In this study, the current state of the plastics industry has been examined. The direction of development and innovation is reviewed and commented. The technical statuses of various sectors such as thermoplastic resin, composite material, mold engineering, and simulation have been scrutinized. In addition, the industrial status of each sector has been reviewed. Then, the challenges that the plastics manufacturing industry has to deal with have been discussed. Especially, the situation in Republic of Korea has been elaborated in detail. Based on the discussion, an open innovation strategy has been suggested. It has been argued in this work that the open innovation strategy will enables efficient funding and development by avoiding resource consuming rent seeking.

캐필러리 레오미터를 이용한 고분자의 PvT 측정 방법

In injection molding processes, the property of molten resin should be characterized accurately. Among several properties, the PvT state is the most important one, since it affects the shrinkage, warpage, molded weight, and the part density. Thus, the PvT data is crucial to the simulation of the injection molding process. This work shows how such a measurement can be performed for a semi-crystalline and amorphous polymers. The PvT measurement has been conducted using a capillary rheometer using a suitable accessory that blocks the capillary. The results have shown that the PvT data can be obtained using such a rheometer and then the PvT coefficients of the Tait equation can be reached.

A dependable boundary reconstruction technique is proposed. The finite element method is used for the analysis of the direct heat conduction problem to realize the deformable grid system. An appropriate strategy for grid update is suggested. A complete sensitivity analysis is performed to obtain the derivatives required for restoration of the optimal boundary. With the result of the sensitivity analysis, the unknown boundary is sought using the sequential quadratic programming. The method is applied to reconstruction of boundaries with sinusoidal, step, and cavity form. The overall performance of the proposed method is examined by comparison between the estimated the exact boundaries.

조선 정부의 강진 파악

조선 시대 강진은 대군(大郡)에 근접한 규모의 고을이었다. 읍지는 중앙정부의 관점에서 지방의 통치체계상의 위치와 인적 · 물적자원을 파악하려는 의지와 지역민의 지역 위상과 문화를 구축하려는 노력이 교차하면서 만들어졌다. 강진읍지는 여러 종류가 현존하지만 2012년에 『금릉읍지』가 새롭게 발굴되었다. 본 연구는 『금릉읍지』의 작성연대를 새롭게 추정함으로써 『금릉읍지』에 대한 해석을 보다 풍부하게 하고자 하였다. 기존 연구에서는 『금릉읍지』를 19세기 말 20세기 초에 편찬된 사찬읍지로 추정하였다. 하지만 본 연구는『금릉읍지』가 1793년 중앙정부 주도로 편찬된 것으로 논증하였다. 현재 『금릉읍지』와 같은 항목 구성과 기술 방식을 지닌 18세기 말 19세기 초의 전라도 지역 읍지가 다수 발견된다. 이 읍지들은 1789년(정조13) 이후 편찬된 『해동여지통재(海東輿地通載)』계열의 읍지로 판단되며,『금릉읍지』도 그 계열 읍지의 하나이다. 『금릉읍지』가 1793년경 편찬된 읍지이며, 읍지 편찬의 계기도 중앙정부의 전국지리지 편찬의 일환이었다는 점을 명확히 하면,『금릉읍지』는 보다 풍부하게 해석될 수 있다. 『금릉읍지』를 비롯한 『해동여지통재』 계열의 지리지는 『여지도서』를 계승하여 사회경제관련 항목을 늘리면서 동시에 지역의 문화와 인물 관련 항목도 늘렸다. 강진읍지 가운데『금릉읍지』에 처음으로 등장하는 항목은 다른 『해동여지통재』계열 읍지와 마찬가지로, 장시(場市) · 상납(上納) · 노비(奴婢) · 군기(軍器) · 선생안(先生案) · 과환(科宦) · 책판(册板) 항목이다.『금릉읍지』는 이들 항목을 통해서, 중앙정부의 지역 파악 의지와 지역민의 지역 사회 문화를 기록하려는 노력을 담아내었다. Joseon era Gangjin was a county with a size close to a large county. The town chronicle was created between the intersecting efforts of the central government to comprehend the location of the region in terms of the ruling system and its human and material resources and the efforts of the residents to build up the region’s status and culture. The several types of Gangjin town chronicle exist, but the 『Geumneung Town Chronicle』 was newly discovered in 2012. This study attempted to enrich the interpretation of the 『Geumneung Town Chronicle』 by newly estimating the period of authorship. Existing studies have assumed it to be a private town chronicle compiled between the end of the 19th century and the early 20th century. However, this study demonstrates that it was compiled under the agency of the central government in 1793. Currently, multiple Jeollado region town chronicles from the late 18th to early 19th century displaying the same item compositions and article descriptions to the 『Geumneung Town Chronicle』 have been found. These town chronicles are of the 『Haedongyeojitongjae』 line, which was published subsequent to 1789(13th year of King Jeongjo’s rule), and the 『Geumneung Town Chronicle』 is also one in such a line. If it can be clearly presupposed that the 『Geumneung Town Chronicle』 was compiled around the year 1793 and its compilation, a part of the National Topography compiled by the central government, it can hold a much richer interpretation. Topographis in the line of the Haedongyeojitongjae including the 『Geumneung Town Chronicle』 succeded the 『Yeojidoseo』 to increase items related to society and economy as it also increased items on the culture and the notable personages of the region. The first items appearing in the 『Geumneung Town Chronicle』 are the items of marketplace, taxation, slaves, military equipment, report on government officials, report on government officials who passed the state exam, and wooden printing blocks. Through these items, the 『Geumneung Town Chronicle』 expresses the will of the central government to comprehend the location of the region in terms of the ruling system and its human and material resources as well as the efforts of the residents to build up the status and cultural image of the region.

르네상스 시대 팔라초 (Palazzo)의 공간 구성 특성에 관한 연구

(연구배경 및 목적)예술의 황금시대라 불렸던 르네상스 시대에는, 신중심의 중세에서 벗어나 인간 중심의 문화가 형성되었다. 고대 로마의 재생과독자적인 건축 양식을 탄생시키려고 노력하였다. 이를 대표하는 것 중의 하나로 피렌체의 개인 저택인 팔라초가 있으며, 팔라초의 공간배치 및 공간 연계방식 특성을 분석하여 르네상스 시대상과 건축 구성 방식을 알아보고자 함이 연구의 목적이다. (연구방법)본 연구에서는 이론적 고찰을 통하여 르네상스 시대의 사회적 배경과 건축 특성에 대해 살펴보고, 피렌체를 중심으로 5개의 팔라초를 선정하여 구성체계 및 특성을 비교 분석한다. (결과)르네상스 시대의 대표 건축물인 팔라초에 대해 분석한 결과 팔라초는 중정을 중심으로 건축된 독립성을 가진 폐쇄적 공간을 형성하고 있다. 전체적으로 단순한 외관으로, 거친 돌쌓기 기법을 사용하여 건물에 무게감과 당당함을 주었고 사생활의 보호와 상하 위계성이 명확하게 구분되어 건축되었다. 이후 유럽 여러 도시에서 상류층 저택의 모델이 되었으며, 근대주택의 효시가 되었다는 것에 큰 의미가 있다. (Background and Purpose)During the Renaissance, the culture moved away from God-centered style to human-oriented style. At that time, people made an effort to restore ancient Rome’s fortune and develop an independent architectural style. One of the representative architectural styles of the time was the palazzo style, which is seen in personal residences in Florence, Italy. By studying the characteristics of space management inherent in palazzo style, characteristics of the era and distinctive architectural patterns were examined in this study. (Method)Specifically, the characteristics of the architecture and social background of the Renaissance were examined through theoretical considerations and a comparative analysis of five palazzo settings in central Florence. (Results)From the analysis, attributes of the Renaissance palazzo style were identified as a closed space with independence was built around the fair as independent units on a large scale. The exterior was generally restrained, although an imposing and powerful appearance was presented by use of rustication. A novel approach ensured privacy, and buildings were clearly constructed to indicate high and low positions within society. Since then, the style has become a model for European mansions housing aristocracy. It is meaningful that this architectural style is considered to have set the stage for modern housing styles.

SSC 방법을 이용한 분광기 개발과 그 이용

SSC(Small Scale Chemistry) 방법을 이용한 분광기를 학생 자신만의 실험 기구로 만들어, 휴대하면서 관찰을 통해 탐구하며 과학적으로 사고하는 생활을 기르고자 주변에 있는 피자상자와 케익 상자를 이용하여 쉽고 간단하게 개발하였다. 상자의 가로, 세로, 높이의 길이가 분광기의 해상력과 얼마나 관계가 있는지 알아보기 위해 길이가 다른 상자를 만들어 나타나는 스펙트럼의 차이를 분석해 보고, 분석한 결과를 이용하여 성능이 우수하면서도 휴대하기에 편리한 분광기의 조건을 찾아 새롭고 손쉬운 분광기를 제작하였다. 이 연구에서, 종이로 만든 분광기부터 시작해서 아크릴로 만든 분광기, AAS(Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy)를 대안할 분광기까지 제작하여 각각의 장점과 그 이용을 보여주고자 한다. 우선 종이로 만든 분광기의 경우 기존 제품보다 매우 저렴하면서도(약 1/10배) 정밀한 관찰이 가능하기 때문에 학교에서 학생들의 교육용으로 사용하기에 알맞다. 또 아크릴판으로 만든 분광기는 손상되기 쉬운 종이 분광기의 단점을 개선한 것으로서 종이 분광기보다는 좀 더 안정되게 정밀하게 관찰할 수 있다. 아크릴 분광기를 확장하여 AAS를 대안할 분광기를 제작하여 스펙트럼의 사진도 찍을 수 있고 정성적, 정량적 분석이 가능하여 교사용 및 학생용으로 사용하기에 적합하게 하였다. 이 세 가지 분광기 모두 각각의 장점을 가지면서 기존의 분광기 보다는 모두 가격 면에서 저렴하고 성능도 뒤떨어지지 않았고, 직접 쉽게 분광기를 제작하면서 분광기의 원리를 이해할 수 있도록 하여 교육적 가치가 큼을 알 수 있었다. In order to improve student's thinking ability by making SSC based spectroscope student's personnel equipment which students can carry and inspect, we made spectroscope with pizza box and cake box around us simply. In order to figure out the relationship between length of spectroscope's each side and it's resolution, we made many different sizes of spectroscope and analyzed it's spectrum's difference, and by using the result, we figured out and made the most optimized and most handy sized spectroscope. In this study, starting from the spectroscope made by paper, spectroscope made by acryl, will be shown the merit, and its use respectively. Firstly, spectroscope made by paper is much more cheaper(about 1/10) than existing spectroscope and quite accurate that it's qualified for educational purpose in school. Also, acryl spectroscope have improved paper spectroscope's weakness that it makes us possible to get more reliable and accurate image. Addition to acryl spectroscope, by making spectroscope which can replace the AAS spectroscope, it was possible to take picture of the spectrum, for qualitative and quantitative analysis that it's optimized for the teachers and students. Having these three spectroscope's merit with cheaper price, performance was no less. Also students can learn how spectroscope works while making them that it's educational value is very high.

1833~34년 전라도 지역의 살옥 사건과 심리 : 『완영일록』의 분석

This article analyzes hearings of murder cases which occurred in Jeollado in 1833-34. Seo You-Goo, the provincial governor of Jeollado during the period recorded the hearings that he was responsible for. 50 cases out of 96 murders were suicides. How did suicides become murders? Why did people commit suicide? Motivated with such research questions, we study the life of the ordinary people who expressed their problems through suicides given the legal environment of the day. We also infer the judicial functions of provincial governor based on the record. Detached from the actual investigation and punishment processes, the provincial governor adopted an image of a guardian of the law and the protector of the people. He was responsible for conducting the hearings, and at the same time, had to monitor the process. Seo You-Goo tried to alleviate the burden and sufferings of the people in these hearings. He, however, did not deviate an inch from the legal notions of the day on moral issues, such as those between husband and wife, master and slave, revenge, and adultery.
