고분자에 결합된 금속-프탈로시아닌의 과산화수소수 분해반응에 대한 촉매활성

Metal-4,4',4",4"'-tetraaminophthalocyanine [Mt-$PcNH_2$, Mt = Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II)] 및 Mt-$PcNH_2$가 styrene-methacrylic acid 공중합체(STMA)에 고정화된 Mt-PcSTMA를 촉매로 사용한 불균일 수용액계에서 과산화수소의 분해반응에 대한 촉매활성에 대하여 실험하였다. 이 촉매들은 효소반응과 비슷한 촉매활성을 나타내었고, Fe(III)-$PcNH_2$이 공중합체에 결합되어 고정화된 Fe(III)-PcSTMA가 가장 촉매활성이 우수하였다. 분해반응율은 높은 pH 범위에서 증가하였으며, $CN^-,\;CNS^-,\;{C_2O_4}^{-2},\;I^-$ 등의 공존 음이온의 영향을 받았다. 또한, 반응속도론적인 고찰을 통하여 열역학적 특성값을 구한 결과로부터 촉매반응이 Michaelis-Menten형의 반응기구로 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. The decomposition reaction of hydrogen peroxide was carried out by using metal-4,4',4",4"'-tetraaminophthalocyanine [Mt-$PcNH_2$, Mt = Fe(III), Co(II)] supported on poly (styrene-co-methacrylic acid), in heterogeneous aqueous system. These catalysts showed a catalse-like activity and Fe(III)-$PcNH_2$ supported on the copolymer was particularly effective for the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. It was found that the rate of decomposition increased smoothly in the higher pH region and catalytic reaction was interfered by adding $CN^-,\;CNS^-,\;{C_2O_4}^{-2},\;I^-$ ions. The kinetics of the catalytic reaction was also investigated and the reaction proceeds according to the Michaelis-Menten type mechanism.
Sorbitol 이 결합된 아크릴계 고흡수성 수지의 합성 및 특성

역상현탁 중합방법으로 sodium acrylate 및 아크릴산을 모노머로 사용하고 분산제로는 sucrose fatty acid ester(S-570), 중점제로는 Xanthan-gum, 가교제로는 EDGMA 및 GPGE, 개시제로는 K₂S₂O_8, 및 용매로는 사이클로헥산을 사용하여, sorbitol의 함유량을 10∼50%로 변화시키면서 sorbitol이 결합하고 있는 고흡수성 수지(SAP)를 합성하였다. 합성한 고흡수성 수지를 모노머량의 0.05∼0.40㏖%로 표면가교 시켰고, 입자형태는 구형이었으며 입자크기 분포는 177∼707㎛ 이었다. 고흡수성 수지의 흡수량은 물에 대하여는 785∼1086배 이었고, 0.9% NaCl 용액에 대해서는 50∼83배이었다. Sorbitol의 함유량이 증가할수록 고흡수성 수지의 흡수량과 보수량은 감소하였으며, +5 ㎈/g SAP의 흡열특성을 나타내었다. Polyacrylic super absorbent polymer(SAP) containing sorbitol was synthesized by inverse-suspension polymerization method. Sodium acrylate and acrylic acid were used as a monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) and glycerol polyglycidyl ether(GPGE) were used as a crosslinking agent, potassium persulfate(PPS) was used as an initiator, and cyclohexane was used as a solvent. Content of sorbitol was from 10㏖% to 50㏖% according to the mol ratio of acrylic acid monomer. The size distribution of the round shaped polymeric particle was 177∼707㎛. Absorption amount of the polymer containing sorbitol was 785 to 1086 times of the polymer weight in distilled water, was 50 to 83 times in 0.9% NaCl solution. Absorption and retention amount of the polymer were decreased with increasing the amount of sorbitol, but the polymer has an endothermic property which is +5 ㎈/g SAP.

Firms face with new challenges and crises resulting from the hyper-turbulent and chaotic environments. They must search for new management paradigms for surviving and overcoming these threats. The purpose of this study is to describe the organization structure of knowledge-based society in 21C. We can expect that the locus of organizational exemplars has shifted from capital-intensive industries to information-intensive industries and now toward innovation-driven industries where competitive advantage lies mostly in the effective use of human resources. And each major era in industries history has featured a particular form of organization. Early hierarchical, vertically integrated organization have largely given way to network organizations that link the assets and know-how of numerous upstream and downstream industry partners. A number of leading companies today are experimenting with a new way of organizing, self-organizing form. Self-organizing form are built on the design principles of holographic system that are included the principle of redundant functions, the principle of requisite variety, the principle of learning to learn and the principle of minimum critical specification. In the future, holographic organization will be used in situations requiring continuous learning and innovation.

The vulcanized NR film was prepared with mixing of natural rubber latex(NRL) with various additives by dipping process. It was investigated optimum condition of the mature time, swelling degree, cure time at 110℃, and measured the mechanical properties of tensile stength and elongation. Hydrogel coated NR films were prepared by dipping poly(AA-co-HEMA) solution upper the surface of one dipped NR film of its condition. In order to identify the surface structure and the slip properties of hydrogel coated NR films, contact angles and static·kinetic friction coefficient were measured. Contact angles were increased with increment of poly(AA) mole ratio of poly(AA-co-HEMA), and static·kinetic friction coefficient were increased rapidly for the hydrogel coated NR films than for the NR films. From the results, hydrogel coated NR films has slip's reinforcement in skin contact surface with increased of blend ratio of poly(AA-co-HEMA) solution.

This study reexamined the critical relationship between job performance and voluntary turnover. Like suggestion by Schwab(1991) and Trevor etc.(1997), the relationship pattern between performance and turnover depends on external and internal factors. First factor is distinction about truly voluntary turnover or nonvolitional turnover. Second factor is that employee performance in one organization is observable to, and demanded by, organization in the relevant external labor market. Third factor is organizational reward system. And fourth factor is flexibility of external labor market. The relationship between job performance and voluntary turnover in Korea is neither negative relationship nor positive relationship nor curvilinear relationship because labor market in Korea is not flexible, the ratio of incentive in total wage is not big, and the promotion depends on seniority dominantly.
천연고무 Latex Poly(Methyl Methacrylate) 의 그라프트 공중합

The graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) onto natural rubber latex(NRL) initiated by t-butyl hydroperoxide(t-BHPO) was investigated in aquous medium. The grafting percentage, grafting efficiency and total conversion were observed in various reaction conditions such as monomer, initiator and emulsifier concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time and agitation speed. The optimum conditions for the graft copolymerization onto natural rubber latex were as follows ; At given monomer concentration of 3×10^(-2)mole/ℓ, the maximum grafting percentage was appeared in the case of grafting in initiator concentration of 4×10^(-2)mole/ℓ and emulsifier concentration of 0.2wt.% at 40℃ for 5hrs.
