교육과학기술부는 2013년 유아교육예산을 만 3~5세 누리과정 유아교육비·보육료 지원, 유치원 교원 인건비 보조, 유치원 교육역량 지원비로 구분하여 예산안을 마련하였다. 2013년도 유아교육 총예산은 약 2조 7,653억 원이고 이 중 만 3~5세 누리과정 유아교육비·보육료 지원 예산이 약 2조 3,407억 원으로 총 예산의 84.6%를 차지하고 있다. 16개 시·도별로 예산을 살펴보면 각 지역의 유치원수, 원아수, 교원수 등의 상황에 따라 총 예산과 항목별 예산에는 차이가 있다.

우리나라 헌혈자의 B형간염바이러스 표면항원 진양성 빈도

Background: The sensitivity of the blood screening test is crucial to ensure blood safety. Generally the test methods with greater sensitivity tend to have lower specificity. Therefore, secondary confirmatory tests are required to solve this problem. Since the confirmatory test for hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) has not been routinely applied yet in Korea for blood donors, the true positive rate of HBsAg is unknown. This study was intended to determine the true seroprevalence of the hepatitis B virus (HBV) among Korean blood donors. Methods: A total of 906 blood donor samples found to be positive for HBsAg with Prism qualitative assay from November 2010 to April 2011 at Korean Red Cross blood centers were tested with Architect HBsAg qualitative assay and confirmatory assay. Blood samples with negative results using Architect HBsAg qualitative assay were tested with Prism HBsAg confirmatory test. Results: Of the 906 samples positive by Prism HBsAg qualitative assay, 793 were confirmed as positives. The positive predictive value of Prism HBsAg qualitative assay was 87.5%, and the true seroprevalence of HBV among Korean blood donors was 8 out of 100,000. The sample-to-cut-off ratio (S/CO) value of one true positive sample was lower than 1. Conclusion: The positive predictive value of HBsAg by Prism was higher than expected. Baseline data for estimation of residual risk of HBV as well as the cost-effectiveness analysis for lookback policy were drawn. Finally, the current cut-off level for repeat assay looked reasonable and it should be maintained at least until the nucleic acid amplification test is implemented as a routine screening method.

간호사의 직무스트레스와 소명의식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 부산시 소재 대학병원의 일반간호사를 중심으로

Objectives : This study was conducted to test the influence of job stress and calling on the organizational commitment of clinical nurses. Methods : 220 clinical nurses at two university hospitals in Busan were recruited. They were asked to complete a questionnaire, and 192 data sets were included in the statistical analysis. Results : The mean score of the clinical nurses’ organizational commitment was 4.0. All subdomains of job stress and calling were found to have correlations with organizational commitment. The organizational system (t=-6.099, p<.001), lack of reward (t=-3.990, p<.001), purpose/meaningfulness (t=3.624, p<.001), and occupational climate (t=-3.581, p<.001) were revealed to have influences on the organizational commitment. The model was statistically significant, explaining 52.2% of the variance (F=47.808, p<.001). Conclusions : To help clinical nurses become committed to their organizations, administrators need to build fair and rational organizational systems, strengthen various types of rewards, and help nurses reconcile nursing and the meaning of their lives. In addition, every nurse should endeavor to change the nursing organizational climate which is based on vertical collectivism, to a rational climate.

오늘날 브랜드의 의미는 기업과 제품에 대한 신뢰성에 대한 것뿐만 아니라 기업의 자산적 가치를 포함하고 있다. 또한 기업과 제품의 브랜드는 전 세계적으로 개방화 물결과 함께 무한경쟁시대에 돌입하게 되었고, 이러한 경쟁시대에 주얼리 산업 또한 브랜드 전략의 감성적 접근이라는 심오한 방법으로 고객과 상품을 연결하고 있으며, 브랜드를 제공하고 제공받은 주변의 모든 사용자들의 상호신뢰와 제품문화에 대한 대화로 비전을 제시해야 한다. 브랜드의 감성적 접근은 주얼리 산업에서도 절실한 소통통로로서 고객들 자신의 삶과 경험이 제품에 반응하여 자연스럽게 감성적 가치를 부여할 수 있다. 문화적 감성 마케팅을 적극적으로 활용하여 브랜드를 제공하고 제공받은 주변의 모든 사람들에 의한 이미지에 대한 대화를 세계적으로 공유하기 위해서는 브랜드를 구성하는 시각적 요소들이 구축되어야 한다. 시각적 요소는 브랜드 마케팅 활동에 있어 브랜드의 가치와 이미지를 전달하는 가장 기본적인 요소이다. 이처럼 시각적 요소는 고객이 제품을 인식하고 선택하는데 매우 중요한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있음에도 불구하고, 주얼리 시장의 시각적 요소 활용은 매우 수동적이었다. 현재 주얼리 산업에서 활용 되어지고 있는 시각적 요소에 대하여 조사 분석하고, 기획과정에서 브랜드를 생성하고 고객에게까지 이어지는 과정을 이해함으로써 브랜드 마케팅의 기초를 수립하고자 하였다. 이러한 시각적 요소를 활용한 브랜드 마케팅커뮤니케이션은 그 주얼리 브랜드의 특성과 감성을 기초로 상품구매 이후에도 시각적 요소의 기억으로 인한 재 구매로 이어지는 경험이 계속될 수 있도록 해주며 이는 브랜드 마케팅 활동에서 결정적인 역할을 차지할 것이다. 보다 더 구체적인 기획과 참신한 아이디어와 주얼리 시장의 특성을 이해하고 그 브랜드를 마케팅 하는데 있어 시각적 요소의 적절한 활용은 앞으로 주얼리 산업의 발전에 매우 중요한 역할을 도모할 것이다.

자녀와의 친밀감이 공동양육 조모의 양육스트레스와 양육효능감의 관계에 미치는 조절효과

The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effect of intimacy with adult children on the relationship between parenting stress and parenting efficacy in co-parenting grandmothers. Co-parenting grandmothers were recruited in four cities in Korea. They were asked to complete questionnaires through face to face interviews or self reports, and 242 data units were analyzed with stepwise multiple regression. Parenting efficacy of the participants were relatively higher than those of the mothers or parenting grandmothers. However parenting stress of them were higher than those of mothers and lower than those of parenting grandmothers. Participants’ intimacy with adult children were not different with parenting grandmothers. Intimacy with adult children, parenting stress and parenting efficacy had significant correlations with each other. Intimacy with adult children revealed a moderator between parenting stress and parenting efficacy. This study implies that improving intimacy with adult children may be a fundamental strategy to strengthen grandmothers’ parenting efficacy, although alleviating grandmothers’ parenting stress is also needed. 본 연구는 손자녀를 양육하는 조모에게 있어서 자녀와의 친밀감이 양육스트레스와 양육효능감의 관계를 조절하는지 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 4개 대도시에서 취업모인 자녀를 대신해 손자녀를 양육하는 조모를 모집하여 면대면조사와 자가보고식조사를 통해 얻은 총 242부의 설문지 자료를 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과를 선행연구와 비교해보면 조모의 양육효능감은 어머니나 조손가족 조모보다 높았고 양육스트레스는 어머니보다 높았지만 조손가족 조모보다는 낮았다. 그리고 자녀와의 친밀감은 손자녀를 양육하지 않는 조모와 비슷한 수준이었다. 자녀와의 친밀감, 양육스트레스와 양육효능감 간에는 다소 높은 상관관계가 나타났으며 자녀와의 친밀감은 양육스트레스와 양육효능감의 관계를 조절하는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과가 함의하는 바는 손자녀를 양육하는 조모의 양육효능감을 증진시키기 위해서는 양육스트레스를 완화하는 중재도 필요하지만 자녀와의 친밀감을 향상시키는 것이 보다 근원적인 해결방법이라는 것이다.
