코발트 염의 첨가량을 달리하여 배합된 고무의 물성과 이 고무와 황동이 피복된 강선간의 접착특성을 조사하였다. 코발트 염의 첨가가 배합고무의 물성에 미치는 영향은 크지 않았으나, 접착특성은 코발트 염의 첨가량과 열화처리에 따라 크게 달라졌다. 코발트 염의 함량이 적은 고무에서는 pullout force와 고무의 부착 정도로 나타내어지는 접착특성이 향상되었으나, 함량이 1.5phr 이상인 고무에서는 열화 후 접착특성이 크게 나빠졌다. 코발트 염의 과량 첨가에 따른 접착특성의 저하를 접착층의 성장과 관련지어 설명하였다. The effect of cobalt salt in rubber compound on the physical properties of the rubber compound and the adhesion properties between the rubber compound and brass-coated steel cord was studied. Although the change in the physical properties of the rubber compound with the addition of cobalt salt was small, the adhesion properties were changed significantly with the loading level of cobalt salt and aging treatments. Pullout force and rubber coverage of the steel cord were enhanced in the rubber compound with low loading of cobalt salt. When the loading level of cobalt salt was higher than 1.5 phr, the adhesion was severely deteriorated after aging treatments. The easy failure in the adhesion of the sample with high loading of cobalt salt was explained in terms of the growth of the interfacial layer.

Lots of large sized hospitals have already installed medical informations computing system. However, legislator and government have not made any policies and legislations for regulating and protecting privacy about personal medical informations. Of course, there are statues of privacy rule for protection of personal informations. If a term of medical informations is included in a term of personal informations broadly, present privacy rule could regulate use or disclosure of medical informations for privacy protection. But, medical informations are very sensitive informations compared with other personal informations. Therefore, the special privacy rule for regulating about protection of personal medical informations has to make as soon as possible. On this article, I suggest a appropriate direction for legislation about protection of personal medical informations according to analyzing into U.S.A.'s statute for privacy act about personal medical informations - "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act".
고정자 자속 추정과 PLL을 이용한 동기모터의 센서리스 속도 제어

This paper presents the sensorless position control of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) using stator flux estimation and Phase Lock Loop (PLL). The field current and the torque current are required in order to perform the vector control of the PMSM. At this time, it is necessary for the torque to know the exact position of the magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet, because the torque must be applied torque current in the direction orthogonal to the permanent magnet. In general the speed of the PMSM is controlled by using a magnetic position sensor. However, this paper, we estimates the stator flux by using the PLL method without the magnetic position sensor. This method is simple and easy, in addition it has the advantage of a stabile estimation of the rotor. Finally the proposed algorithm was confirmed by experimental results and showed the good performance.
