습기주의 약품의 산제 투약 시 손실분의 분석과 개선 방안

        김미랑,김민선,이연주,김승란,나양숙,곽혜선,김재연 한국병원약사회 2014 병원약사회지 Vol.31 No.6

Tablet medications have been dispensed in powder form for patients who are unable toswallow pills whether the pills have a hygroscopic nature or not. Powder form dispensing proceduresconsist of crushing, straining, distributing and packaging. During the processing, there is a highchance of losing some of the drug. Especially, it is predicted that a significant amount of hygroscopicmedication could be lost when dispensed in powder form. This study aimed to analyze the lossamounts, to compare the loss amounts between hygroscopic medication and normal medication andto suggest methods to decrease loss. Normal tablets and film-coated tablets as control medication as well as 7 hygroscopic tablets werecompared. To adjust for bias against the percentage of loss being inversely proportional to the weightof the tablets, we analyzed the loss amounts after preparing various weights of powder form with control tablets. The average loss was 7.5% vs 0.5, 6.6% (hygroscopic tablets vs non film and film-coating tablets)during grinding and straining. The average loss at distribution was 7.3% vs 4.3, 4.2%. We suggestskipping the straining process to decrease loss during grinding. Without straining, the solving timeswith the hygroscopic drug powders were 60.5 (25±1℃) and 42.5 (35±1℃) seconds. The increasedamount of hygroscopic powder in room air due to moisture absorbance was compared to control drug:4.56% vs 2.63% (control), 3.03% vs 1.87% without or with silica gel. The amount of hygroscopic drugs lost with processing into power form was greater than for normaldrugs. A particularly large gap was observed during grinding and straining. We suggest avoiding thestraining process and encasing hygroscopic drug powders in silica gel.

Chinese cultural heritages were exhaustively destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. But ever since the Chinese economic reformation of the 1980s, the Chinese government has been attempting to recover its political, economic, and cultural heritages, and looking for the development and reformation of its traditional cultural resources. Especially, the government- driven cultural industry policies after the beginning of the 21st century made the cultural industries grow rapidly. Simultaneously, the swift advancement of science and the change in the variety, form, and pattern of the cultural industry is requiring a new development model. But, if the preservation of cultural heritage progresses without considering the change in awareness of people, it is likely to be neglected. Therefore, the new methods of conservation are focusing on finding and giving modern meanings to it, and simultaneously industrializing these forgotten heritages. The Chinese government and experts are giving high priority to new approaches which efficiently industrialize distinctive traditional cultural resources. Therefore, this article will handle issues on the industrialization of Chinese traditional cultural resources based on the present conditions and applicable theoretical models of industrialization, and will propose a concrete method and future direction for it.

DNA methylation: an epigenetic mark of cellular memory

김미랑,Joseph Costello 생화학분자생물학회 2017 Experimental and molecular medicine Vol.49 No.-

DNA methylation is a stable epigenetic mark that can be inherited through multiple cell divisions. During development and cell differentiation, DNA methylation is dynamic, but some DNA methylation patterns may be retained as a form of epigenetic memory. DNA methylation profiles can be useful for the lineage classification and quality control of stem cells such as embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent cells and mesenchymal stem cells. During cancer initiation and progression, genomewide and gene-specific DNA methylation changes occur as a consequence of mutated or deregulated chromatin regulators. Early aberrant DNA methylation states occurring during transformation appear to be retained during tumor evolution. Similarly, DNA methylation differences among different regions of a tumor reflect the history of cancer cells and their response to the tumor microenvironment. Therefore, DNA methylation can be a useful molecular marker for cancer diagnosis and drug treatment.

        元代 詠茶詩 창작과 隱逸風格

김미랑 중앙대학교 외국학연구소 2012 외국학연구 Vol.- No.22

After the time of the Tang dynasty, the tea culture of china advanced most in the Sung Dynasty. While during the Yuan dynasty, the cultural development was not as high as the times before, but it succeeded to keep it's conventional aspects with having some improvments elsewhere; new kinds of linguistic aspects were added to the creation of poets, which made these poems to have more energy, and to be more unique. Furthermore, the rulers of China in this era were Mongolians. This made most of the Chinese(native chinese(漢族))to be isolated from politics, which made a good enviroment for them to write new poems. Also, the establishment of a United dynasty, openness of culture, and new religions made China a better place for creation. Native Chinese elites who were being forbidded by law for joining in politics, were motified to use their talents to write their angers to new poems. They wrote about seclusion, which were also necessary for the Mongolian rulers, who had to control the vast continent of China. The Yuan dynasty differs from other dynasties for it's social and ethnic aspects. But the tea culture kept on advancing with more unique features. The tea poem didn't disappear, and the chain of culture was connected to the Ming dynasty, a new native Chinese dynasty after the collapse of Yuan.

        元雜劇에 수용된 蒙古語 語彙 분석

김미랑 중앙대학교 외국학연구소 2018 외국학연구 Vol.- No.46

The Chinese language has been accepting loanwords from many foreign languages originating from cultural exchanges with other nations while in its development stage. Among the foreign languages, the affection for Mongolian is especially vast. The major reason for this is the Mongolian invasion which occupied China for quite a while. During the Mongolian occupation, the Mongolians were assimilated with the Chinese culture, which left several loanwords from Mongolian. The Mongolian phrases inside the Yuan Opera is the primary research subject which can be analyzed to see the chronological changes of the era, and furthermore to see through the sense of the people who used the language. As a matter of fact, the fall of the Mongolian empire caused many Mongolian loanwords to disappear, but some were accepted into modern Chinese. However, excluding those words, there are some traces of vanished loanwords left in places like Beijing and the Autonomous District of Mongol, where the Mongolian influence was strongest.

중국어 외래 단음절 형태소의 형성 과정 연구

김미랑 중앙대학교 외국학연구소 2017 외국학연구 Vol.- No.42

Since the reform and opening up of China in the late 1970s, a large number of foreign words have appeared in China. It's because the world's great economic powers are mostly concentrated in the West, and also because the enormous economic power of the United States had great influence on the world. Due to this, English foreign words in Chinese has increased dramatically, since China was also affected by such influences. In addition, the foreign words that came into Chinese in this process were constantly modifed by the Chinese vocabulary system during the process of using, resulting in a change from the original appearance to the paraphrase or morpheme. Simultaneously, the foreign words affected the modern Chinese vocabulary system changing the traditional Chinese associative system, and new associations were created and unique meanings were given to the unique associations. This paper will introduce studies on new monosyllabic words through the steps of independent operation and overlapping Morphological system of Chinese.
