        각질하 농포성 피부병 한방 치험 1례

        Objective : Subcorneal pustular dermatosis is a rare, chronic neutrophilic dermatoses that was first described in 1956. The eruption is characterized by flaccid pustules grouped in a circinate pattern on normal or erythematous skin. We treated a case of subcorneal pustular dermatosis in one patient; there have been no former reports of this disease treated by oriental medicine. We present this case because we considered it to be useful as a possible Oriental medicine treatment for subcorneal pustular dermatosis, and something that canbe used for further study of neutrophilic dermatoses. Method : We used herbal medication, acupuncture, herbal wet dressing, herbal ointment, cupping therapy and phototherapy during treatment. We assessed symptoms during treatment and also carried out blood tests through out. Result : We observed and treated a case of subcorneal pustular dermatosis patient and after treatment the patient's objective and subjective symptoms showed noticeable improvement. Conclusion : We suggest that subcorneal pustualr dermatosis can be treated by Oriental medicine therapy effectively. We expect these study results will help provide useful evidence of Oriental medicine as an effective treatment for subcorneal pustualr dermatosis.

        청장년기 아토피피부염 환자의 살의 질에 관한 연구

        Background : Many doctors are under a bias toward clinical severity in patients with atopic dermatitis. But the various studios show that atopic dermatitis may produce a range of impacts on the qualify of lift . Nevertheless there is much to be desired about the association between the quality of lift and atopic dermatitis in the department of Dermatology in Korean medicine. Objective : This study was conducted to investigate the impact of the atopic dermatitis on quality of life and explore prognostic factors that influence outcomes. Methods : 70 patients were recruited in this study rho write out more than 90% of Skindex-29 questionnaires. The function of total scores and three domain scores and SCORAD index was investigated and the correlation of each domain scores also . Result : The total scores, showed significant correlation with three domain scores in atopic dermatitis. The correlation of each three domain scores were significant. SCORAD index showed significant correlation with three domain scores and total scores. Conclusion : In this study atopic dermatitis efface of the quality of life in physical, social, and psychological factors. So we considered to the quality of life as well as clinical severity in patient with atopic dermatitis.

        간호대학생의 COVID-19 예방 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the prevention behavior of COVID-19 infection among nursing students. Methods: This survey was conducted from September 3 to October 2, 2021 among 172 sophomore and senior students at universities in D metropolitan city and J province. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Hierarchical Regression. Results: There were significant differences in COVID-19 preventive behavior by gender (t=0.13, p=.017) and clinical practice experience (t=2.78, p=.006). COVID-19 preventive behavior showed significantly positive correlations with subjective norm (r=.35, p<.001), self-efficacy(r=.33, p<.001), and intention(r=.62, p<.001). The variables affecting COVID-19 preventive behavior were intention(β=.529, p<.001), subjective norm(β=.169, p=.008), and clinical practice experience(β=.118, p=.049), and the explanatory power was 43%. Conclusion: Considering these results, it is necessary to develop strategies that can encourage the intention of nursing students to practice prevention for COVID-19 infection control. In addition, maintaining subjective norms through national policies is a critical strategy.

        전자선 조사를 통해 제조한 카복시메틸셀룰로스 수화젤의 팽윤거동

        In this study, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) hydrogels were successfully prepared by electron beam irradiation. The morphology and mechanical properties of the hydrogels were examined by scanning electron microscopy and tensile testing, which indicated that the compressive strength of the hydrogels was closely associated with their pore wall thickness. In addition, the equilibrium swelling ratio of the hydrogels was evaluated in both distilled water and different physiological media, which indicated that their maximum swelling ratio was higher in water than that in physiological media. Moreover, their maximum swelling ratio decreased with an increase in salt concentration. The fabricated cellulose-based hydrogels were shown to be promising for applications in drug delivery systems and the field of biomaterials.

        열플라즈마에 의한 TiO<sub>2-x</sub>N<sub>x</sub>의 합성 및 광촉매 특성 비교

        $TiO_2$의 가장 큰 특징은 광촉매적 특성을 들 수 있으나 순수한 $TiO_2$는 자외선 영역에서만 활성을 보이는 단점이 있다. 단점을 보완하고자 본 연구에서는 초고온, 고활성을 이용한 열플라즈마 공정으로 질소가 도핑된 $TiO_2$를 합성하여 $TiO_2$의 광촉매적 특성을 높이고자 하였다. 직류 플라즈마 제트를 이용하여 비금속이온인 질소와 반응 가스인 산소를 $TiCl_4$와 함께 플라즈마 반응기 안에서 반응시켜 질소가 도핑된 $TiO_2$ 나노 분말을 합성하였다. 합성 조건으로 질소의 유량을 변화하였다. 합성 변수에 따른 입자의 상조성, 크기를 분석하였고 아세트알데히드와 곰팡이를 광분해하는 실험을 통해 광촉매 활성을 살펴보았다. 한편 $TiO_2$의 분말 상태와 코팅된 상태의 광촉매 특성을 비교하고자 합성한 분말의 스핀 코팅과 PLD (Pulsed Laser Deposition)을 통해 $TiO_2$를 코팅하였다. 아세트알데히드 분해 실험의 결과 질소가 도핑된 $TiO_2$ 분말의 경우가 순수한 $TiO_2$ 분말에 비해 가시영역에서의 광촉매 활성이 두 배 이상 뛰어난 것을 확인하였으며, 곰팡이 분해 실험 결과 역시 질소가 도핑된 $TiO_2$ 분말에 곰팡이가 분해되는 것을 확인하였다. 분말과 필름을 제조하여 메틸렌블루 광분해 실험한 결과 분말의 경우 100% $TiO_2$입자가 메틸렌블루 분해에 이용되며, 반면 스핀 코팅의 경우 바인더의 함량 때문에 20~30%의 $TiO_2$만이 분해에 이용되기 때문에, 분말의 경우 초기 30 mL 메틸렌블루를 한번에 분해할 수 있었다. $N_2$ doped $TiO_2$ nano-sized powder was prepared using a DC arc plasma jet and investigated with XRD, BET, SEM, TEM, and photo-catalytic decomposition. Recently the research interest about the nano-sized $TiO_2$ powder has been increased to improve its photo-catalytic activity for the removal of environmental pollutants. Nitrogen gas, reacting gas, and titanium tetrachloride ($TiCl_4$) were used as the raw materials and injected into the plasma reactor to synthesize the $N_2$ doped $TiO_2$ power. The particle size and XRD peaks of the synthesized powder were analyzed as a function of the flow rate of the nitrogen gas. Also, the characteristics of the photo-catalytic decomposition using the prepared powder were studied. For comparing the photo-catalytic decomposition performance of $TiO_2$ powder with that of $TiO_2$ coating, $TiO_2$ thin films were prepared by the spin coating and the pulsed laser deposition. For the results of the acetaldehyde decomposition, the photo-catalytic activity of $TiO_{2-x}N_x$ powder was higher than that of the pure $TiO_2$ powder in the visible light region. For the methylene blue decomposition, the decomposition efficiency of $TiO_2$ powder was also higher than that of $TiO_2$ film.

        유전적(遺傳的) 분석법(分析法)에 의한 사상체질(四象體質)의 연구(硏究)

        This study was carried out for the objectification and clinical application of the Sasang Constitutional Medicine(四象醫學). So, the Taeum Soyang, Soum groups were classified by diagnostic rules of Sasang constitution, and investigated by Amp-FLP method far genetic difference. The Amp-FLP was one of the most frequently used human genetic analysis methods which adopts STR typing. In this study, 100 genomic DNA samples of Taeum, Soyang, Soum constitution group were analysed by Amp-FLP method. Allele frequencies of four tetrameric short tandem repeat(STR) loci(TPOX, LPL, D21744, and D13S317) were determined in Taeum, Soyang, Soum groups. The heterozygosities and the polymorphism information content(PIC) values of forur STR loci were 0.812 and 0.789 in D3S1744, 0.811 in D13S317, 0.466 and 0.417 in LPL, and 0.625 and 0.561 in TPOX, respectively. The allele distribution of four STR loci was statistically evaluated. It was found out that the allele distribution of four STR loci was not significantly different among different constitutions. But all loci were found to be highly polymorphic in Taeum, Soyang, Soum groups. It was found out in this study that Taeum, Soum groups are genetically more related each other than they are related to Soyang groups.

      • 왕궁리 유적지에서 발굴된 고대 토양의 부분 특성 연구

        The archeological remains usually exist in some excavated ancient soils. The ancients oils are buried in underground with the environmental, biological and social facts for circumstantial evidence at past times. Consequently, it is very important thing to carry out scientific analysis of the ancient soils side by side with archeological study. In this study, we accumulated some basic data for scientific analysis of 5 kinds of ancient soils excavated at Wanggung-ri, Iksan city. So we obtained some characterizations of organic chemical source, ancient parasite egg, and some seeds in the soils. The organic sources showed the content of high organic material as 7~22%, and strong acidic condition as pH 2~6. It is indicated that Wanggung-ri soils have included so many organic materials from the degradation of biological remains. Most of all, we searched a lot of eggs of parasite Trichuris trichiura and so it is possible that this area had been a ancient toilet at that times. The more scientific analysis of the soils will be showed us about the utility of the area, ancient dietary life style, ancient environment and ancient human diseases.

      • 토양분석을 통한 고고학적 해석-익산 왕궁리 수혈유구 토양을 대상으로

        Coprostanol is a metabolic product of cholesterol, formed by microbial action in the mammalian gut. This chemical compound is the major sterol in human and has been routinely studied as a biomarker of sewage pollution in marine and lacustrinesediments. This has led to the search for coprostanol as a biomarker in archaeologicalsoils, in order to detect the presence of fecal material. In this study, five samples of archaeological soils excavated at Wanggung ri, Iksancity, were used to assess the possibility of using coprostanol as indicators of ancient human activity in archaeological areas. The sampled soils were analyzed MXRD,EDXRF for their physical and chemical properties. And coprostanol was analysed byGC/MSD, using SIM method to detect and quantify specific compound. The results showed the soils were composed of quartz and feldspars, inorganicelement such as $SiO_2$, $Al_2O_3$, $Fe_2O_3$ etc. Moreover, the result from the analysis wasindicated that the specific compound is coprostanol. The coprostanol was determined at $0.16~1.01\mug$/g in the range of concentrations. This finding indicate that clear promise exists for the exploitation of coprostanol as biomarker of ancient human activity inarchaeological survey. Therefore such studies can serve to increase the confidence we place on biomarker-based methodologies for assessing fecal pollution. The application of this methodology has proved a simple and effective way of searching for that pattern in successively more aged deposits either known or suspected to contain fecal material. And the more scientific analysis of the soils will be showed to utility of the area ancient dietary life style, ancient environment.

        한방화장품이 안면부의 탄력 개선에 미치는 영향

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of korean herbal cosmetics for facial skin elasticity. Methods : We recruited patients and divided them to cosmetics group and control group randomly. We provided korean herbal cosmetics to cosmetics group and subjects in cosmetics group applied the provided cosmetics for 4 weeks. Control group waited and applied cosmetics that had previously used for 4 weeks. We assessed all subjects in 0 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks. Primary assessment instrument was moire topography photo scale. Second assessment instrument was skin moisture, oiliness and elasticity which assessed with skintouch system v1.0, detox/regeneration questionnaire score and self-evaluating facial wrinkle/looseness score. Result : Moire topography photo scale improved in cosmetics group than control group significantly. Skin moisture and elasticity assessed with skintouch system improved in cosmetics group than control group significantly while skin oiliness assessed with skintouch system have not improved significantly. Detox/regeneration questionnaire score and self-evaluating facial wrinkle/looseness score improved in cosmetics group than control group significantly. Conclusion : Korean herbal cosmetics application might be effective method for facial skin elasticity.

        국소부신피질호르몬제 사용 중단 후 나타난 홍피성 건선의 한방 치험 1례

        Objective : The aim of this study is to report the effect and safety of Traditional Korean Medicine on the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis which appeared after stopping high potency topical steroids. Methods : A patient with psoriasis stopped topical steroids after the first outpatient care and was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion for eight months. The severity of psoriasis was assessed with Psoriasis Area and Severity Index. Liver and renal functions were tested to observe the hepatic and renal toxicity of the treatment. Results : PASI score were 6.2 on the first visit and three months after it increased to 30 and the patient showed symptoms of erythrodermic psoriasis. And seven months after the first visit, it decreased to 0.6. There was no hepatic and renal toxicity of the treatment. Conclusion : These findings suggest that Traditional Korean Medicine might be effective and safe for the treatment of erythrodermic psoriasis.
