Objects : This study was aimed to investigate the treatment on Mental disorder of Women. Methods : Research data is based on Buindaejoenyangbang and Dong-uibogam. And study the treatment in Mental disorder of Women. Results : 1. Owing to women's physiological extraordinary nature, Mental disorder of Women’s treatment does not match Dongyipogam’s about the same symptoms. 2. Most of happing the symptom is due to blood Wind(four flavors) and deficiency of the Heart, treatments are dispelling Wind, tonifying blood of the Heart and calming the spirit. 3. At postpartum, Mental disorder of Women’s causes are deteriorating blood vanquished blood and external affections with a blood deficiency from the loss of blood, treatments are tonifying the blood, expel Wind and clear Cold and remove blood stagnation to promote regeneration. Conclusion : The results suggest that the extraordinary nature of the circumstances due to women specific pathology must be considered.

Objects : This study was aimed to investigate relation to the Psychologic factor and Mental disorder of Women. Methods : Research data is based on Booindaejoenyangbang(婦人大全良方) and Dongyipogam(東醫寶鑑). And study the psycho elements in Mental disorder of Women. Results : 1. Psychologic factor have a part in A cause for mental disorder of women, certainly. 2. The weakness is fundamental cause for mental disorder of women and the Wind is an immediate cause frequently. 3. Most mental disorder of women develop severe psychiatric symptoms. 4. Psychologic factor is concerned to causing and symptoms at various diseases of women. Conclusion : The results suggest that women is delicate at the psychologic factor, so mental disorders are taken easily.

Transparent conducting oxides (TCOs) have wide range of application areas in transparent electrode for display devices, Transparent coating for solar energy heat mirrors, and electromagnetic wave shield. $SnO_2$ is intrinsically an n-type semiconductor due to oxygen deficiencies and has a high energy-band gap more than 3.5 eV. It is known as a transparent conducting oxide because of its low resistivity of $10^{-3}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and high transmittance over 90% in visible region. In this study, co-doping effects of Al and Y on the properties of $SnO_2$ were investigated. The addition of Y in $SnO_2$ was tried to create oxygen vacancies that increase the diffusivity of oxygen ions for the densification of $SnO_2$. The addition of Al was expected to increase the electron concentration. Once, we observed solubility limit of $SnO_2$ single-doped with Al and Y. $\{(x/2)Al_2O_3+(x/2)Y_2O_3\}-SnO_2$ was used for the source of Al and Y to prevent the evaporation of $Al_2O_3$ and for the charge compensation. And we observed the valence changes of aluminium oxide because generally reported of valence changes of aluminium oxide in Tin - Aluminium binary system. The electrical properties, solubility limit, densification and microstructure of $SnO_2$ co-doped with Al and Y will be discussed.
전위된 관절 내 종골 골절의 Ollier 접근법을 이용한 치료

Purpose: We evaluated the clinical results of the intraarticular calcaneal fractures treated using Ollier approach by inexperienced orthopaedic surgeon. Materials and Methods: Between August 2003 and May 2007, Of the total 46 cases, 12 cases (9 patients) of displaced intraarticular calcaneal fracture who underwent open reduction and internal fixation using Ollier approach were evaluated. The means of age was 50.5 years. According to the Sanders classification, there was no type I case and 8 cases of type II, 1 case of type III, and 3 cases of type IV. We evaluated the treatment result by assessing radiologic parameters ($B{\ddot{o}}hler$ angle, Gissane angle, and calcaneal height/width) and clinical outcomes (VAS and AOFAS score). Results: The means of follow-up period was 25.3 months. The means of B.hler angle was improved from $2.4^{\circ}$ to $26.1^{\circ}$. Radiologic and clinical union was achieved in all cases without additional procedures. Excellent result were noted in 2 cases, good in 5 cases, fair in 4 cases, and poor in 1 case. We experienced 2 cases of minor complications; 1 case of mild wound infection and 1 case of hypoesthesia on foot dorsum. Radiologic findings of subtalar arthritis were present in 2 cases. Conclusion: Ollier approach seems to be helpful to inexperienced orthopaedic surgeons for the treatment of intraarticular calcaneal fractures in that it enables them to achieve considerable clinical outcomes without serious complications.
차량간 직선 거리와 각도 확률 분포 모델링 및 V2V 통신에서의 응용 방안

기존 통신 시스템은 송신단과 수신단이 공간상에 균일하게 분포되어 있다는 가정하에 설계되고 최적화 된다. 하지만 V2V 통신 환경은 송신 차량과 수신 차량이 특정 형태의 도로에 분포되어 있다는 제약이 있으므로 기존 통신 시스템에 최적화된 방식을 그대로 적용할 경우 효율이 떨어지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 V2V 통신시스템의 공간적 특성, 즉 차량간 직선 거리와 각도 분포를 모델링하고 이를 수식으로 표현하였으며, 모의실험을 통해 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 고속도로 환경과 같이 차량 평균 속도가 높은 경우 균일각도 분포와는 상이한 각도 분포를 보이는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 도로 환경에서의 V2V 통신 시스템은 빔 트레이닝 방식 등에서 기존 통신 시스템과 다른 설계가 필요함을 확인하였다.
