        동결건조 낫토를 첨가한 영양바의 품질특성

        This study evaluated the color, DPPH radical activity, and sensory characteristics of nutritional bars supplemented with varying concentrations (0, 2.5, 5, and 7.5%) of freeze-dried Natto. An inconsistent pattern was observed for the L value, whereas both a and b values increased significantly up to 5% addition of freeze-dried Natto. The DPPH free radical scavenging activity of nutritional bars supplemented with 0, 2.5, 5, and 7.5% freeze-dried Natto were determined to be 59.54, 59.70, 44.85, and 55.07%, respectively. The appearance, color, taste, texture, and overall preference of nutritional bars supplemented with freeze-dried Natto showed significant differences between the samples. The overall preference of the nutrient bar was highest at 6.08 points, determined for the 2.5% Natto supplemented bar. The quality characteristics of the 2.5% added samples exhibited significantly higher values as compared to the controls, thereby indicating the potential of development in health-functional cereal bars.

        동결건조 낫토를 첨가한 드레싱의 품질특성

        This study assessed the color, polyphenol content, and sensory characteristics of dressing containing varying concentrations (0, 3, 6 and 9%) of freeze-dried Natto. We determined that the absence of freeze-dried Natto (0%) imparted the highest additive value for both L and a, b. The polyphenol contents obtained were 0.63, 0.69, 0.74, and 0.82 mg/g for 0, 3, 6 and 9% of dressing containing freeze-dried Natto, respectively. The appearance, color, taste, texture, and overall preference of dressings with freeze-dried Natto showed significant differences between the samples. The overall preference was highest at 5.92 points, with dressing containing 9% Natto. The quality characteristics of the 9% added samples exhibited significantly higher values as compared to those of the controls, raising the possibility of development as a health-functional dressing.

        간호대학생의 정신질환자 공동생활가정 실습경험

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 정신질환자 공동생활가정에서 실습에 대한 경험의 의미와 본질을 파악하여 향후 간호대학 정신간호학 실습교육을 보완하는데 자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 정신질환자 공동생활가정에서 실습을 마친 간호대학생을 대상으로 심층 면담을 통해 “정신질환자 공동생활가정에서의 정신간호학 실습 교육을 통해 경험하는 의미의 본질은 무엇인가?”의 연구 질문으로, 12명의 참여자에게 실시하였다. 자료수집은 2019년 1월 14일부터 8월 28일까지이었으며, Colaizzi(1978)의 현상학적 방법에 따라 자료를 분석하였다. 정신질환자 공동생활가정 실습의 경험에 대한 분석 결과 ‘정신질환자와 치료적 관계의 어려움’, ‘정신질환자의 삶을 이해’, ‘학생 자신에 대한 인식’, ‘정신간호학 실습의 중요성 인식’, ‘정신건강간호사의 전문적 역할 파악’ 등의 5개 주제묶음과 10개의 주제로 범주화되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 간호대학생의 정신질환자 공동생활가정에서의 실습교육 시에 학생이 경험하는 문제를 해결할 수 있는 기초 자료가 되었다. The purpose of this study was to understand and to explain what nursing students clinical practicum experienced in group home of community mental health. Data were collected through in-depth interview, with 12 participants were done from 14, Jan, 2019 to 28, Aug. The interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi’s phenomenological method. The result of this study the 5 categories, 10 subjects that the nursing students experienced during the clinical practice of group home. Five categories were included ‘difficulty of therapeutic relationship with psychiatric clients’, ‘understanding in living of psychiatric clients’, ‘recognizing the of the self-awareness of nursing students’, ‘realizing the importance of clinical practicum in psychiatric mental health nursing’, ‘understanding the roles of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner’. The results were suggested from the nursing students’ point of view, proposes the need to encourage nursing students’s experience in group home of community mental health. Additionally, it is thought that continuous attempts to enhance the quality of nursing students’ clinical practicum in group home of community mental health the effective ways.

        간호대학생의 우울 경험

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 재학기간 중 우울 경험의 의미와 본질을 파악하여 향후 간호대학생을 위한 우울예방 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 제공하고자 수행되었다. 간호학과 4년 교육과정을 마친 자로 심층면담을 통해 “간호대학생의 우울경험은 어떠하였는가?”의 연구 질문으로, 11명의 참여자에게 실시하였다. 자료수집은 2019년 1월 30일부터 2월 20일까지이었으며, Colaizzi(1978)의 현상학적 방법에 따라 자료를 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 우울 경험에 대한 분석 결과 ‘학업 스트레스’, ‘어려운 인간관계’, ‘신체적 증상 발현’, ‘슬픔’, ‘분노’, ‘미래에 대한 걱정’ 등 6개의 범주와 14개 주제모음으로 도출되었다. 이러한 도출된 결과를 통해 간호대학생의 우울을 예방할 수 있는 비교과 프로그램 및 학생상담센터의 집단프로그램을 개발하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to understand and to explain what experienced on depression by nursing students. Data were collected through in-depth interview, with 11 participants were done between 60 to 90 minutes, from 30, Jan, 2019 to 20, Feb. The interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi s phenomenological method. The result of this study were 6 categories that experienced on depression by nursing students included ‘academic stress’, ‘difficult in human relationship’, ‘expression of physical symptom’, ‘grief’, ‘anger’, ‘worry about the future’. The result were suggested to intervention to nursing students on depression. Additionally, it is thought that provide to development in depression prevention program for nursing students.

        의사소통 프로그램이 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 대인관계, 자아존중감 및 우울에 미치는 효과

        의사소통은 전문직업인이 되기 전에 갖추어야 할 핵심내용이며, 특히 간호전문직에 있어서는 가장 영향력 있는 치료적 도구로, 대상자와의 다양한 의료현장에서의 대처를 하기 위해 중요한 태도이며 기술이다. 본 연구의 목적은 의사소통 프로그램을 간호대학생에게 적용 후 의사소통능력, 대인관계, 자아존중감 및 우울에 대한 효과성을 파악하고자 수행되었다. 간호대학생 실험군 26명, 대조군 29명(총 55명)을 대상으로 비동등성 대조군 전·후 유사실험연구를 하였다. 자료수집기간은 2017년 1월 2일부터 2월 27일까지 8회기(1회/주)로 90-120분 진행하였다. 의사소통 프로그램을 진행한 실험군은 집단의 역동을 고려하여 2개의 집단으로 나누어 동일한 프로그램을 진행하였고, 대조군과의 차이검증에서 의사소통능력, 대인관계, 자아존중감은 유의하게 향상되었고, 우울도 유의하게 감소하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 간호대학생에게 비교과로 의사소통 프로그램과 같은 프로그램을 제공하거나 경험과 실습을 중심 으로 한 의사소통에 관한 교육과정을 개발하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있겠다.최 근에 많은 관심을 받고 있는 ‘학습자 중심 교육’에 대한 국내외 학자들의 다양한 정의와 특징을 정리해 보고, 여기에 좀 더 일관성 있는 이론적 틀을 제공하고 나아가 현장에서의 실천성을 덧붙이기 위해, 구성주의와의 연결을 시도하였다. The purposes of this study was to examine the effects of communication competencies, interpersonal relations, self-esteem and depression on communication program in nursing students. The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were 55 nursing students who were divided into an experimental group of 26 members and a control group of 29 members. The communication program consisted of 8 sessions of 2 group and each session between 90 to 120 minutes, from 2 Jan to 26 Feb 2017. Participants were nursing students in 3 Colleges of G and S city and were assigned to an experimental group (n=26), or a control group (n=29). A pretest and posttest were conducted to measure Global Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale(GICC), Relationship Change Scale, Self-Esteem Scale, The Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Scale(CES-D). Data was analyzed by χ²-test, t-test with SPSS. The experimental group of students reported significantly improvement in communication competencies(t=5.12, p= < .000), interpersonal relations(t=3.32, p= .002), self-esteem(t=5.12, p= < .001) and depression(t=3.17, p= .003) with the control group. This study supports that a communication program has a positive effect on improving communication competencies, interpersonal relations, self-esteem and decreasing depression the on nursing students.

        RAI-MDS-HC 2.0으로 평가한 방문보건 대상자의 건강요구

        The purpose of this study was conducted to investigate the health needs of visiting health service residents with a standardized tool RAI-MDS-HC2.0. From April 1 to April 30 of the year 2006, the 15 educated visiting nurses tried to face to face interview and collected the data. Total 153 data were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0 statistical program. The results are summarized as follows. The mean age of the subjects was 71.3 years olds, and the men and women ratio of them was 28.8% and 71.2% showing 3 times larger women than men. The most frequently found diseases could be listed in the order of hypertension, arthritis and diabetes mellitus by showing 58.8%, 31.4% and 30.7%, respectively. Arthritis showed a significant difference between sexes by showing 13.6% of men compared to 38.5% of women (Chi-square=9.66, p=0.008). The average health problems were 9.91 among 30. The first priority health need was preventive measure (CAPs 25) by showing 96.1% of 153 subjects. And transportation use was also the top priority of dependent function with showing 47.7% of them. The main subjective problems could be found slow and hesitant speaking (98.7%) in physical area, hypochondriasis (38.5%) in mental-psychological area and all day alone in social area (51.6%). Conclusively, it is suggested that the preventive measure (eg, health care examination) could reduce the number of health problems, and the planning and manual development of visiting health management policy could be demanded urgently.

        정신간호사의 전문직 자아개념과 소진의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediator role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between professional self-concept and burnout in psychiatric nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional correlational survey was conducted in S city and G province with 127 psychiatric nurses working in mental hospitals. Data were collected from March 8 to 16, 2012. The instruments used were the Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire, the Professional Self-concept of Nurses Instrument, and the Tedium Measurement. The collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with PASW 20.0. Results: Statistically significant relationships were found among professional self-concept, psychological empowerment, and burnout. Psychological empowerment functioned as a mediator between professional self-concept and burnout. Conclusion: The implication of the results is that interventions that focus on psychological empowerment will contribute to the reduction of burnout in psychiatric nurses. This study also contributes to knowledge about the conditions that precede burnout, and shows the important role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between professional self-concept and burnout.
