Global consumption of aspheric lens will expand rapidly due to golbal transformation of the electronics based industry to optics based mechatronics. Especially, F-Theta lens is one of important parts in Laser Scanning Unit(LSU) because it affects the optical performance of LSU dominantly. Non axisymmetric machine based processing techologies are required to obtain high accuracy in utlra-precision aspheric core, the most important component in plastic injection molded F-Theta lens assembly. In this study, the core with non-axisymmetric aspheric shape which is used to emit the F-Theta lens was processed using the ultra precision processing technology and the shape accuracy of the core was measured. And the results there of were evaluated and compared with the emitted shape accuracy of F-Theta lens.

N/A Mechanical properties of (10%Al₂O₃·SiO₂+5%Ni)/Al hybrid composites fabricated by the reaction squeeze casting were compared with those of (15%Al₂O₃·SiO₂)/Al composites. Al-Ni intertmetallic compounds (10-20㎛) formed by the reaction between nickel powder and molten aluminum were uniformly distributed in the Al matrix. These intermetallic compounds were identified as Al₃Ni using X-ray diffraction analysis and they resulted in beneficial effects on room and high temperature strength and wear resistance. Microhardness values of (10%Al₂O₃·SiO₂+5%Ni)/Al hybrid composite were greater by about 100Hv than those of (15%Al₂O₃·SiO₂)/Al composite. Wear resistance of (10%Al₂O₃·SiO₂+5%Ni)/Al hybrid composites was superior to that of (15%Al₂O₃·SiO₂)/Al composites regardless of the applied load. While tensile and yield strength of (10Al₂O₃·SiO₂+5%Ni)/Al hybrid composites were greater at room temperature and 300℃, strength drop at high temperature was much smaller in hybrid composites.
피부 사상균증 환자에서 Trichophytin에 대한 피부 면역 반응
김상석,이호균,이종주 대한의진균학회 2001 대한의진균학회지 Vol.6 No.3
Background: The cell mediate immunity is of importance or the development of host resistance to dermatophytic infection. Objective: The aim of this study was to estimate the clinical usefulness of purified trichophytin and to correlate cell mediate immunity to the clinical parameters of dermatophytosis, i. e. duration of infection, localization of infection and the type of dermatophyte involved. Methods: For evaluation of cell mediate immunity in dermatophytosis, cutaneous immune reaction was measured in 102 patients with dermatophytosis (75 patient with chronic dermatophytosis and 27 patients with non-chronic dermatophytosis) by means of intradermal injection of purified trichophytin extracted from Trichophyton(T.) mentagrophytes. Results: The results are sumarized as fellows: Patients with chronic dermatophytosis were positive in 10.7% of cases, while 51.9% of the patients with non-chronic dermatophytosis showed positive delayed cutaneous reactions (p<0.05). Of the dermatophytes isolated, 81.4% of the patients were chronically inflected by T. rubrum Delayed cutaneous reactions occured in infections with T. rubrum in only 17.1% of cases, but this difference was not statistically significant (p=0.06). Of the patients with tinea cruris, delayed cutaneous reactions were registered in 50%, but only in 15.1% those with tines unguium (p<0.05). The significant difference in the rate of positivity in delayed reactions was not shown between the patients group with nail infection(15.1%) and the patients group without nail infection (28.6%). The rate of positivity in immediate and delayed reactions of the patients group in the multiple lesions (50%, 13.2%, respectively) was higher than that of the patients group in the single lesion (46.9%,26.6%, respectively). Conclusion: The present study reinforced the hypothesis that susceptibility to chronic dermatophytosis is related to a lack of cell mediate immunity to the infectious agents and clinically, purified trichophytin is good far the evaluation of host sensitization to dermatophyte antigens as well as cell mediate immunity in dermatophytosis. 만성 두드러기 환자에서의 Helicobacter pylori 감염율에 관한 전향성 연구
김상석,김재왕,김광중,이종주,장명국,석상미 대한피부과학회 1998 대한피부과학회지 Vol.36 No.6
Background: Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection is known to be strongly associated with varied dermatoses such as rosacea, vasculitic purpura, and Sweet's syndrome. Also, many antibiotics including amoxicillin, clarithromycin, and tetracycline have been used to ameliorate chronic urticaria. This recent knowledge posed the plausibility that H. pylori infection might be an underlying causative factor of chronic urticaria. Objective : This study was conducted to investigate the role of H. pylori infection in patients with chronic urticaria. Methods : Sixty-five subjects with chronic urticaria were examined for H. pylori infection with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for IgG/M against H. pylori and rapid urease test(CLO test) for endoscopically biopsied gastric mucosa. Amoxicillin or clarithromycin combined with omeprazole as a therapy was administrated to the 44 patients with positive test results for 4 weeks. Results : H. pylori infection was more frequently diagnosed in 44 of 65(67.7%) patients with chronic urticaria than in the control subjects(8.8%). After the completion of treatment for 4 weeks, specific IgG antibodies and a CLO test against H. pylori were negative in 28 of 38(73.7%) and 43 of 44(97.7%) patients respectively. At the post-treatment evaluation, 37 of 44(84.1%) patients with H. pylori-positive urticaria showed significant clinical remission of urticaria. Conclusion : Eradication of H. pylori in patients with chronic urticaria was accompanied by clinical remission of urtication. There is substantial evidence that unexplained causes of chronic urticaria may be associated with H. pylori infection.
