ARCS학습동기 전략을 이용한 Smart Learning의 학업성과와 관련된 변인들간의 구조적 관계 분석

세계 각 국은 현재 Smart 열풍 속에 Smart한 세상으로 변화하고 있다. 교육 또한 e-Learning의 지속적인 성장 발전을 위해 유비쿼터스환경에 적합한 학습형태인 모바일기반 의 Smart Learning으로 진화하고 있다. 본 연구는 e-Learning 성공요인으로 가장 주목받고 있 는 학 습자의 동기요인에 관하여 Keller의 ARCS모델에 근거한 학습자의 스마트러닝의 학업성과 와 관련 된 변인들 간의 관계를 분석한다. 학습자의 학습 동기전략 요소인 주의력(A:Attention), 관련 성 (R:Relevace), 자신감(C:Confidence), 만족감(S:Satisfaction)의 관측변수가 학업성과에 미치는 결 과를 알아보기 위해 학습자가 인식하는 콘텐츠교사에 대한 교사효능감과 학습자 스스로 자 각하는 스마트러닝에 대한 자아효능감을 조절변수로 설정하였다. 또한 학습몰입이 학업성과에 미 치는 매 개효과를 구조모형을 통해 확인해 본다. With a craze for smart devices, the world is changing into a smarter one. And education is evolving to mobile-based smart-Learning suitable to the ubiquitous environment for sustainable e-Learning development. This study analyzed relations between variables related to smart-Learning performance based on Keller's ARCS model which is about learners' motivation factors and is regarded as the best factor of success in e-Learning. Efficacy for contents teachers recognized by learners and self-efficacy for smart-Learning recognized by learners themselves were set as a control variable in order to examine the effect of observation variables, or learners' learning motivation strategy factors, such as Attention(A), Relevance(R), Confidence(C) and Satisfaction (S), on learning performance. Besides, a mediating effect of learning absorption on learning performance is verified through a structural model.

Organizational slack is intentionally held and managed by corporatefirms today. However, there is no consensus on the effects of slackresources on organizations. Accordingly, this study examined theeffects of organizational slack resources on firm performance ofKorean pharmaceutical companies. Specifically, we classified slackresources into available slack, recoverable slack, and potentialslack and verified the relationship between each slack and firmperformance. For the empirical analysis, we used the six-yearpanel data of 53 listed pharmaceutical companies in Korea from2010 to 2015 and used the feasible generalized least squares(FGLS) regression model considering the issues ofheteroscedasticity and autocorrelation in the panel data. Theresults indicated that recoverable slack had a negative effect onfirm performance. The results also indicated that available slackand potential slack had inverted U-shaped relationships with firmperformance. We discuss the implications of the study’s findingsfor the effects of slack resources on firm performance.
스마트 러닝 학습성과 향상을 위한 학습 동기 전략 요인들 간의 구조적 관계 연구

세계 각 국은 현재 스마트 열풍 속에 4차 산업혁명 시대로 변화하고 있다. 교육 또한 e-러닝의 지속적인 성장 발전을 통해 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 학습형태인 모바일 기반의 스마트러닝으로 진화하고 있다. 본 연구는 e-Learning 성공요인으로 가장 주목받고 있는 학습자의 동기요인에 관하여 Keller의 ARCS모델에 근거하여 학습자의 스마트러닝 학습성과와 관련된 요인들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 학습자의 학습 동기 전략 요소가 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 과정 중에 특히 학습자에 대한 여러 동기부여 전략이 학습몰입이라는 매개변수의 조절효과를 거쳐 학습성과에 미치는 영향을 연구 구조모형을 통해 확인해 보았다. Flow is an optimal psychological state that people experience when engaged in an activity that is both appropriately challenging to one"s skill level, often resulting in immersion and concentrated focus on a task. Through the study model, we found that Flow can result in deep learning and high levels of learning performance.

An assessment study of nuclear power piping in a nuclear power plant is described. Vibration analysis is one of the effective method for structural integrity assessment if correlation between vibration and stress allow as boundary conditions could be precisely defined and incorporated. Root theorem of allowable velocity criteria of nuclear power piping of the ASME OM-1987 is reestablished, and asssumption of that case, simplified "clamped-clamped beam", was verified in here. With this findings, a transient vibration on a large bore piping was analysised to seek countermeasures as a dynamic absorber. Sectional discontinuity yielding Strouhal Number near 1.1 could generate serious high vibration known as self-sustaining oscillation. Designed dynamic absorber is an additional mass effect with spring onto a given vibration system, where calculated additional mass is 36 kg, effective length and outside diameter of steel pipe as a spring are 250mm and 125mm respectively. An approach of mass addition is one of the effective method when excessive vibration is occuring in piping structure but only applicable when source vibration frequency is independent from the boundary condition.
