김연아 선수의 ``값진 준우승``: 2011세계피겨선수권대회 관련 보도의 서사구조와 이데올로기

This study looks into the narrative structure of newspaper media on ``precious winning of the second prize`` of Yuna Kim in the World Figure Championships 2011 and analyzes the socio-cultural ideology representation in it. Also, from the way how the media describe the sports celebrity, the study attempted to read the unique cultural pattern of medias to conserve the fame and marketability of sports celebrity, For the analysis, this study selected 82 news articles from 5 different newspapers right before and after the world Figure championships 2011, and derived the conclusion by using narrative analysis method. The narrative structure is divided into four states: ``waiting for return of queen``, ``the figure queen returns``, ``precious winning of the second prize`` and ``retake of crown through figure`` In each state, medias, in accordance with the narration through a reflection of her successful discourse on national identity, through the identification with the nation, through the nationalism sentiment, through her unconditional patriotism, actively gave an effort to maintain the fame and marketability of Yuna Kim. The chief topic of this research, Korean Figure Skater Kim Yuna`s ``precious winning of the second prize``, is resulted from the integration of her unconditional patriotism grounded on nationalism having an inseparable relationship with sports. 이 연구에서는 2011세계피겨선수권대회 김연아 선수의 ``값진 준우승``을 둘러싼 신문기사의 서사구조와 그 안에서 재현되는 사회적 가치체계 분석을 통해 미디어가 스포츠 명사를 묘사하는 방식을 살펴보고, 필요에 따라 스포츠 명사들의 유명세 및 상품성을 보존하고자 하는 미디어의 전개방식과 특징적인 문화적 패턴을 읽어 내고자 하였다. 이를 위해 5개의 신문사 가운데, 2011세계피겨선수권대회 전과 후에 김연아 선수와 관련된 82개의 신문기사를 분석대상으로 사용하였으며, 서사분석법을 이용하여 결론을 도출하였다. 서사구조는 ``여왕의 귀환을 기다림``, ``돌아온 피겨여왕``, ``값진 준우승``, ``피겨를 통한 여왕으로 재등극``의 네 가지 국면으로 분석하였으며, 각 국면에서의 미디어는 서사의 흐름에 따라, 때로는 그녀의 성공적 담론에 국가정체성을 중첩시키려는 시도를 통해, 때로는 국가와의 동일시를 통해, 때로는 민족주의적 정서를 통해, 때로는 그녀의 맹목적 애국심을 통해 그녀의 유명세 및 상품성을 유지하는데 적극적으로 작용하고 있음을 보여준다. 마지막으로 이 연구의 주요논제인 김연아 선수의 ``값진 준우승``은 스포츠와 불가분의 관계를 유지하고 있는 민족주의를 기반으로 한 그녀의 맹목적 애국심이 융합되어 나타난 결과라고 할 수 있다.

일반논문 : 공간 인식의 로컬리티와 서사적 재현양상 -『화산도』와 『지상에 숟가락 하나』를 중심으로-

이 글의 목적은 김석범의 『화산도』와 현기영의 『지상에 숟가락 하나』를 중심으로 지역에서의 공간 인식의 양상과 서사적 재현 방식을 살펴보는 것이다. 『화산도』는 이방근과 남승지라는 두 인물을 중심으로 제주 4·3의 전사(前史)와 그 이후의 이야기를 폭넓은 시각으로 다루고 있다. 이 소설의 또 다른 주인공은 바로 거리들이다. 소설은 칠성로와 관덕정을 중심으로 한 성내의 거리를 배경으로 진행된다. 남문로를 거슬러 올라가 자리잡은 유달현의 집이나, 서문교 건너 박산봉의 집, 북국민학교 뒤편의 이방근의 집, 동문다리를 건너 측후소를 조금 지나 자리 잡은 양준오의 집 등 소설 속 인물들 공간은 모두 성내를 중심으로 포진하고 있으며 인물들은 이 거리를 오고 간다. 그리고 이 거리의 풍경들은 매우 구체적으로 그려지고 있다. 『화산도』는 지역의 장소성을 전면에 부각시킴으로써 서사적 구성을 완성시키고 있다. 제주 4·3을 소설로 형상화하면서 김석범이 선택한 전략은 공간의 구체성을 극대화하는 전략이었다. 『화산도』는 해방기 제주를 상상함에 있어 지역의 구체적 장소성으로 지역을 소환하고, 지역을 상상적으로 재구성하고 있다. 현기영에게 있어 관덕정 광장은 섬 공동체가 지니고 있었던 저항 정신의 생산지이다. 장두 이재수에서부터 시작하여 산군 대장 이덕구에 이르기까지 제주의 장두정신은 관덕정 광장이라는 구체적 공간을 무대로 하여 현재와 마주하고 있다. 현기영은 『지상에 숟가락 하나』에서 한걸음 더 나아가 관덕정 광장을 제주 섬 공동체의 신화의 몰락과 반공국가로의 폭력적 편입 과정의 구체적 장소로 지목하고 있다. 관덕정 광장에 전시된 이덕구의 시신이라는 역사적 사실을 현기영은 ‘관권의 불의에 저항한 섬 공동체의 신화의 몰락’으로 인식한다. The purpose of this article is intended to examine the appearance and narrative reproduction method of spatial awareness in the region around 『The Spoon One on the Ground』 and 『Volcano Island』 Kim-suk bum``s 『Volcano Island』 describes the wide-ranging, history of Jeju 4.3 incident through two figures, Lee-Bang-guen and Nam-seung-gee. Another hero of this novel is just street. Novel is proceeding against the background of the distance of the castle with a focus on Chilsung-Ro and Gwandeokjeong. People our space in the novel has been lineup all around the Jeju castle, person, back and forth this distance. And scenery of this city is very specifically drawn. 『Volcano Island』 is to complete the epic structure by levitate the location of the area in front. Gwandeokjeong Square is the spirit of the production area of resistance that community of the island had to Hyun Gi-young. Until To Lee duck-goo starting from Lee Jae-su, spirit of Jeju have to stage a concrete space that Gwandeokjeong Square. Hyun Gi-young is further singled out the Gwandeokjeong Square and downfall and the specific location of violent incorporation process as anti-state of Jeju Island mythology.

In this study, analysis of structural design criteria for the canopy actuating device has been conducted considering the aerodynamic breakaway capabilities of jettisonable canopy system. Unsteady aerodynamic loads for the opened canopy configuration at passively controlled jettision mode were computed using CFD method. The general purpose multi-body finite element code, SAMCEF Mecano, is used in the implemented analyses for the passive jettision condition. The recommended altitude and speed of aircraft was suggested as design criteria of aerodynamic breakaway capability of jettisonable canopy system as a bakup egress method when normal canopy jettison sequence malfunctioned. Aerodynamic breakaway condition of jettisonable canopy was also simulated and the fracture load conditions of canopy actuator were investigated.

양안 선천백내장 환아에서 이차 후방인공수정체삽입술의 임상결과

Purpose: To evaluate the long-term visual outcomes of secondary posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation after 2 years of age for bilateral congenital cataract. Methods: A retrospective case review was conducted of 42 pediatric patients who were diagnosed with bilateral congenital cataract and underwent irrigation and aspiration of lenses, posterior capsulectomy, anterior vitrectomy, and after two years of age secondary posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Results: The median age at irrigation and aspiration of the lens was 21 weeks; the median age at secondary intraocular lens implantation was 5.5 years; the median age at the last follow-up was 11.1 years. The final visual acuities were 0.42 in the better eye and 0.23 in the fellow eye. The median refractive error at the final follow-up was -2.5 diopters of spherical equivalent, and 1.2 diopters in the amount of astigmatism. For all cases, no posterior capsule opacification, intraocular lens dislocation, or retinal detachment was found. There were 16 postoperative glaucoma patients (19.0%), and their intraocular pressures were well controlled with medical therapy. Conclusions: Secondary posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation performed after two years of age can be an effective therapy for visual development in patients with bilateral congenital cataract undergoing irrigation and aspiration of the lens, posterior capsulectomy, anterior vitrectomy, and aphakic spectacle correction. 일본뇌염 예방접종 후 면역원성 및 중화항체 지속률에 관한 조사: 전향적 다기관 코호트 연구

목적: 일본뇌염 백신의 면역원성 및 중화항체 지속률을 평가하여 일본뇌염 예방 사업을 위한 토대를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법: 국내 6개 대학병원에 입원한 2-6세의 어린이 중 기초접종력이 확인된 170명을 대상으로 기초접종 완료 경과 기간에 따른 중화항체가를 조사하였다. 결과: 총 170명 중 불활성화 백신 접종군 103명, 생백신 접종군 64명, 교차접종군 3명이었다. 항체검사까지의 기간은 불활성화 백신 17.5개월, 생백신 21.0개월이었고 모두 일본뇌염 방어가 가능한 항체가를 보여 불활성화 백신 322, 생백신 266이었다. 추가접종 후 항체역가 변화는 1-4개월에 가장 높았고 이후 서서히 떨어지는 경향을 보였다. 결론: 불활성화 백신과 생백신의 면역원성과 중화항체 지속률에는 차이가 없고 두 백신 모두 일본뇌염 예방을 위한 적절한 수준의 면역원성을 갖고 있었다. 향후 대규모 표본을 대상으로 더 많은 연구가 필요하다. Purpose: This study aimed to study the antibody response of Japanese encephalitis vaccination in children using different kinds of vaccines (inactivated vaccine, live attenuated vaccine or interchanged) and evaluate the effectiveness of the vaccines to provide the basis of efficient immunization schedule of Japanese encephalitis. Methods: Measurement of the neutralization antibody (NTAb) titers following Japanese encephalitis vaccination using different vaccines for 170 children, 2-6 year of age, who visited six university hospitals and are confirmed by immunization records. Results: Among 170 children who were given primary immunization on Japanese encephalitis, 103 children were given inactivated vaccine, 64 children were given live attenuated vaccine and 3 children were given interchangeably. NTAb titers were more than 1:10 in all children of three groups. The geographic mean antibody titer was 322 in inactivated vaccine group and 266 in live attenuated vaccine group. However, there was no significant difference between two groups. In both groups, the NTAb titer showed the peak at 1-4 months after the third immunization and declined. The NTAb titers of three children who were given two kinds of vaccines alternately were 1:135, 1:632, and 1:2511, respectively. Conclusion: According to the results of this study in children younger than 6 years old, there is no significant difference in effectiveness between inactivated and live attenuated vaccines. However, further studies for the changes of antibody titers for a longer period of time on larger population are required.

Ginseng hydroponic cultivation was cultivated as a nutrient solution and the growth was investigated 60 days later. The length(cm) increased from EC1.0 and EC2.0 concentrations to 5.47cm before, followed by EC0.5, 2.5, 1.5, and 0.0. The weight(g) increased from EC1.0 concentration to 2.39g before, followed by EC1.5, 2.5, 0.5, 0.0 and 2.0. The width(mm) increased from EC1.0 concentration to 1.9mm than before, followed by EC2.5, 0.5, 1.5, 2.0, and 0.0. In the ginseng growth experiment according to nutritional components, the average length of NO₃-N mixed experiment increased to 0.33cm, the average weight of 0.04g, and the average width of 0.35mm. In the experiment in which NH₄-N was mixed without NO₃-N, the growth was reduced to 0.37cm in average length, 0.03g in average weight, and 0.22mm in average width. In an experiment in which germanium(Ge) is mixed with a nutrient component, the average length is increased to 0.33cm, the average weight is increased to 0.04g, and the average width is increased to 0.35mm, but in an experiment excluding germanium(Ge), the growth is reduced to 0.11cm, the average weight is 0.04g, and the average width is 0.03mm.

순환기가감방(循環器加減方)이 고지혈증 유발 백서(白鼠)에 미치는 영향

Objective : This study was performed to investigate the effect of Sunhwangigagambang(SHG) on hyperlipidemia in SD rats induced by high cholesterol diet. Method : After treatment with SHG, cytotoxicity, body weight, liver weight, AST, ALT, ALP, total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose, albumin, total protein in serum, malondialdehyde, and gene expression for ACAT and HMG-CoA reductase in hepatic tissue were analyzed. Result : 1. SHG didn't show any cytotoxicity in both human fibroblast cell line and SD rats. 2. SHG significantly inhibited the increase of liver weight by high cholesterol diet compared to the control group. 3. SHG significantly ameliorated the increase of total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, and triglyceride and reduction of HDL-cholesterol compared to the control group. 4. SHG significantly reduced glucose level in serum compared to the control group. 5. SHG significantly reduced malondialdehyde in hepatic tissue compared to the control group. 6. SHG significantly down-regulated gene expression of ACAT and HMG-CoA reductase compared to the control group. Conclusion : These results suggest that SHG might be effective in treatment and prevention of hyperlipidemia.

The relationship between past liver disease history and the risk of primary liver cancer was analyzed in a hospital-based case-control study conducted in Seoul on 165 patients with histologically or serologically confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma and individually age- and sex-matched 165 controls in hospital for ophthalmologic, otologic, or nasopharyngeal problems. Significant association were observed for liver deseases occurring 5 or more years before liver cancer diagnosis [OR,4.9;95% confidence interval (CI), $1.6{\sim}14.0$) and family history of liver disease(OR, 9.0;95% CI, $2.1{\sim}38.8$). These associations were not appreciably modified by allowance for major identified potential confounding factors. From these results, it is possible to speculate that liver cell injuries caused by various factors might be a common pathway to developing primary liver carcinoma. Considering the significant effect of family history of liver diseases on PLCA risk after adjusting past liver disease history, there might be genetic susceptibility in the carcinogenic mechanism of liver cancer. Further investigations are needed to clarify the effect of family history of liver disease on PLCA risk.

기업조직 내 소셜 미디어 서비스 활용의 가치 제고 및 활성화 방안

본 연구의 목적은 조직 내 소셜 미디어를 활용하여 기업의 성과에 도움이 되는 방안을 찾고자 함에 있다. 최근 들어 기업들도 소셜 미디어를 다양한 분야에 활용하는 방안을 모색하고 있음에도 이에 대한 연구는 극히 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 소셜 미디어 서비스 사용자 간의 커뮤니케이션이 증가하게 되면 다양한 인간관계 형성 및 확장이 발생되고, 이것은 다시 정보공유, 자아추구, 사회참여, 유희(오락) 등의 성과로 이어지는 연구모형을 설정하였다. 연구의 효과를 극대화하기위해 연구대상을 소셜 미디어 서비스를 이용하는 직장인과 비직장인들로 분류하여 조사 및 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 직장인들은 모르는 사람들과 지식을 공유한 후, 습득된 지식을 바탕으로 자신의 이미지를 지인들에게 어필하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 소셜 미디어 기능에 유희(오락)성을 포함시키면 조직 내 소셜 미디어의 사용이 활성화되어 경영참여로 이어질 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 향후 조직 내 소셜 미디어 서비스를 활용할 경우 유용한 가이드라인으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to find the beneficial plan for business success by the advantage of social media service in the business organization. There is few research for applying social media on a variety of fields in business organization although many companies are trying to find the way for its application. Hence, this study identifies the possibility for the utilization of social media services, and it also finds the plan for their effective application. The social relationship is created by increasing communications between users of social media service. The research model is established on the basis of the hypothesis that the social relationship affects knowledge share, pursuit of ego, social participation, amusement. To maximize the impact of results, the research was conducted on the basis of the target on two groups including the business men and non-business men who use social media services. As results of the research, the business men tend to appeal their impression based on sharing knowledge with anonymous people. Also, it is necessary to make a social participation to a management participation, and to utilize the social media in the organization by including amusement to its function. This research is expected to have significant implication to companies which wants to apply social media services in the future.
