        공기소총 사격 시 총구와 자세의 안정화가 경기력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of performance to stabilization maintenance of muzzle and posture on aiming and firing with position control in 10m air rifle shooting. Participants were 8 male athletic shooter (4 high school shooter, 4 college shooter) with at least three years of experience. For the purpose, the sway of muzzle and posture of shooting was analyzed using three dimensional motion analysis and two force plate with synchronized. The results of this study was appeared that score of shooting was little college group than high school group during the 10 shooting. Sway of muzzle was appeared stable to vertical movement about phase of aiming and firing college group than high school group. Chaise in the ground reaction force when aiming was less medial movement of anterior foot, the posterior foot of the center of gravity to the rear tended to be more stable support for the body at the college group than high school group. In addition, change in the ground reaction force when firing was tended to be more stable support for the body the posterior foot of the center of gravity to the rear at the college group than high school group. To the results, it was appeared that air rifle shooting can be influenced during aiming and firning with stabilization to the position stability and control ability.

        만성적인 발목관절 불안정성에 대한 건측 및 환측의 균형 및 보행, 등속성 근관절 기능 비교

        The purpose of this study was to comparisons of static balance and gait, isokinetic muscular function of involved and non-involved side for chronic ankle instability(CAI) in college students. A total of 175 college students(male : 118 and female : 57) participated in the cross-sectional study. We measured static balance, gait, and isokinetic muscular functional test of the ankle joint included plantarflexion and dorsiflexion, inversion and eversion about involved and non-involved side. The results showed that static balance ability measurement a significant at the opened and closed eyes status(p〈.05), in particular was the difference between the involved and non-involved side more in male than female. Measurement of gait ability results showed a significant at the foot rotation, stance and swing phase(p〈.001), in particular showed a significant involved and non-involved side foot rotation comparison of male and female. The variables of force during the gait not significant, however the back foot support of male and female showed significant(p〈.05). In comparison isokinetic muscular function was statistically significant in the plantarflexion and dorsiflexion(p〈.05), in particular was the strength ration of peak torque for male and female was significant(p〈.05). In addition, inversion and eversion were not statistically significant(p〉.05).

        스포츠손상예방훈련이 여자 고등학교 농구선수들의 리바운드 시 최대 무릎 신전모멘트와 외번모멘트에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 여자농구 선수들을 대상으로 8주간의 스포츠손상예방훈련을 수행한 후 농구 리바운드 점프 후 착지할 때 무릎신전모멘트와 외번모멘트에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 16~18세 사이의 여자 농구선수 22명이다. 실험집단 선수(11명)들은 스포츠손상예방훈련을 8주간 주당 5회씩 약 20분간 실시하였다. 통제집단 선수(11명)들은 스포츠손상예방훈련을 하지 않고, 정기적으로 해왔던 준비운동을 하였다. 스포츠손상예방 훈련 전후에 무릎신전모멘트와 외번모멘트를 산출하였으며, 통제 집단과 실험 집단의 사전, 사후를 비교하기 위해서 반복측정에 의한 이원분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 8주간의 스포츠손상예방훈련을 수행한 실험집단 선수들은 통제집단과 비교해서 무릎신전모멘트와 외번모멘트가 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 8주간의 스포츠손상예방훈련은 점프 후 착지 시 전방십자인대 손상을 일으키는 위험 요인인 무릎신전모멘트와 외번모멘트를 감소시키고, 이러한 효과는 궁극적으로 스포츠 상황에서 올바른 착지 동작을 수행하게 함으로써 비 접촉성 전방십자인대 손상을 예방할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study were to investigate of the effects of sports injury prevention program on the knee extension and valgus moment in female players during the basketball rebound. Twenty two highschool female basketball players (ages 16 to 18 years) were participated in this study. Eleven of these players participated in a 8-week sports injury prevention program. The sports injury prevention program incorporate flexibility training, functional strength training, and jump training into the athlete`s regular practice sessions for 30-minute per day for 8-week. Statistical analysis consisted of repeated two-way ANOVA evaluations with the level of significance set at P<.05. Results of this study were that the knee extension and valgus moment in experiment group compared to control group were significantly decreased after training (p<.05). We concluded that after 8-week ACL injury prevention program, the experiment group decreased ACL injury risk factors during the basketball rebound.

        생활체육 안전사고에 대한 보상제도 고찰

        National physical training policy has been growing to expand people`s participation into Sports For All. As of December 2003, participants of Sports For All is about 39.8%. However, once 5 days working system take effect, it will be expected to increase with demand of adventure sports, outside activities and sports watching due to raise health interest. Since sports activity is more active, there is a safety accident increased. Currently, it shows 127% of safety accident for Sports for All. This percentage is said that about 27,600 number of people who might have this kinds of accident among total 2,100,000 members of the National Council of Sport for All. Therefore, we need to have a strategy as like below. First of all, we need to consolidate of safety device strongly. So, it won`t allow to participate any sports competition if person who doesn`t take out an insurance policy from the National Council of Sport for All. Secondly, it has to set up and develop of the public insurance type instead of having demage responsible insurance policy by sponsor. Then, it might have better compensation for safety accident which it occur from sports competition or any other programs. Finally, for the percentage of safety accident, Korea`s number is higher than Japan`s as like 127% to 0.94%. It also need to release the safety book classified by event, so it will be spread and educate people for every competition and operation of sports program, etc.

        평균대 제자리 무릎 구부려 뒤공중돌기 기술의 운동역학적 분석

        This study was to perform the kinetic analysis of tucked backward salto on the balance beam. Eight womern`s gymnastics players (age: 15.88±2.45 yrs, career: 6.38±0.52 yrs, height: 152.38±7.35 cm, weight: 44.25±7.54 kg) of the I-region participated in this study. The kinematic variables were analyzed response time of motion, angle, velocity, acceleration and the kinetic variables were analyzed ground reaction force (GRF) of motion. For measure and analysis of kinematic and kinetic variables of this study, used to synchronized to 6 Eagle camera and 1 force plate, used to the Cortex (Ver. 1.0) for analyzed of variables. The results were as follows; To the kinematic variables of tucked backward salto on the balance beam, a time appeared longer landing than air rotation, changes of angle regulated segment of body smaller moment of inertia when air rotation, larger moment of inertia when releasing and landing. A velocity appeared fast motion when releasing and air rotation of body, but appeared more decelerations from landing and acceleration showed to be tended to velocity. A GRF appears jump more the twice the weight at the moment that showed the power of motion to all subject.

        8주간의 자세교정운동이 만성요통환자의 요추전만과 요천추부 정렬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of lordosis and lumbosacral alignment of patients with chronic low back pain, this study was joined on 43 patients(male 18 & female 25) on posture correction exercise programs. After the 8-weeks exercise program, changes in lumbar lordosis angle, lombosacral angle and sacral angle were analyzed through radiography. The results are as following. As regards low back alignment, subjects who took posture correction exercise program for 8 weeks did show significant changes in lumbar lordotics angle(p=.000) and sacral angle(p=.000), and did not show significant changes in lumbosacral angle. These findings indicate that posture correction exercise programs for chronic low back pain patients could be effective in increase strength and alignment, decrease the low back pain.

        여성들의 나이가 한 발 드롭 착지 시 비접촉성 전방십자인대 부상 위험 요인에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 여성들의 나이가 한 발 드롭 착지 시 비접촉성 전방십자인대 부상 위험 요인에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이 연구에 참가한 연구 대상자는 아동기(7~9세), 청소년기(14~16세) 및 성인기 (21~23세) 여성 각 13명씩 총 39명이다. 연구대상자들은 양 발을 편안하게 벌린 상태에서 자신의 무릎 높이의 박스 위에서 지면반력기 위에 한 발로 뛰어 내렸다. 한 발 드롭 착지 시 넘어지거나 균형을 잃거나 손을 지면에 닿지 않은 성공적인 3회의 시기를 기록하였다. 통계처리는 성숙(3수준, 아동기, 청소년기, 성인기)을 독립변인으로 하는 일원 변량 분석을 실시하였으며, Sheffe 방법을 사용하여 사후검정 하였다. 성인기 여성들은 아동기 및 청소년기 여성들에 비해 한 발 드롭 착지 시 무릎을 덜 굽혀서 착지하였으며, 최대 대퇴 내측회전 각도 및 최대 무릎 신전모멘트가 더 크게 나타났으며, 대퇴직근 활동비율이 더 크게 나타났다. 성인기 여성들은 한 발 드롭 착지 시 무릎의 전방십자인대에 부하가 더 많이 가해져서 비접촉성 전방십자인대 부상 위험이 증가한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate of the effects of female ages on the Noncontact Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury Risk Factors during the Single Legged Drop Landing. Thirty nine females (ages 7 to 23 years) were participated in this study. The participants were divided into three groups with ages (7 to 9, 14 to 16, and 21 to 23 year old females) and single legged drop landing with her`s knee height box. Statistical analysis consisted of one-way ANOVA with the level of significance set at p<.05. Post hoc tests with the Sheffe correction were performed when significant factor effects and/or interactions were observed. Results of this study were that the 21 to 23 ages female group showed decreased maximum knee flexion angles and increased maximum thigh internal rotation, maximum knee extension moment and H-Q ratios than other group females during the single legged drop landing. The 21 to 23 ages female group increases noncontact anterior cruciate ligament injury risks due to the greater knee loads than other group females.

        복합운동 참여가 랜딩-점프 시 무릎 및 발목관절의 기능적 안정성에 미치는 역학적 접근

        The purpose of this study was to investigate a kinetics approach of functional stability of knee and ankle joint according to complex exercise on jump-landing. The subjects was 28 male having experienced any injury in knee and ankle joints and measuring the variables of kinetic and isokinetic after completing the program. In order to evaluate the knee and ankle joint the 8-weeks complex exercise program, this study conducted the kinematics and kinetic test. The collected data was proceeded in using the paired sample t-test in order to identify the differences before and after the subjects`` participation. After their participation in the 8-weeks complex exercise program, the subjects`` center of gravity was stabilized and the angles of knee and ankle joints were significantly reduced. The center of pressure showed more change in the axis of anteroposterior that in the axis of mediolateral. For the ground reaction force, the force in its medial was not increased, but the force in the lateral was increased.
