온습도가 회양목명나방의 고치기간과 우화기간에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 온도, 습도처리가 회양목명나방의 용기간, 우화율, 우화최성기와 용기간의 적산온도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알고자 하는 것이다. 용기간은 온도 25℃,상대습도 90± 5%에서 8일, 20℃, 70± 5%에서 15.6일, 25℃, 70± 5%에서 10일로 습도가 높고 온도가 높을수록 용기간이 짧아지는 것으로 나타났다. 우화율은 온도 25℃, 상대습도 60± 5%와 25℃,70± 5%에서 100%로 나타났고, 온도 25℃,상대습도 90%± 5에서 77.3%로 나타나 특정 온도에서 우화율이 높은 값을 나타내고 습도는 90% 이상일수록 우화율이 급격하게 떨어지는 경향이 나타났다. 우화최성기는 20℃,70± 5%에서 5월 28일, 25℃,70± 5%에서 5월 21~22일, 30℃,70± 5%에서 5월 21일, 25℃,60± 5%에서 5월 27일로 나타났다. 2화기 실험에서는 25℃, 90± 5%에서 8월 1일로 나타났다. 용의 적산온도는 20℃에서는 298.8일도 25℃에서는 240.4일도, 30℃에서는 259.9일도로 나타났다. This study was to understand the effect of temperature and humidity on cocoom, eclosion ratio and eclosion peak period of Glyphodes perspectalis. Period of cocoom became shorter when humidity and temperature increased. Period of cocoom was 8 days under 25℃ and 90±5% humidity condition, and it was 15.6 days under 20℃ and 70± 5% humidity, while it was 10 days under 25℃ and 70± 5% humidity condition. Eclosion ratio was high at a specific temperture. The ratio has decreased greatly at a higher humidity than 90%. Eclosion ratio was 100% under 25℃ and 60 to 70 ± 5% humidity. The rate was 77.3% under 25℃ and 90± 5% humidity. At the first generation, the eclosion peak arrived in 5 months and 28 days under 20℃ and 70± 5% humidity, in 5months and 22 days under 25℃ and 70± 5% humidity, in 5 months 21 days under 30℃ and 70± 5% humidity, and in 5 months and 27days under 25℃ and 60± 5%. The second generation took 8 months and one day under 25℃ and 90± 5% humidity. Accumulated temperature for cocoom was 298.8 days under 20℃, 240.4 days under 25℃ and 259.9 days under 30℃.
