S-529 : 면역글로불린 G 아형 결핍이 동반된 Kartagener 증후군 1예

Background: Kartagener`s syndrome is characterized by the triad of situs inversus, bronchiectasis, and chronic paranasal sinusitis. Recurrent sinopulmonary infection, the major determinant for diagnosing immunodeficiency, is the most common clinical manifestation of the disease. Case History: A 17-year-old female patient presented with dyspnea, cough, sputum, nasal congestion and rhinorrhea for more than 5 years. Nasal symptoms and dyspnea had not been controlled by intermittent treatment with mucolytics and antibiotics from primary clinics since 3 months before visiting our clinic. Chest X-ray and computed tomography showed situs inversus, dextrocardia and bronchiectasis. Paranasal sinus series revealed mucosal thickening and haziness on both maxillary sinus. Serum immunoglobulin (Ig) G4 was decreased, but total immunoglobulin was within normal range. Results: Under the diagnosis of Kartagener`s syndrome with IgG subclass deficiency, monthly intravenous immunoglobulin G (IVIG) treatment was performed for 6 months. Her symptoms were well controlled and the frequency of antibiotics use was markedly decreased. Conclusion: We report a patient having the Kartagener`s syndrome with IgG subclass deficiency that was successfully controlled with a 6-month-treatment of IVIG.
피브로인 섭취가 양궁선수의 인지능력과 수행에 미치는 영향

In this study, fibroin ingestion is effective to improve concentration and performance is to determine whether. For this purpose, the fibroin ingestion period for archery athletes, measured changes in concentration and performance. Intake and how to eat one day and two times a week and 500mg intake. Concentration and memory before starting the diet, either, were tested 3 weeks after ingestion. The statistical analysis of difference and group and 2 * 2 repeated ANOVA was conducted. Gratings test results showed no effect of the groups and placebo groups compared to the experimental group showed higher concentration. After recovery of the picture memory test and a 20 minute and then repeat the measurement between the consumption of the memory group showed higher statistically. However, records for archery groups were not statistically significant effect. However, the experimental group and the placebo group recorded between the 1st and 2nd showed a statistically significant difference.
Magnetic Saturation Effect on the Rotor Core of Synchronous Reluctance Motor

This paper presents a study on the design parameters that consider the magnetic saturation effect in a rotor core of a synchronous reluctance motor. Two important design parameters in a rotor are selected to analyze the saturation effect of a synchronous reluctance motor, particularly in a rotor core. The thickness of the main segment, which is the main path of the d-axis flux, and the end rip, which affects the q-axis flux, are analyzed using the d-axis and q-axis inductances. Moreover, the characteristics of torque and torque ripple when magnetic saturation takes place are analyzed. The saturation effect is verified by comparing the reluctance torque between the experiment and FEM simulation.
Analysis on Core Loss of Brushless DC Motor Considering Pulse Width Modulation of Inverter

In this paper, characteristics of blushless direct current (BLDC) motor including core lossare analyzed considering pulse width modulation (PWM) of inverter. Input voltage of BLDC motordue to PWM is calculated considering duty ratio and carrier frequency of inverter in order to controltorque or speed of BLDC motor. For the calculation of core loss, the input current with harmonics dueto PWM voltage is calculated by using equivalent circuit model of BLDC motor according toswitching pattern and carrier frequency. Next, core loss is analyzed by inputting the currents as asource of BLDC motor for FEM. Characteristics including core loss are compared with ones withoutPWM waveform according to reference speed.
