어린이집 영아반 교사와 영아 어머니의 역할 및 상호 관계에 대한 영아반 교사와 영아반 어머니의 인식

본 연구는 만0세-만2세 어린이집 영아반 교사와 영아 어머니의 개인적 변인에 따라 각자의 역할을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지, 그리고 영아반 교사-어머니 관계에 대한 인식은 어떠한지를 살펴봄으로써 보육교사와 어머니의 협력적 관계형성의 기초자료를 제공 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 어린이집의 만 0-2세 담임교사 74명과 어머니 390명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집·분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 영아반 교사의 인식에서 30세 미만의 교사가 보육과정 운영자, 자기 계발자의 인식이 높았고, 영아반 교사의 학력이 높을수록 보육교사 역할 인식이 높았다. 영아반 교사의 경력은 교사역할 인식에 유의한 차아를 보였는데 3-5년 미만의 교사들이 양육대행자에서, 1년 미만의 교사들이 보육과정운영자, 부모와의 협조 및 관계 형성자, 자기개발자에서 가장 높게 인식하였다. 둘째, 어머니의 부모역할 인식을 살펴보면 부모의 연령, 학력, 취업여부에 따른 부모역할 인식은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 교사의 영아반 교사-어머니 관계인식을 살펴보면 교사의 학력이 대학원 재학 또는 졸업일 때 협력이 높았으며, 교사의 경력이 3-5년 일 때 신뢰, 협력, 양육/교육에서 높게 나타나 유의한 차이를 보였다. 어머니의 영아반 교사-어머니 관계인식을 살펴보면 어머니의 연령, 학력, 취업여부에 따른 영아반 교사-어머니 관계는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. The purpose of this study was to examine the role awareness of mothers with children aged between 0 and 2 and attending childcare centers by personal variables, the role awareness of teachers in charge of these children by personal variables, and their awareness of teacher-mother relationship in infant/toddler classes. The major findings of the study on the research questions were as follows: First, as for the role awareness of the teachers by personal variables, there were significant differences in that aspect according to their age, academic credential and career. Second, concerning the role awareness of the mothers by personal variables, there were no significant differences among the mothers in that aspect according to their age, academic credential and employment. Third, in relation to the awareness of the teachers on teacher-mother relationship by personal variables, there was no significant difference according to age. But there were significant differences according to academic credential and career. As to the awareness of the mothers on teacher-mother relationship by personal variables, there were no significant differences among the mothers in that aspect according to their age, academic credential and employment.
