프랑스연극 교과목의 Engaged Learning 수업 활용 사례연구

Objectives This study is aimed at inducing learners' active and voluntary participation in class activities based on the EL (Engaged Learning) Class system, establishing and organizing creative and self-directed lesson plans, promoting a sense of sociality, cooperation and task-solving capabilities through the process of presentations and discussions among the participants, and finally cultivating talented future leaders in society. Methods By applying the three principles of “Defining a Problem”, “Drawing Ideas”, and “Application and Confirmation of Solutions”, this scheme has been operated by centering on experience-based learning. Results The course of “French Theater” has been selected as the target program for the EL class for 21 learners who had applied for participation. But various outcomes — such as watching various performances, evaluation of works, and a survey of the theater, among others — were derived according to the learners' tastes and willingness to participate. By evaluating class satisfaction and participation, this study has examined the direction for further improvement in the next EL classes. Conclusions In the EL class, which was conducted for 21 learners, the instructor broke away from the previous method of unilaterally presenting a topic to the learners and instead induced the learners to present the topic, research and draw a solution, thus resulting in a higher level of participation. However, the study has produced some shortcomings in terms of spending more hours for activities other than those for classes on the side of the students and of producing more expenses for learning in conducting the EL class.

Service marketing refers to the marketing of activities processes rather than objects. One of the consequences of the recent interest in service marketing is the increased recognition of the importance of the person-to-person encounter between buyer and seller-client and provider-to the overall success of the marketing effort. Recognition of the importance of the encounter is especially relevant in those situations where the service component of the total offering is a major element of that offering. This is so regardless of whether the core element of the offering is a material good or a service. This study examines medical service quality. The purpose of this study is to explain medical service quality meaning, medical service quality peculiarity, affecting factors of medical service quality, a method of measurement on medical service quality. The medical service quality in the service encounter is directly related to the practice of the marketing concept by the organization and ultimately its profitability. This study provides managers with some guidelines for enhancing the level of medical service quality among their personnel in the service encounter. Future research clearly is needed for replication to determine the robustness of the model and the results. Cyber market is becoming a major market in the future. The service quality, consumer satisfaction, and service value on the cyber market must be examined.

Wine is originated from Dionysus, the Greek god of fruitfulness, vegetation, grape-harvest and wine-making. Wine, having been grown around the world for a long time, has developed into different kinds of wine depending on the regions of production. Beaujolais Nouveau is the main destination of wine produced in Beaujolais, a region of Bourgogne province that is a strong competitor with wine produced in France’s Bordeaux province. Beaujolais Nouveau is delivered every year to wine lovers around the world at midnight on the third Thursday of November. This is the signal for the Beaujolais Nouveau Festival. Using the Beaujolais Nouveau Festival as a marketing tool, it became an opportunity to promote French wine around the world, and today it has become a hot tourist attraction for the French industry. Experts of French wine culture have spared no effort to bring down the maximum wine flavor with limited ingredients of high-quality grapes, thereby earning the French wine the best taste and quality recognition. The Beaujolais Nouveau Festival is centered on wine in this Beaujolais region. The Beaujolais Nouveau Festival, established as a top wine festival, preserves tradition, promotes the harmony among the local residents, promotes French and French wine, and contributes to job creation and economic development, while making its mark as a world-class folk festival today. Success factors for the Beaujolais Nouveau Festival include the reputation of the wellestablished French-style infrastructure for the festival and the enormous scale and efficient operation. However, it is regrettable that today’s Beaujolais Nouveau Festival is gradually on the decline due to its strong emphasis on marketing. In any case, at the governance level, we also need to benchmark the Beaujolais Nouveau Festival to adapt it to our environment so that Korea can promote its local agricultural products to the outside world and create and expand the wealth of regional economy. 와인의 기원은 그리스 시대 술의 신(神)인 디오니소스(Dionysus)에서 비롯한다. 긴 세월을 내려온 와인은 오늘날 생산 지역에 따라 여러 종류의 와인이 되었다. 프랑스 보르도 지방의 와인과 쌍벽을 이루는 부르고뉴 지방의 보졸레(Beaujolais) 지역에서 생산되는 햇포도로 만든 와인이 본고의 대상이 되는 보졸레 누보(Beaujolais Nouveau)이다. 이 보졸레 누보는 매년 11월 셋째 주 목요일 자정을 기해 전 세계의 와인애호가들에게 배달된다. 이것이 보졸레 누보 축제를 알리는 신호탄인 것이다. 보졸레 누보 축제의 마케팅 활용은 프랑스 와인을 전 세계에 알리는 계기가 되었으며 오늘날 프랑스 산업에서 와인이 중요한 위치를 차지할 수 있도록 일조 하였다. 프랑스의 와인양조 전문가들은 고품질 포도의 제한된 재료를 가지고 최대한의 와인 맛을 끌어내려 온갖 노력을 아끼지 않았고, 이를 통하여 프랑스 와인은 세계적으로도 최고의 맛과 품질을 인정받게 되었다. 보졸레 누보 축제는 바로 이런 보졸레 지역의 와인을 중심으로 이루어지는 축제이다. 와인축제로 자리 잡은 보졸레 누보 축제는 오늘날 세계적인 규모의 민속축제로 그 명성을 떨치면서 전통을 보존하고, 지역주민의 화합을 도모하며, 프랑스와 프랑스 와인을 홍보하고, 고용창출과 경제발전에 기여한다. 보졸레 누보 축제의 성공요인으로는 프랑스와인의 명성, 축제를 위해 잘 구축된 인프라, 엄청난 규모와 효율적인 운영 등을 들 수 있다. 하지만 오늘날 보졸레 누보 축제가 마케팅의 성격이 너무 강해 점차 쇠락의 길을 걷고 있다는 점은 아쉽게 생각한다. 어쨌든 우리도 거버넌스 차원에서 보졸레 누보 축제를 우리의 환경에 적합하게 벤치마킹함으로써 우리 지역 농산물을 전 세계에 알리고 지역 경제의 부를 창출하고 확대시켜 나가야 할 것이다.
