The monthly-average meteorological data, in particular, the monthly average daily terrestrial horizontalinsolation are required for designing solar thermal energy systems. In this paper, the dynamic thermal performanceof a flat plate solar collector system is numerically investigated through a year from the monthly average insolationdata in Seoul. For a specified data set of solar collector system, the dynamic behaviors of total solar radiationon the tilted collector surfaces, heat loss from the collector system, useful energy and collector efficiency areanalyzed from January to December by a mathematical simulation model. In addition, the monthly average dailytotal solar radiation, useful energy, and daily collector efficiencies through a year are estimated. The simulatedresults show that the average total radiation is highest in March and the useful energy is highest in October, whilethe total radiation and the collector efficiency are lowest in July.

The importance of the life cycle cost analysis(LCCA) for reinforced concretes(RC) structures construction projects has been fully recognized over the last decade. Accordingly theoretical models, guidelines, and supporting software systems were developed for the life cycle cost analysis of reinforces concrete systems. However, the level of consensus on LCCA results is still low due to the lack of reliable data on maintenance activities for asset assessment in order to predict the asset management based LCCA of the given case, suggested the maintenance strategies level after reviewing other related materials. Apply the real information of the economic index and asset value. And based on such analytical measures, maintenance and operation cost and LCC in maintenance strategies level have been predicted; suggests the basic information about maintenance interventions level for the reinforces concrete structures. The model and the procedure presented in this study can greatly contribute to the value-oriented design alternative selection, estimation of the economic analysis, and the allocation of budget for reinforces concrete construction projects.

Recently, a variety of researches has been carried out to obtain a more controlled durability and long-term performance of concrete structures under carbonation and chloride attack environments. In particular, new procedures for reliability-based durability analysis and design have been noticed to be very valuable for the enhancement of service life of concrete structures. Although there is still a lack of relevant data, this approach has been successfully applied to some new concrete structures. It this paper, the limit state equation based carbonation depth, chloride penetration depth, and cove depth has been solved with a time dependent reliability index and the reliability analysis of durability performance has been carried out by using a reliability analysis based on the concept of minimum total cost. From the results, the influence of each parameter on the durability of concrete structures was investigated and the new procedure for durability analysis was demonstrated in terms of carbonation and chloride penetration data from various concrete structures. The reliability procedure might be very useful in designing important concrete structures and help to predict the remaining service life of existing concrete structures under deterioration(carbonation and chloride penetration) environments.

문화콘텐츠산업에 대한 주민의식조사와 개발방향 모색*1):예천 활(弓)을 중심으로

최근 여러 지방자치단체에서는 문화와 지역경제 활성화를 위해 지역의 특색에 맞는 문화콘텐츠산업을 개발할 필요성을 인식하고 이를 위하여 많은 노력이 기울이고 있다. 경북 예천군의 경우는 활의 고장으로 그 명성이 전국에 널리 알려져 있어 문화콘텐츠 개발을 위한 기본적인 여건을 갖추고 있는 것으로 평가받고 있다. 따라서 이 논문은 예천군이 활을 이용한 문화콘텐츠산업 개발에 있어 합리적인 기본방향은 무엇인지 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 예천군민을 대상으로 방향성과 의식에 대하여 설문조사를 하였으며, 도출된 결과를 이용하여 예천 활의 발전과 지역경제 활성화 방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 지역의 특성에 맞는 문화콘텐츠산업의 합리적인 성공을 위하여 문화콘텐츠산업의 의의와 이론적 배경은 물론 그 방향도 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 지방화 시대, 지방자치 시대에 문화콘텐츠산업의 개발을 통한 지역경제 활성화에 그 의미를 주고자 한다. Recently several local governments have recognized the need to develop cultural contents industry which matches local characteristics for encouraging culture and local economy and have made great efforts for them. In case of Yecheon-gun Gyeongbuk, it is evaluated to have fundamental conditions for the development of cultural contents since this area is famous all over the country as a bow. Therefore this study will search the rational basic way of Yechoen-gun to develop cultural contents industry using a bow. For this, a survey on direction and attitude aimed at local residents of Yecheon-gun was conducted. With the results from it, this study will look about the development of Yecheon bow and ways to reinvigorate local economy. Especially, for rational success of cultural contents industry which matches local characteristics, the direction as well as meaning, and theoretical background of cultural contents industry will be suggested. Accordingly, I attach significance to the stimulation of local economy through the development of cultural contents industry at the era of localization and local autonomy.
지역경제 활성화를 위한 제조업의 성장률 결정요인에 관한 연구

최근 기업간 양극화 문제와 지역경제 활성화를 위한 논의가 활발히 진행되고, 그 결과 로 정부는 다각도적인 동반성장 정책 등을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 문제의 바람직한 정책 의 도출을 위해서 무엇보다 중소기업과 대기업의 특성과 성장성 및 고용창출, 제조업의 현황과 문제점 분석, 정책대안 제시가 매우 필요한 시점에 이르렀다는 지적이 많다. 따라 서 본 연구는 이러한 측면의 연구 필요성에 의해 시작되었다. 이러한 맥락에서 기업의 재무데이터를 이용하여 제조업의 성장에 대하여 분석하여 그 에 따르는 특징에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 Gibrat 법칙과 Jovanovic 가설의 성립 여부을 통한 기업의 성장에 관한 규칙성을 분석한 후 개별 기간별로 기업들의 성장률 차 이의 결정요인에 대해서도 분석했다. 특히 설정된 독립변수(자본집약도, 광고집약도, 시장 점유율, 기업규모(대기업, 중소기업))를 기반으로 기업의 성장에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살 펴보았다. 또한 이를 토대로 하여 지역경제 활성화를 위한 그 방법 등을 모색해 보았다.
