        휨 및 비틀림 거동 및 전단변형 효과를 고려한 차량-현수교의 동적 상호작용 해석

        본 저자의 이전연구(김문영 등, 2004)에서는 2차원 차량 모형과 전단변형 및 회전관성 효과가 고려된 현수교요소와의 상호작용을 고려한 2차원 수직응답에 대한 동적해석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 전단변형 효과와 편심차량의 효과를 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 전단변형 및 회전관성 효과가 고려된 3차원 현수교의 수직, 비틂에 대한 고유진동수와 모드형상, 그리고 교량-차량 에너지로부터 라그랑지안식을 이용하여 상호작용을 고려할 수 있는 3차원 운동방정식을 유도한다. 이후 모드중칩법을 이용하여 유도된 운동방정식을 Newmark method를 사용하여 동적해석을 수행한다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 제시한 이론을 따라 수치해석예제를 수행하여 차량의 동적거동을 분석한다. In the previous study(Kim 등, 2004), the finite element method was used for the vortical vibration analysis of suspension bridge with the effects of the shear deformation and the rotary inertia under moving load considering the bridge-vehicle interaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of an eccentric vehicle and shear deformation. So we firstly performs the eigenvalue analysis for the free vortical and the torsional vibration of suspension bridges using FEM analysis. Next the equations of motion considering interaction between suspension bridges and vehicles/trains are derived using the mode superposition method. And then dynamic analysis was performed using the Newmark method. Finally through the numerical examples, the dynamic responses of bridges are investigated according to the proposed procedure.

        Undiagnosed Anaplastic Ganglioglioma Resulting in the Sudden Unexpected Death of a Young Woman

        Intracranial neoplasms usually have definitive symptoms, causing a need for medical intervention, but a few cases result in sudden unexpected death even before diagnosis. In these cases, autopsy or post-mortem imaging may be the only way of identifying the existence of a tumor, so investigators or forensic specialists who participate in the post-mortem inspection should be aware of these possibilities. We report on a case of a 26-year-old woman without any medical history found dead in her home. A 5-cm intraventricular tumor was found during autopsy, which was histologically consistent with anaplastic ganglioglioma a very rare type of neuroglial tumor with the potential for malignant behavior. The tumor showed the characteristic features of anaplastic ganglioglioma, such as increased cellularity, a high Ki-67 proliferative index, and necrosis. There were signs of increased intracranial pressure, including flattened gyri and dilated ventricles, which led to the conclusion that this brain tumor was the cause of death.

        부검에서 발견된 폐와 간의 육아종성 병변을 동반한 폐포자충 폐렴 1예

        We report the case of a 42-year-old woman who died in hospital from severe respiratory failure, 10 days after the onset of symptoms. Autopsy and microscopic examination identified features of diffuse alveolar damage in both lungs including hyaline membranes and intra-alveolar exudate. Gomori's methenamine silver stain of pink frothy materials in these exudates revealed thin-walled and cup-shaped microorganisms and a diagnosis of Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia was made. There were small granulomas in the pulmonary interstitium and hepatic lobules representing an unusual inflammatory reaction against Pneumocystis jirovecii. Extrapulmonary involvement with pneumocystis infection is a rare event occurring in 1% to 2% of all pneumocystis cases. Screening and confirmatory tests for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) detection were positive. There was no information available regarding the patient’s medical history or the possibility of HIV infection prior to the autopsy, because the patient was a foreign worker who arrived in Korea 2 months before her death. Medical examiners often perform autopsies with limited information regarding the deceased person, even when person is a Korean national. Therefore, an awareness of protection protocols during autopsy, as well as of the atypical patterns of critical diseases, is crucial.

        상은광산(常隱鑛山)의 Au-Ag 광맥(鑛脈)의 광물(鑛物) 공생(共生) 및 화학조성(化學組成)

        The Sangeun ore deposit is located in a volcanic belt within the Gyeongsang Basin in south western Korea. The ore deposit is of representative epithermal Au-Ag quartz vein type developed in lapilli tuff. This paper presents the mineralization with special emphasis on mineral zoning of the deposits. Principal points are summarized as follows: (1) Four stages of mineralization are recognized based on macrostructures. From ealier to later they are stage I(arsenopyrite-pyrite-quartz), stage II(Au-Ag bearing Pb-Zn-quartz), stage III(barren quartz), and stage IV(dickite-quartz). (2) Electrum principally occurs with arsenopyrite and galena in stage II, and has chemical compositions of 72.9-67.1 Ag atom %, and has Ag/Au ratio of 2.69-2.04. (3) Sphalerite varies in its FeS content according to the mineralization stages; 22.03-18.60 mole % FeS and 1.33-0.23 mole % MnS in stage IB, 16.11-8.64 mole % FeS and 1.33-0.23 mole % MnS in stage II. (4) Alteration zones of mineral assemblage, from the vein to the wall-rock, consist of sericite - quartz - pyrite, sericite - quartz - dickite, sericite - chlorite plagioclase respectively.

        전단변형(剪斷變形)을 고려(考慮)한 공간(空間) 뼈대구조(構造)의 기하학적(幾何學的)인 비선형(非線形) 해석(解析)

        In order to present the geometrically nonlinear F.E. formulation of space frames, two beam/column elements including the effects of transverse shear deformation and bending stretching coupling are developed. In the case of the first element (Finite segment method), the tangent stiffness matrices are derived by directly integrating the equilibrium equations, whereas in the case of the second element (Finite element method) elastic and geometric stiffness matrices are calculated by using the hermitian polynomials including shear deformation effect as the shape function. Both elements possess the usual twelve degrees of freedom. Also, the bowing function including shear deformation effects is obtained in order to account for the effect of shortening of member chord length due to the bending and torsional behavior. Numerical results are presented for the selected test problems which demonstrate that both elements represent reliable and highly accurate tools. 전단변형(剪斷變形) 효과(效果)가 고려되는 공간(空間)뼈대 구조(構造)의 기하학적(幾何學的)인 비선형(非線形) 해석(解析)을 수행하기 위한 두 가지 방법 즉, 유한분절법(有限分節法)과 유한요소법(有限要素法)을 제시한다. 유한분절법(有限分節法)의 경우에는 평형방정식(平衡方程式)을 직접(直接) 적분(積分)하므로써 휨과 비틂거동(擧動)에 대한 엄밀(嚴密)한 접선강도(接線剛度) 매트릭스가 유도되는 반면에 유한요소법(有限要素法)의 경우에는 전단변형(剪斷變形)을 고려하는 Hermitian 다항식(多項式)을 형상함수(形狀函數)로 사용하므로써 탄성(彈性) 및 기하적(幾何的)인 강도(剛度)매트릭스가 산정된다. 또한 축방향력(軸方向力)이 영(零)인 경우에 휨 및 비틂거동으로 인한 부재양단의 길이변화를 보정하는 Bowing 함수와 불평형하중의 산정방법을 제시한다. 선택된 예제(例題)들을 해석(解析)한 결과들과 다른 문헌(文獻)의 결과들을 비교, 검토하므로써 본(本) 논문(論文)에서 제시된 이론(理論)의 정당성(正當性)을 입증(立證)한다.

      • 양수과소증 산모에서 경복부 양수주입술 후 원인별 임상성적 비교

        목적 : 다양한 원인에 의한 양수과소증 산모에서 경복부 양수주입술 후 임상성적을 비교하고 그 효용성을 평가하기 위함이다. 연구대상과 방법 : 1994년 8월부터 1998년 7월까지 삼성제일병원을 방문한 산모중에서 양수과소증으로 경복부 양수주입술을 시행했던 임신 2기와 임신 3기의 단태 산모 27례를 대상으로 하였다. 양수과소증의 추정원인을 분석하여 각 원인에 따른 신생아 생존률, 체중, Apgar score, 재원기간등을 분석하였다. 또한 모성, 신생아 합병증 또한 분석하였다. 결과 : 첫번째 양수주입시 임신주수는 26.8±5.8주였으며 분만시의 평균임신주수는 29.5±6.2주로 통계적으로 유의한 차이 (P=0.001)를 보였는데 이는 태아 생존 가능시기까지의 연장이라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 태아기형을 제외한 각 원인별 임상성적에는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이는 없었으나 원인미상이나 자궁내 태아성장부전을 동반한 경우 예후가 좋은 경향을 보인다. 또한 발생한 몇가지 합병증은 적극적 처치로 치유 가능하였다. 결론 : 양수과소증 임산부에서 양수주입술은 태아의 선천성기형등을 진단하는데 도움을 줄 뿐 아니라 원인미상이나 자궁내 태아성장부전을 동반한 양수과소증의 경우 신생아 생존에 유리한 시기의 제태연령까지의 임신유지에 사용할 수 있는 비교적 안전한 방법이라 사료된다. Objective : To evaluate the efficiency and fetal outcome following antepartum transabdominal amnioinfusion in various causes of oligohydramnios. Materials and Methods : Forty four transabdominal amnioinfusion were performed in twenty seven cases of singleton pregnancy with severe oligohydramnios. Severe oligohyadrmnios defined as amnionic fliud index of 5cm or less than. In all cases, high resolution sonographies were done before and after amnioinfusion in order to detect fetal anomalies. Transabdominal amnioinfusion was performed through a closed system with warmed normal saline. Results : Infusion (mean volume 435.9ml) of normal saline significantly increased the amniotic fluid index from 3.2cm to 7.5cm. The causes of oligohydramnios were as follows, premature rupture of membranes was 8 cases (29.6%), intrauterine growth restriction was 10 cases (37.0%), congenital anomaly was 4 cases (14.8%) and idiopathic was 5 cases (18.5%). The gestational weeks were prolonged significantly from 26.8 weeks to 29.5 weeks. The overall survival rate except congenital anomalies was 67%. Babies with idiopathic oligohydramnios were heavier and required less hospitalization dates than those of badies with oligohydramnios of other causes, but it was not statistically significant. There were several complications as follows, chorioamnionitis 2 cases, neonatal sepsis 2 cases, meconium aspiration syndrome 2 cases and fetal bradycardia 1 case. All of the babies discharged healthy without sequele. Conclusion : These results show that antepartum transabdominal amnioinfusion is a relatively safe procedure. And it can significantly increase the amnionic fluid index and prolong the gestational age which is optimal for neonatal survival in oligohydramnios of idiopathic cause or with intrauterine growth restriction.
