초등 실과 '나의 진로' 단원을 위한 수업과정안 및 수행평가 도구 개발

이 연구는 초등학교 실과 나의 진로에서 ‘내 길을 찾아 삼만리’단원을 위한 수업과정안 및 수행평가 도구를 개발하는데 있다. 이 연구는 준비(preparation), 개발(development), 개선(improvement)의 세 단계로 수행되었다. 첫째, 준비단계에서는 초등 실과 교육과정 내용영역 중 ‘기술의 세계’의 영역에서 ‘나의 진로’ 단원을 분석하였다. 학생활동예상을 분석하여 수업의 단계를 기술교과에서 주로 이용되는 문제해결의 단계를 분석·적용하였다. 둘째, 개발단계에서는 준비단계를 기반으로 하여 수업과정안과 수행평가도구를 개발하였다. 셋째, 개선단계에서는 개발되어진 수업지도안과 수행평가 도구에 대하여 전문가 집단을 구성하여 검토·보안하였다. 주된 개선사항으로는 ‘학교 적용시 활용가능한 적용방안 및 유의사항을 제시’, ‘인터넷을 활용한 정보검색 문항 추가’, ‘보충 학습자료의 추가 제작’ 등이 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 수업지도안과 수행평가 도구는 진로인식 단계에 있는 초등학생들이 진로와 직업의 종류의 차이를 알게 하며, 학생 자아인식를 계발시키는 기회를 부여하고, 일반적으로 우리사회에서 널리 알려진 직업이외의 직업을 학생들이 이해할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. The Purpose of this study was to develop the lesson plan and performance assessment instrument for ‘My Career: My Way looking for Sammanri’ in Elementary Practical Arts. This study was consist of preparation step, development step and improvement step. In preparation, I carried out research and Analysis ‘My Career’ unit in Elementary Practical Arts. It is consist of two section: ‘World of Technology’, ‘ Life of Home economics’. In Development, I developed the lesson plan and performance assessment instrument based on preparation stage. In Improvement, I configured by the experts about the lesson plans and performance assessment and assessment instrument were being developed security. The mager of improve things: School applied when utilizing the applicable plan and present a note, ''added using the Internet information retrieval question,'' added the production of supplementary learning materials’ The conclusion, lesson plans and performance assessment tool developed in this study is to know the difference between the types of elementary school students in career and vocational career recognition stage, students have the opportunity to develop self and generally well-known profession in our society students will understand the profession outside.

한-EFTA간 FTA의 무역확대 효과

This paper estimates the impact of the Korea-EFTA FTA on Korean trade of manufacturing sectors. We use a panel of 6 annual observations (2003-2008) over 7 manufacturing industries. The major findings of this paper are as follows. First, we found that FTA has a positive significant effect on Korean exports. The removal of EFTA tariffs increases Korean exports to EFTA through trade creation effects. Second, FTA has a significant effect on Korean imports from EFTA. The removal of korean tariffs increases Korean imports from EFTA. The results suggest that the gradual tariff elimination of the Korea-EFTA FTA will probably lead to larger trade expansion. 본 연구에서는 한-EFTA간 FTA가 한국의 대 EFTA 무역에 얼마나 영향을 주었는지 알아보기 위하여 실증 분석을 시도하였다. 우리나라 제조업 7개 부문에 대한 횡단면 자료와 2003-2008년 동안의 6개년도의 시계열 자료로 구성된 패널 자료를 사용하여 분석한 결과 한-EFTA FTA가 한국의 대 EFTA 수출입 증대에 크게 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 한국의 대 EFTA 수출에 미치는 효과를 분석하는데 있어 FTA이외에 환율변동, GDP, 상대가격 등 다양한 요인을 고려하면서 순수한 FTA의 효과를 추정하였다. 추정 결과 FTA변수는 기대한 바와 같이 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 FTA체결에 따른 관세철폐는 한국의 대 EFTA 공산품 수출에 긍정적인 기여를 하는 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 또한 한-EFTA간 FTA의 수입증대 효과에 대한 패널분석 결과를 보면 FTA 변수는 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 효과를 보임으로써 FTA체결에 따른 관세철폐는 우리나라의 대 EFTA 공산품 수입을 증가시키는 요인으로 작용한다는 결과를 얻었다.

유럽 금융위기가 한국무역에 미친 효과

This study focuses on the impact of the Eurozone crisis on the volume and structure on Korea’s trade. The Eurozone crisis has affected Korea's exports to EU severely. Since 2011, there has been a decline of Korea's exports to EU and EU’s share in Korea's export declined from 10.5% in 2011 to 9.4 % in 2016. In spite of the slowdown of Korea’s export, its import increased since eurozone crisis. Korea's import from EU increased from 47.4 billion dollars in 2010 to up to 50.4 billion dollars in 2012. It may be a result of Korea-EU FTA. Therefore, Korea had a trade surplus with EU before 2011 but since then Korea turned to a trade deficit. We have also estimated the effects of EU financial crisis on Korea’s exports and imports using a panel of cross-country time series data for the period 2000-2016. The main empirical findings are as follows: First, Our results indicate that EU financial crisis had a negative effect on Korea’s export and led to a contraction in Korea’s export. But the coefficient of crisis in the import equation is not significant and the impact of EU crisis on Korea’s import is insignificant. This indicates that the Korea’s imports are relatively less responsive to Eurozone crisis than Korea’s exports. Second, GDP and exchange rates have an important effect on Korea’ exports and imports. FTA has exerted a significant impact on Korea’s imports, but is not significant in the export equation. The current findings suggest that financial stability plays a important role in trade flows and Korean government needs to monitor future development of the financial stability of Eurozone and its impact on exports. 유럽 금융위기가 한국의 대 EU 수출입에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지 파악하기 위하여 금융위기 이전과 이후의 한국의 무역자료를 이용하여 비교분석한 후 수출입함수를 설정하여 실증분석을 시도하였다. 실증분석에 사용된 자료는 EU 12개국에 대한 횡단면자료와 2000-2016년 동안연도별 시계열자료로 구성된 패널 자료이다. 유럽 금융위기가 한국의 대 EU 수출에 미치는 효과에 대한 패널분석결과를 보면 금융위기 변수는 기대한 바와 일치하는 부(-)의 부호를 보이며 통계적인 유의성도 높게 나타났다. 이는 유럽 금융위기가 유럽의경제상황에 대한 불확실성을 증가시킴으로써 한국의 수출을 감소시키는요인으로 작용하고 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 금융 불안정성의 대리변수로 사용한 금융스트레스 지수(FSI)는 통계적으로 유의한 부(-)의 효과를보임으로써 수출에 부정적인 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 유럽의 금융 불안정성은 유럽의 수입수요를 위축시킴으로써 한국 수출을감소시킨다는 것을 의미한다. 환율도 수출변동을 설명하는 주요 변수 중의 하나인데 모든 계수가 기대부호와 일치하는 부(-)의 값을 가지고 통계적 유의성도 높게 나타났다. 대외의존도가 높은 한국은 환율변동에 따라 수출입이 큰 영향을 받게 되는데 유럽 금융위기 이후 유로화 가치하락으로 인하여 원화가치가 상승하면서 한국의 수출가격경쟁력 약화를초래하여 수출이 감소하게 된 것이다. 유럽 금융위기가 한국의 대 EU 수입에 미치는 효과에 대한 분석 결과를 보면 대체로 금융위기 변수와 금융스트레스 지수는 수입에 유의적인 영향을 주지 못하고 있다. 다만 위기 이후에는 일부 모형에서 금융스트레스 지수가 수입에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 위기기간 동안에는 FSI는 수입변동을 설명하는 변수 중의 하나로 작용하고있음을 알 수 있다. 국내 경기상황의 대용변수인 GDP 증가율은 모든모형에서 예상했던 정(+)의 효과를 보여주고 있으며 통계적인 유의성도 높게 나타났다. 환율 변수는 기대한 바와 같이 수입에 정(+)의 효과를보임으로써 실질실효환율이 상승하면 수입이 증가한다는 전통적인 이론과 부합하는 결과이다. FTA 변수는 예상대로 정(+)의 부호를 보여주고있으며 통계적인 유의성도 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 FTA가 무역을확대시킨다는 가설과 일치하는 결과이다. 본 연구는 금융위기가 무역을 감소시키는 효과를 가진다는 대부분의연구 결과와 일치한다. 다만 본 연구에서는 유럽 금융위기의 효과를 체계적으로 분석하기 위해서 금융스트레스 지수가 포함된 패널자료를 이용하여 실증 분석했다는 점에서 의미를 갖는다.

비상으로부터 상실, 긍정과 조화로움으로의 변화에 이르는 흑인이데올로기: 『솔로몬의 노래』의 밀크맨의 변화를 중심으로

This paper aims to re-think the double-sided aspect of the African- American ideology of ‘flight’ through Toni Morrison’s novel, Song of Solomon. Morrison concentrates on African-Americans who intended to live freely by casting off prejudice and oppression. The free life Morrison wants to portray is attained through a flight without ever leaving the ground. The true meaning of flight emerges when Milkman experiences many trials and errors in his life. His pilgrimage and growth allow him to build a free life in a period when material northern values and traditional southern values coexisted. Milkman could be re-immersed into the Southern tradition of his ancestors and it enables him to gain a whole understanding of the nature of the culture and the true meaning of song of Solomon in which the African-American vernacular is rooted in. Milkman realizes Morrison’s true meaning of flight with the help of Pilate and Guitar, who live a free, positive and harmonious life with their feet fixed on the ground.

‘우머니즘’ 재조명: 엘리스 워커의 주요 등장인물들의 연구를 통해

This paper aims to re-think and demonstrate black women based on the philosophy of ‘womanism’ in Alice Walker’s third novel, The Color Purple, which helped her to be one of the most popular comtemporary American writers. This novel is composed of a form of a letter in which the heroine, Celie, writes the letter to God. Alice Walker’s ‘womanism’ and the word of ‘womanish’ are originated from the traditional spoken language of Black South Community. It has the concept of universal and humanistic vision, excluding all the categories like race, gender and class. It also pursues to eradicate the distinctions and oppressions from the society. The black woman, Celie lose her identity by mental and physical discrimination within white and male-centered society. This novel shows a constant oppression and persecution of the general black women in the framework of inequality. It suggests the progress of black women’s struggles for their right as a human being against the visible and invisible pressures from the society. In the last part of the novel, Celie finally builds up her own identity through the true friendship with the other black women like Shug, Sofia, and her sister Netti who’ve resisted to the old and traditional concept in white and male-centered society. Walker even presents us with the gradual change of the male heros, Albert and Harpo, who’ve been changed to be out of the typical stereotype as a dominator. In the long run, through these womanish characters’ steady change and growth, Walker strongly claims the significant value of her ‘womanism’ philosophy embracing universality and multinational integration.

MFA 폐지 효과에 대한 실증분석: 한국의 대 EU 섬유수출을 중심으로

This paper estimates the impact of MFA quota phase-out on Korean textile and clothing exports to EU. We use a panel of 19 annual observations(1988-2006) over 9 textile sectors. The major findings of this paper are as follows. First, strong evidence is found from panel regressions that MFA phase-out has a negative significant effect on Korean textile exports to EU. The results confirm the consensus that Korea' exports is likely to be adversely affected by phase-out of textile and clothing quotas. Second, the change of exchange rate and textile demand of EU has a large significant effect on Korean textiles and clothing exports. Third, the relatively weak competitiveness makes the Korean exports highly vulnerable to the final stage of the quota phase-out. The results suggest that Korea is likely to face significant pressure on its textiles and clothing industries. MFA 폐지가 우리나라의 대 EU 수출에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하기 위하여 실증분석을 시도하였다. 섬유산업 9개 품목에 대한 횡단면자료와 1988년부터 2006년까지 19개년도의 시계열자료로 구성된 패널자료를 이용하여 MFA 폐지가 대 EU 섬유수출에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 패널자료를 이용하여 추정한 결과 MFA 폐지는 우리나라의 대 EU 수출을 감소시킴으로써 부정적인 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 MFA 폐지에 따른 섬유무역 자유화로 중국 등 개도국과의 가격경쟁에서 경쟁력이 약화되면서 수출이 감소한 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 비교우위 정도에 따라 MFA 폐지의 수출에 미치는 효과가 다르게 나타나는지를 규명하기 위해서 섬유의류 산업을 비교우위가 있는 품목과 비교우위가 없는 품목의 두 그룹으로 나누어 고정효과모형으로 추정하였다. 비교우위 품목의 경우 비교열위 품목에 비해 MFA 폐지나 섬유수요의 변화의 영향을 덜 받을 뿐 아니라 가격탄력성도 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

흑인음악 속에 내재하는 흑인의식

The Journal of Modern British &merican Language &Literature. 21.1, 1-16. It would be very meaningful process to look into how much Black music had big influence on clarifying 'positive blackness' in the historical and cultural context. Black music involves in various genres of music including Work song, Folk lore, Sole, Blues, Jazz, and so on. This study tries to prove that each genre of music mentioned above is eventually deviated from the same root, and also tries to examine the process how these genres of music make Afro-American shape their own Afro-Americanism. Black music, which combines a comic element with a tragic element, and therefore makes them positively overcome 'joy, sorrow, anger, etc' in their social background, is the very powerful spirit for Afro-Americans just like the imagination for poets.
