프랜차이즈 직영점 미용실의 교육만족도가 교육요구도를 매개로 이직요인에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 프랜차이즈 직영점의 교육만족도가 교육요구도를 매개로 이직요인에 미치는 영향으로 이직률의 대비책을 마련하기 위해 실시하였다. 자료수집 방법은 설문지법으로 237부가 최종분석자료로 사용되었다. 결과는 첫째, 일반적 특성에 교육요구도를 분석한 결과 학력(F=5.655, p<.01), 이직요인을 분석한 결과 직급(t=-2.809, p<.01)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났 다. 둘째, 교육만족도는 교육요구도(r=-.16, p<.05)와 이직요인(r=-.18)과 유의한 부적 상관관계로 나타났으며, 교육요구도는 이직요인(r=.53, p<.01)과 유의한 정적 상관로 나타났다. 셋째, 이직요인에 디자이너(B=.25, t=2.332, p<.05)와 교육요구도 (B=.88, t=9.313, p<.001)는 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교육만족도와 이직요인에 교육요구도는 유의 한 영향(β=.52, p<.001)으로 완전 매개하는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 직영점의 종사자와의 소통과 교육 후 분기별 만족도와 요구도를 조사하고, 다양한 커리큘럼 교육으로 이직률을 낮출 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to prepare a countermeasure for turnover due to the effect of education satisfaction at franchise stores on turnover factors through the medium of education requirements. In the method of collecting data, 237 copies of the questionnaire method were used as the final data. It is generally believed that hard tissues such as bone or dentine is resorbed by multinucleated giant cells called clastic cells. However, resorption of the nonmineralized superficial layers of mineralized tissue such as osteoid tissue and predentine is still debated. Therefore, the fate of these superficial nonmineralized layers in the initial events involved in tooth resorption and characteristics of the associated cells were studied. The results obtained were as follows. Before multinucleated giant cells appeared, nonmineralized predentine layer appeared to be intact and was covered with an odontoblastic layer. Concomitantly with beginning of resorption, odontoblasts began to degenerate, becoming atrophied or flattened. Multinucleated giant cells appeared on the predentine surface had ruffled border and clear zone. It formed typical resotption lacunae on the predentine surface. Completion of predentine resorption followed by dentine resorption by multinucleated cells. These results suggest that superficial nonmineralized layers, such as predentine, also can be resorbed by multinucleated odontoclasts, probably in much the same way as dentine resorption.

The demand for platinum group metals (PGMs) as raw materials for various advanced industries has been growing due to their excellent physical and chemical properties. Since the mineral resources are confined to few countries, the secure supply of PGMs becomes an issue to related industries. Recently, domestic companies has been endeavored to recover PGMs from various secondary resources. Unfortunately, most of them suffer from the lack of refining technology. Unlike the mineral resources, the conventional refining technology is difficult to apply directly to secondary resources since they contain wide spectrum of metals, contents and form of the existence. In this paper, the refining process for PGMs currently in operation in a commercial factory is introduced. The solution chemistry, which is the basis of separation & purification, is described in terms of chloro-complex widely used in real processes. In addition, the minerals of PGMs, production, and application in various industries are also discussed briefly. The investigation and review of the technology trend would help to set up the R&D strategy to realize the recycling of PGMs from domestic secondary resources.
현실 환경에서 증강현실과 딥러닝을 활용한 M&S 모델 증강가시화

This paper proposes a new method to effectively visualize modeling & simulation (M&S) results in a real environment using augmented reality (AR) and deep learning. The proposed approach makes it possible to dynamically generate an M&S analysis space of the real environment, to recognize real objects by using a deep learning technique, and to place the analyzed M&S results onto them. In order to construct an M&S space dynamically, we perform area learning on the real space using a smart device supporting RGB-D camera. In addition, real objects are recognized through deep learning-based object detection. Spatial mapping and user interaction are conducted to match the recognized real object with corresponding M&S model in the mobile AR environment. A proof-of-concept system was developed to show the advantage and feasibility of the proposed method. Therefore, the proposed approach can be used for seamlessly integrating M&S models into various real spaces and for reviewing M&S results more consistently and effectively.

Although shoulder arthroscopy has provided a major advantage in the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder injuries, it is not free of complications. Several clinical reports have described patients who suffered life-threatening airway obstruction during arthroscopic shoulder surgery performed under regional or general anesthesia. We report a case of severe neck edema threatening airway after shoulder arthroscopy under general anesthesia.
