표준관입시험결과를 이용한 사질토 지반의 전단파속도 예측 : 인공신경망 모델의 적용

Although shear wave velocity (Vs) is an important design factor in seismic design, the measurement is not usuallymade in typical field investigation due to time and economic limitations. In the present study, an investigation wasmade to predict sand Vs based on the standard penetration test (SPT) results by using artificial neural network (ANN)model. A total of 650 dataset composed of SPT-N value (N60), water content, fine content, specific gravity for inputdata and Vs for output data was used to build and train the ANN model. The sensitivity analysis was then performedfor the trained ANN to examine the effect of the input variables on the Vs. Also, the ANN model was compared withseven existing empirical models on the performance. The sensitivity analysis results revealed that the effect of the SPT-Nvalue on Vs is significantly greater compared to other input variables. Also, when compared with the empirical modelsusing Nash-Sutcliffe Model Efficiency Coefficient (NSE) and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), the ANN model wasfound to exhibit the highest prediction capability.
헌법 제31조 제1항 ‘균등’, 그리고 ‘능력에 따라’에 대한 재고(再考) ― 명문화되던 당시 정치사회적 맥락의 관점에서 ―

The purpose of this study is to reexamine the ideological context of the period when ‘Equal’ was stipulated in the Constitution and to actively interpret its meaning as a principle of allocating educational opportunities. Furthermore, in the political and social context at the time when ‘Corresponding to their abilities’ was stipulated, it was examined whether the two were in conflict or had an inclusive relationship. Regarding the right to receive education based on Triequism, the concept of 'Equal' means that "All people are given equal opportunities to receive education, enjoy what is necessary for self-government and the ability to engage in economic activities, It is also about reaching a stable state in which learning can be performed without interruption.” This reinterpretation suggests that, first, ‘Equality’ in Triequism is already actively reflecting the intention of substantive equality as the conventional interpretation of ‘Corresponding to their abilities’. Second, ‘Equal’ of the right to receive an education is a statement that limits elitist differential education by the state. However, ‘Corresponding to their abilities’ inserted at the time of the 5th constitutional amendment in the same article strongly reflects the possibility that the allocation of educational opportunities follows the elitist principle of difference. Therefore, it is necessary to delete ‘Corresponding to their abilities’ through discussions on constitutional amendment in the future, and continue actively reviewing Triequism as a discussion to solve the problem. 본 연구의 목적은 헌법상 ‘균등’이 명문화되던 시기 사상적 맥락을 다시 고찰하고, 교육기회 배분 원리로서 그 의미를 적극적으로 해석하는 것이다. 아울러 헌법 조항에서 다소 불편하게 병립하고 있는 ‘능력에 따라’가 명문화되던 시기 정치사회적 맥락을 조명하여 양자가 상충하거나 포함되는 관계에 있는 것은 아닌지 검토하였다. 삼균주의 사상을 토대로 교육을 받을 권리에 대하여 ‘균등’의 개념이란 “모든 권리 주체가 교육을 받을 평등한 기회를 부여받고, 자치(自治)와 경제활동을 할 수 있는 능력에 필요한 것들을 향유하며, 또 학습을 방해받지 않고 행할 수 있는 안정적인 상태에 이르도록 하는 것”이라고 요약할 수 있다. 이러한 재해석이 시사하는 바는 첫째, 삼균주의 사상에서 ‘균등’은 종래 ‘능력에 따라’의 해석으로서 실질적 평등이라는 지향을 이미 적극적으로 반영하는 것이다. 둘째, 교육을 받을 권리의 ‘균등’은 국가에 의한 엘리트주의적 차등 교육을 제한한다는 언명이다. 그런데 같은 조항에서 제5차 개헌 당시 삽입된 ‘능력에 따라’는 오히려 교육기회 배분이 엘리트주의적 차등 원리에 따르는 것으로 해석될 여지를 강하게 반영하는 것이다. 따라서 차제에 헌법 개정 논의 시 ‘능력에 따라’ 삭제를 전향적으로 검토할 필요가 있으며, 현실의 교육문제를 해소하기 위한 논의로서 삼균주의 사상을 적극적으로 검토하고 재해석하는 작업을 지속해야 한다.
지하수 유동과 응력-간극수압 연계 해석을 통한 노후터널의 라이닝 안정성 분석

The degradation of a tunnel drainage system leads to increases in pore water pressure around the tunnel and the lining stress, which results in affecting the tunnel stability. In the present study of the Namsan 3th tunnel, more than 30 year old tunnel, the effects of the drainage performance reduction due to drain hole clogging on the tunnel lining stability were investigated by examining pore water pressure distribution around the tunnel and the lining stresses through numerical analysis. Groundwater flow modeling on the Mt. Namsan region was done first and 3D seepage and coupled stress-pore water pressure finite element analysis were performed on the tunnel using the results of the groundwater flow modeling. The pore water pressure distribution and the tunnel lining stresses could be predicted using a drain hole outflow data measured in the tunnel site. This analysis method may be used to evaluate the current stability of old tunnels for which in most cases field investigations and related information are not readily available.
75 kW 용융탄산염 연료전지 (MCFC) 스택 내 압력 손실 해석

To obtain the data of the pressure loss and differential pressure at the inside of the stack that was composed of 126 cells with 7,500 cm2 electrode area, 75kW molten carbonate fuel cell system has been operated. Computational fluid dynamics was applied to estimate reactions and thermal fluid behavior inside of the stack that was adopted with internal manifold type separator. The pressure loss coefficient K showed 72.29 to 84.01 in anode and 6.34 to 8.75 in cathode at low part of cells at the inside of 75 kW MCFC stack respectively. Meanwhile, the pressure loss coefficient of the higher part of cells at the interior of the stack showed 15.36 and 56.44 in anode and cathode respectively. These results mean that there is no big total pressure difference between anode and cathode at the inner part of 75 kW MCFC stack. This result will be reflected in 250kW MCFC system design.
