 3012.9±373.0, 3008.2±240.2, 3009.1±250.5; (group 2) 2984.8±334.4, 2972.7±290.0, 2968±323.2, 2968±319.1. The coefficients of variation were, respectively: (group 1) 32.6±5.3, 33±7.2, 32.2±5.9, 31.7±5.8; (group 2) 32.3±5.3, 33.6±6.2, 35.5±4.8, 34.1±5.1. Respective hexagonality measurements were: (group 1) 59.2±11.7, 56±12.1 55.1±13.5, 57.2±11.6; (group 2) 57.6±9.8, 57.4±10.7, 56.5±11.6, 57.1±11.1. Conclusions: There was no statistical difference in corneal endothelial change between the two groups (p>0.05). LASIK using the femtosecond laser seemed to be a safe choice when considering corneal endothelial change.

        원발폐쇄각녹내장과 백내장이 동반된 환자에서 백내장 수술 후 예측굴절력과의 차이

        Purpose: To report the difference between the postoperative spherical equivalent (SE) and predictive refraction in patients with cataract and primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) following cataract operation. Methods: (1) This study involved 60 eyes who underwent cataract surgery due to PACG and cataract, and 36 eyes who underwent surgery due to cataract only. We measured the manifest refraction postoperatively for comparision to the target power. (2) The axial length (AL) was measured by the different modes of A-scans(phakic, aphackic modes) in the 38 eyes with cataract. (3) The difference was calculated according to the three IOL power calculation formulas for the 60 eyes who had cataract surgery for coexisting PACG and cataract. Results: The difference between postoperative SE and predictive refraction was -0.61±0.91D in the PACG with cataract and +0.08±0.43D in eyes with cataract only. There was no difference according to the IOL power calculation formulas or the different modes observed inthe measurement of AL. A greater difference was seen in eyes with a short AL and an unmeasurable ACD. Conclusions: The difference between postoperative SE and predictive refraction increased in eyes with the PACG and cataract over those with cataract only. For cataract operation in these eyes, the choice of a lower power IOL (about 0.5D) may be helpful to reduce this difference, especially for eyes with a short AL (less than 24 mm) and an unmeasurable ACD.

        창원시 하천의 수질 및 미생물상 분석

        창원시 주요하천의 미생물군집의 다양성을 quinone profile 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그리고 온도, pH, 용존산소(DO), 용존탄소(DOC)와 화학적 산소 요구량(BOD)등 물리화학적 성상도 조사하였다. Ubiquinone UQ-8, UQ-9, UQ-10은 모든 조사 하천에서 관찰되었다. UQ-8은 가을의 남천하류, 토월천, 가음정천을 제외한 모든 하천에서 주요 퀴논 분자종이었으며, 겨울철에는 하남천, 토월천, 가음정천과 남산천을 제외한 하천에서 역시 주요 퀴논 분자종임이 확인되었다. DOC가 높을수록 가을철에는 plastoquinone(PQ-9)의 농도가 높았으며, 겨울에는 total quinone의 농도가 높았다. 상관분석 결과 BOD도 하천의 PQ농도를 좌우하는 주요 요인으로 확인되었다. The diversity of bacterial populations in rivers flowing through Changwon City, was investigated using quinone profiling. The physicochemical properties such as temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen(DO), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) were also measured in this study. Ubiquinone (UQ)-8, UQ-9 and UQ-10 were observed in all samples for the sites investigated. UQ-8 was the -predominant quinone species in rivers except for Namch'on downstream, T'owolch'on, and Kaumchongch'on in autumn, while UQ-8 was also found as major quinones in the sample except for Hanamch'on, T'owolch'on, Kaumchongch'on, and Namsanch'on in winter. A higher concentration of DOC in rivers yield high concentration of plastoquinone (PQ-9) in autumn and those of total quinones in winter, respectively. Correlation analysis also indicate that BOD is considered to be a major factor controlling the concentration of PQ in rivers.
