Lee Kwang-soo asked the afresh question “what is the literature” in the first line of “Literature lecture” in the mid-1920s. Already, this question was raised by “문학이란 하오 (What is the literature)” about a decade ago in that it isn’t a new question at all. However, when the context of the question changes, its meaning and effect also changes. This paper intends to reveal the intention of the question “What is literature?” which was published by “Literature lecture” and “A trivial talk about literature” on the extension of the former. Furthermore, this paper aims to clarify what it means in the literary circles in those days and what effect it has generated. Lee Kwang-soo presented the concept of literature in “Literature lecture” and included the decadence literature and the proletarian literature in the ‘literature’. In “A trivial talk about literature”, the works of poets who represent various attitudes and tendencies are considered as the classics of Joseon literature. Through these works, Lee Kwang-soo presented the history of literature. Making the concept of literature literary and establishing the history of literature was the task of making literature specific and irreversible.

기술정보 유출방지를 위한 보안저장매체 연구

대부분 기업의 중요 기술정보 유출은 내부자에 의해 이루어진다. 기업의 핵심기술 및 정보유출을 방지하기 위하여 여러 분야에서 많은 투자와 연구가 진행되고 있지만 기술발전에 따라 업무환경과 일하는 방법이 변화하여 물리적보안과 정보보안을 분리한 기존 개별 통제방식은 효용성이 떨어지고 있다. 새로운 환경에 대응하기 위하여 보안 패러다임의 전환이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 물리적보안과 정보보안을 융합한 신뢰할 수 있는 인증기반(스마트카드/생체정보) 보안저장매체의 요구기능, 각 기능에 필요한 요소기술에 대하여 고찰한다.

오송 생명과학단지 조경설계

This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for Osong Biohealth Technopolis Institute of Cheongwon Gun Chung Cheong Buk Do which was held by Ministry of Health and Welfare in March 2004. The site is located in. Osong Li, Kang Wei Myun, Cheonwon Gun, Chung Cheong Buk Do and has an area of $402,600m^2$. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the client could be articulated as follows: an environment friendly design respecting the surrounding environment, a functionally efficient site plan by clustering buildings with similar uses, a site plan having 'front yard' by locating buildings in rear areas toward existing 'groves'. The proposal set the main design concept of this project as 'clustering'. By doing that, existing grades and plants can be saved, buildings with similar uses can be clustered, huge 'front yard' as a symbolic image of this project can be achieved, and finally many small open spaces for everyday life can be designed accordingly.

관동대지진의 기억과 서사

It is traumatic experience to people who have experienced the Korean massacre at the time, the Great Kanto Earthquake. The Korean massacre at the Great Kanto Earthquake is narrated as heartwarming story and described in the state of “exception”. In these story, many Japanese saved Korean from the massacre and Japanese police guarded Korean. By doing this, Japanese imperialism tried to suture wounded daily life of the colonist. But the fear and trauma what were written on minds of colonist, existed as a existence of absence on the texts and scratched the heartwarming story concerning the Korean massacre. As a result, the truth that the state of “exception” is not exceptional but the ordinary colonial life itself appeared from the crack on the texts.

Serotypes of Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus isolated from pigs

돼지로 부터 분리한 Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus 489주의 혈청형을 자가생산한 인자혈청을 이용한 평판응집반응으로 동정하였다. 분리균의 혈청형은 A(16.8%), C(20.4%), D(9.4%), E(7.2%), F 형(29.2%) 및 미분류형(17.0%)으로 동정되었으며, 돼지의 건강상태, 신체부위 및 연령에 관계없이 F형의 분포가 가장 높았다.

In this study, I attempted to the architectural design characteristics of Daeung-Jeon in Sudeok Temple. For this purpose, After I set up several assumptions in the basis of the general characteristics of Korean wood architecture, and then, analyzed floor plan, structural formation and section sizes of structure and bracket members in relation to module and unit. As the results, the characteristics of the design process of plan and structure are follows. (1) 1 ja(尺), the unit applied to this building is measured $307.6{\sim}318.3mm$) and the average is 312.9mm (2) It is estimated that the floor plan designed on the basis of the top of columns. By the applied unit, every bay of the front side and the side is each designed by 15 ja and 8.5 ja. (3) The section is composed of piled members which have same section size. As basic module of section size called 'jae(재;材)', it is estimated at width 0.45 ja by height 0.75 ja. And as the secondary module, height between jae and is called 'gyoe(계;)' and it wes designed by three height size of 0.25 ja, 0.27 ja and 0.30 ja, (4) It is estimated that the section plan was designed by the order as follows. Firstly, the horizontal position of purlins wes decided on the basis of the intersection point of long and short rafters, and then the position and the section size of purlins and jangheyo(長舌) wes decided on the basis of the slope of roof and rafters. Secondly, going down from purlins, the members of structure composed of 'jae' and 'gyoe' was repeated. Lastly, for the purpose of linking the structure members located on the center line of adjacent purlins organically, the height of whaban(화반) was controlled.

Protein A of Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus isolated from pigs

돼지로부터 분리한 Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus 489주의 protein A 존재여부와 함량을 indirect hemagglutination 및 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)법으로 조사하였다. Indirect hemagglutination text에 의하여 cell-bound protein A 및 extracellular protein A 보유균은 489주 중 각각 87.7% 및 36.0%로 나타났다. ELISA법에 의한 이들 균의 protein A함량 측정에서 전균주의 extracellular protein A는 1ng/ml미만이었으며, cell-bound protein A함량은 대부분의 균주에서 1ng/ml 미만이었고 11주가 25~108ng/ml 수준이었다. The Presence and quantity of protein A in Staphylococcus hyicus subsp hyicus isolates from pigs were determined by indirect hemagglutination test and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Cell-bound and extracellular protein A was demonstrated in 87.7% and 36.0% of 489 isolates, respectively, by indirect hemagglutination test. When contents of the protein A were estimated by ELISA method, all of the isolates that were positive to protein A in indirect hemagglutination test produced extracellular protein A of less than 1ng/ml. Most of the isolates produced cell-bound protein A of less than 1ng/ml, whereas 28 isolates produced 1 to 35ng/ml and 11 isolates produced 25 to 108ng/ml.

지역적 전통에 기반을 둔 강원도 산간형 현대한옥 계획 연구

본 연구는 강원도 산간지역의 자연환경 특성을 반영한 현대 한옥을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 강원도 산간지역 주택의 전통을 바탕으로 이 지역의 기후를 중심으로 한 자연환경 특성에 적응할 수 있는 친 환경적인 현대한옥을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제시한 강원도 산간형 현대한옥은 우리나라 전통한옥의 외관을 최대한 유지하면서 전통한옥이 지닌 자연환경조절체계를 최대한 지닐 수 있도록 계획하였다. 여러 가지 한계를 지니 고 있지만 본 연구는 본 연구는 우리나라에도 지역에 따른 자연환경의 차이가 있음을 인식하고 강원도 산간지역의 자연환경 특성과 지역적 전통에 부합하는 현대 한옥을 개발하고자 하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 생각한다. 본 연구의 계획안이 한옥의 보급 및 현대한옥의 개발 방향 설정에 도움을 줄 수 있기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to develope the Contemporary Han-ok based on the natural environment characteristics of mountainous territory in Gangwon-do. According to the result of this study, Ecofriendly Contemporary Han-ok adaptable to the natural environment feature focused on the local climate was proposed based on the tradition of mountainous territory housing in Gangwon-do. In addition, proposed Mountainous Han-ok in Gangwon-do planned to keep the out feature of traditional Korean Han-ok and have the environmental control system same as traditional Korean Han-ok. Despite of several limits, this study has the meaning in terms of propose the prototype of adaptable contemporary han-ok based on the Natural Environment Characteristics of Mountainous Territory and regional tradition in Gangwon-do in cognition of local natural environment difference. the proposal of contemporay han-ok as the result of this study will give a support to the wide planning of Han-ok and the development plan of contemporary Han-ok.

제도로서의 고백과 고백의 또 다른 존재 방식

Karatani kojin insisted that ``confession system`` produced ``inside`` have need to be expressed and concealing its own origin, made ``mordern literacy`` seems axiomatic. His concept of confession have been affected to analyze our early novels. This ``confession as a system`` drew radical severance herewith produced homogeneous modern space. However, actually radical severance and homogeneous modern space is fictional as axiomatic ``modern literacy`` that he criticized. As Homi Bhabha pointed out, modernity have much rests which could not be collected in modernity. This point is common to confession system. This article explore other potentialities of confession through Hyun Jin-gun`s <A ruined man(타락자)> and <Dear reproachful look(그립은 흘긴 눈)>. In <Dear reproachful look(그립은 흘긴 눈)>, making confession relative, a narrator of confession broke authority of confession. And <A ruined man(타락자)> and 「<ear reproachful look(그립은 흘긴 눈)>」 share a similar outline, the former was confessed by male narrator while the latter was confessed by female narrator. Such plural confession break the narrator`s privilege and make text confession.
