연속 회분식 반응조 공정에서 생물학적 질소와 인제거에 대한 시뮬레이션

The simulation of biological organics, nitrogen and phosphorus removal in a sequencing batch reactor process was executed to investigate the treatment efficiency and operational strategy. The reaction rate equations of water quality components for a batch reactor were made by mass balance. To solve the twenty nonlinear ordinary differential equations (ODEs), the numerical scheme of multistep PC(Predictor-Corrector) algorithm was adopted. The typical municipal wastewater characteristics and operational strategy were assumed for the simulation. The predicted treatment efficiency of organics removal, nitrification, total nitrogen and total phosphorus is 88%, 98%, 48% and 77% respectively. Also it is predicted that the mixed liquor volatile suspended solids (MLVSS) is about 2800mg/l and that the sludge production is about 36kg/day. The simulated model is available for the design and operational methods of a sequencing batch reactor in the various environmental conditions such as wastewater characteristics, loading rates, temperature.

국방정책레짐 전환과 군 균형발전:818계획의 정책적 함의를 중심으로

This research tries to find the alternatives for the balanced development of the Korean Military at the policy level. This paper analyzes the ‘818 Plan’ under the executive branch and the National Assembly level, which focuses on reshaping the military command structure. And then it examines policy implications based on the analysis. In order to reform the national defense policy regime which has been explicitly Army-centered, this article proposes three policy recommendations. First, majority members of the considering committee for the reform of national defense should be appointed from civilian pool in order to keep the three armed forces in balance and produce the optimal national defense policy. Second, members of the committee should come from diverse background in order to break with military egocentricity. Third, senior members of the National Defense Committee in the National Assembly should be recruited equally from the three armed forces. Fourth,the two components of policy regime-policy paradigm and power distributionneed to be revised from the long-term perspective. 본고에서는 군 균형발전을 위한 대안을 정책적 차원에서 모색하되, 군 지휘구조 개편을 단행한 818계획을 행정부와 의회 단계에서 분석하고 정책적 함의를 검토하였다. 육군 중심의 국방정책레짐을 개혁하기 위해 제시한 정책제안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정책레짐을 구성하는 ‘정책패러다임과 권력분포’를 전환시키는 일은 장기적 관점에서 접근해야 한다. 둘째, 국방개혁 검토위원회가 구성될 경우 민간위원이 전체위원의 과반수를 상회하도록 편성함으로써 3군의 균형을 유지하고 최적의 국방정책을 도출하여야 한다. 셋째, 자군 중심주의와 병과 우월주의에서 탈피하도록 위원회의 인적 구성을 다양화해야 한다. 넷째, 국방위로 진출하는 의원들의 출신 군종을 다원화해야 한다.

하이데거의 현존재분석론에 대한 임상 철학적 해석

The purpose of this paper is to read clinical philosophical significance inherent in Heidegger's Daseinsanalytik based on the critical analysis of positive psychology. Positive psychology, founded by the American psychologist Martin Seligman, is a branch of psychology that strives to promote and improve positive emotions based on the view that positive emotions are more important than anything else to promote happiness. According to positive psychology, what is needed to promote and improve positive emotions is active immersion(Flow) into daily life. It is that the daily life, having positive relationships with people, taking on new tasks passionately, always leads us to happiness. But from the perspective of Heidegger's Daseinsanalytik, such a project of positive psychology for a happy life is never a fundamental solution to the problem of ontological suffering inherent in human life, as it lacks fundamental consideration of the whole structure of human existence. Thus, this paper will first attempt to critically highlight the problems of positive psychology through the Heidegger's analysis of daily life of Dasein, and further attempt to discover clinical philosophical significance inherent in Daseinsanalytik based on Heidegger's analysis of 'Care'(Sorge), 'Anxiety'(Angst) and 'Resoluteness'(Entschlossenheit). 본 논문의 목적은 하이데거의 현존재분석론의 관점을 바탕으로 하여 긍정 심리학을 비판적으로 분석하고 이를 통해 현존재분석론에 내재한 임상 철학적 의의를 읽어내는 것에 있다. 미국의 심리학자 마틴 셀리그먼이 창시한 긍정 심리학은 행복을 증진시키기 위해서는 긍정 정서가 무엇보다도 중요하다는 관점에 입각하여 긍정 정서의 촉진과 향상을 위해 힘쓰는 심리학의 한 분야이다. 긍정 심리학의 입장에 따르면, 긍정 정서를 촉진시키고 향상시키기 위해 필요한 것은 일상으로의 적극적인 몰입이다. 사람들과 긍정적인 인간관계를 맺고, 언제나 새로운 과제에 열정적으로 도전하며 적극적으로 일상을 살아나가는 것이 우리를 행복으로 이끈다는 것이다. 그러나 하이데거의 현존재분석론의 관점에서 보자면, 행복한 삶을 위한 긍정 심리학의 그러한 기획은 인간 존재의 전체적 구조에 관한 근본적인 숙고를 결여하고 있는 까닭에, 결코 인간 삶에 내재한 존재론적 고통의 문제에 대한 근본적인 해결책이 되지 못한다. 이에 본 논문은 우선 현존재의 ‘일상성’에 대한 하이데거의 분석을 통해 긍정 심리학이 지닌 문제점들을 비판적으로 조명하고, 나아가 ‘염려’와 ‘불안’ 그리고 ‘결단성’ 등에 관한 하이데거의 분석을 바탕으로 하여 현존재분석론에 대한 임상 철학적 해석을 시도할 것이다.

이음의 예술론

This article interprets Heidegger's "The Origin of Art Work" in relation to the connectedness in his later works. Connectedness plays a key role in Heidegger's subsequential project which centers on thinking on "event", but it has not received much attention in terms of its close relation to Heidegger's discourse on art. This article explains this relationship by reinterpreting "The Origin of Art Work," considered to contain the essence of Heidegger's discourse on art, in terms of connectedness. To this end, Chapter 2 provides an overview of Heidegger's thinking on connectedness, and Chapters 3 and 4 elucidate the relation between the concept of truth as an "un-concealment" that arises in art and Heidegger's connectedness, through which excellence in art will be explained. Then, Chapter 5 analyzes Heidegger's explanation of how an artist is and reveals that his considerations of the relationship between Being and Dasein unfold along a path of connectedness. 본 논문은 하이데거의 「예술작품의 근원」을 후기 하이데거의 ‘이음 사유’와 관련지어 해석한다. 이음 사유는 ‘생기’에 대한 사유를 중심으로 하는 후기 하이데거의 기획에서 중추적인 역할을 한다. 그런데 이러한 이음 사유가 하이데거의 예술론과 매우 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있다는 사실은 크게 주목받지 못하고 있는 것처럼 보인다. 이에 본 논문은 하이데거 예술론의 정수를 담고 있다고 평가받는 「예술작품의 근원」을 이음 사유와 관련지어 새롭게 해석함으로써, 하이데거의 이음 사유가 그의 예술론과 맺고 있는 밀접한 연관을 해명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 우선 하이데거의 이음 사유에 대한 개관이 제시될 것이다. 이어 3장과 4장에서는 「예술작품의 근원」에서 제시되는 ‘비-은폐성’으로서의 진리 개념이 이음 사유와 어떠한 관련을 맺고 있는지, 그리고 거기서 예술작품은 과연 어떠한 존재자로서 해명되고 있는지가 밝혀질 것이다. 5장에서는 예술가의 존재 방식에 대한 하이데거의 해명을 분석함으로써, 존재와 인간의 관계에 대한 하이데거의 숙고가 마찬가지로 이음 사유의 궤도를 따라 전개되고 있다는 점이 밝혀질 것이다.

축제 스토리텔링의 개선방안에 관한 연구: 2017 영주 한국선비문화축제를 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to present improvements for the sustainable development of the festival, focusing on the 2017 Yeongju Seonbi Culture Festival. In order to achieve the purpose this study, a revised IPA was used based on storytelling. In the study field on festivals, storytelling is widely used as a variable that attracts festival visitors and increases their satisfaction. For empirical analysis, on-site surveys were conducted during the festival period, and a total of 266 valid samples were obtained and used for analysis. The results of using the revised IPA suggested by Deng, which supplemented the limitations of the tranditional IPA, are as follows. In the IP matrix, areas that need urgent improvement appearing in the fourth quadrant include 'Increased attractiveness of festival', 'Increased mystery', 'stimulation of curiosity', and 'speciality'. Based on the storytelling items presented, discussions on implications for future development were conducted.
