        도축돈에서 TLC와 EEC-4 plate법을 이용한 항생물질 잔류조사

        The antibiotic residues of the urine, the liver, the lung, the kidney and the spleen in slaughtered pigs at Kyongbuk province were detected by TLC(SOS kit) and EEC-4 plate method. 1. The positive rate of residual sulfamethazine which was detected by SOS kit in the urine(n=200) was 0.0%. 2. The positive rate of residual sulfamethazine which was detected by EEC-4 plate in the urine (n=126), the liver(n=98), the kidney(n=72), the spleen (n=68) and the lung(n=48) were 63%, 49%, 36%, 34% and 24%, respectively. 3. By EEC-4 plate method, the positive detection rates of the urine were 53.0% in BS(pH 6.0), 29.0% in BS(pH 7.2), 11.5% in BS(pH 8.0) and 13.0% in ML(pH 8.0) medium, that of the liver 41.5% in BS(pH 6.0), 22.0% in BS(pH 7.2), 6.5% in BS(pH 8.0) and 5.0% in ML(pH 8.0) medium, that of the lung 21.0% in BS(pH 6.0), 9.5% in BS(pH 7.2) and 8.5% in BS(pH 8.0) medium, and that of the kidney 31.5% in BS(pH 6.0), 14.5% in BS(pH 7.2), 20.0% in BS(pH 8.0) and 3.0% in ML(pH 8.0) medium. In the spleen, only in BS(pH 6.0) medium the positive rate was detected as 33.5%. 4. The positive rates of samples which shown TLC-positive detected by EEC-4 plate method were 53.9% in no band, 77.8% in one band, 80.9% in two bands, 66.7% in three bands, respectively. In conclusion, the EEC-4 plate method could be applied for the detection of residual antibiotics in samples which shown as out of standard Rf values by TLC-method (SOS kit).

        지속가능디자인 접근법의 형성과 프로세스에 관한 연구

        전 인류의 장기적 생존과 건강성에 있어 지속가능성은 당면한 화두며 환경, 경제, 사회적 차원에서 활발히 연구되고 있다. 같은 맥락에서 현재와 미래 디자인에서 지속가능성은 반드시 지켜져야 할 항목이 된지 오래다. ``환경을 고려한 디자인``, ``그린디자인``, ``에코디자인``, ``생태적 디자인`` 등으로 다양한 이름이 비슷한 뜻으로 쓰여 왔으나 최근 들어 지속가능디자인(sustainable design; design for sustainability)이 가장 포괄적인 용어로 자리 잡고 있다. 본 연구는 지속가능디자인의 개념 형성과정을 검토하고 이를 상위 개념으로 하여 작동하는 지속가능디자인의 개념 발전과정을 분석 평가하였다. 관련된 대표적 접근법을 네 가지로 정리하였고, 별도 분류하여 평가하였다. 다음으로 표준 디자인 프로세스로서 전과정 평가법, 환경 조화형 모델 개발법, 그리고 제품군별 접근법의 기법을 비교 분석하여 장단점을 평가하였다. 마지막으로 행위자 연결망 전략 등을 예로 들어 이상의 연구에서 분석한 접근법과 디자인 프로세스가 관련 사회시스템과 의사결정과정에 반영될 수 있는 가에 대한 기초적 전략 모형을 제시하였다. For humans, sustainability is the potential for long-term maintenance of well being, which has environmental, economic, and social dimensions. Under the same term, sustainable design (also called environmental design, environmentally sustainable design, environmentally conscious design, etc.) is the philosophy of designing physical objects, the built environment, and services to comply with the principles of economic, social, and ecological sustainability. The limits of sustainable design are reducing. Whole earth impacts are beginning to be considered because growth in goods and services is consistently outpacing gains in efficiency. Design for sustainability should observe healthy ecosystems and environments provide vital goods and services to humans and other organisms. There are four major ways of design approach that reducing negative human impact and enhancing ecosystem by designing. Those approaches are Papanek`s design ethic, Sanborn principle, Cradle to cradle principle, and Manzini`s. The aspect of management and process of designs are overall process assessment, reducing environmental impact model development, and categorical product approach. Sustainable design interfaces with economics through the social and ecological consequences of economic activity. Moving towards sustainability of design is also a social challenge that entails, international and national law, validation index, macro-micro social network, local-individual lifestyles, and ethical consumerism.

      • 전산확단층검사에서 상지와 하지의 혈관조영검사를 위한 새로운 보조기구

        Purpose S표 immobilization of the patients is essential for diagnostic CT angiography. Our objective was to develop and evaluate a non-invasive device for rigid immobilization and surface disease non-contact of the 표 in the upper and lower extremity during CT angiography. Materials and Methods Patients undergoing CT examination during 8 months January to September 2004. 655 patients were evaluated with CT angiography. Upper limbs(n=41), Lower limbs(n=614) patients. Image quality in the infrapopliteal(lower limb), brachial region(upper limb). The patients upper limb device consists of a polyethylene resin which need to be immobilize is wrapped with up around the elbow joint area based vecro tape. Lower limb device stabilizing elements made of polyethylene resin soft materials, and pelvis parts foam pad is used for noncontact surface. In a prospective study the upper and lower extremity device was used in patients who underwent a CT angiography of the upper and lower limb. Results Immobilization with our device was well tolerated by all patients. The rigid immobilization resulted in a complete absence of motion artifacts. The device is well tolerated easy and quick to apply, and is now routinely used in limb angiography. During the examination the patients were explicitly asked about pain or any other discomfort, which all denied. The improvement in image quality was especially obvious in the patients who had undergone a previous CT examination without adequate immobilization. Conclusion The device immobilzation allows for comfor표, effective extremity immobilization during CT angiography resulting in complete absence of motion artifacts.

        장애인 보조기기 디자인 관련 법률, 규격 및 지침 비교 연구

        국내 장애인 보조기기의 개발은 보조기기의 기능 구현에 초점이 가 있으며 보조기기의 사용성에 대한 고려가 부족한 실정이다. 국내 영세한 보조기기 산업의 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 보조기기의 기능뿐 아니라 사용에 대한 고려가 필요할 것이다. 이러한 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위한 국가 차원의 지원 대책은 보조기기와 보조기기 산업 관련 법률과 규격에 대한 제·개정으로 부터 시작한다고 본다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 장애인 보조기기 관련 법률과 보조기기 관련 규격 및 지침에 대해 사용성이라는 프레임을 통해 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서 사용하는 보조기기의 사용성, 사용품질을 정의하고, 관련 이론적 배경을 통해 국내 장애인 보조기기 관련 법률로 장애인복지법, 보조기기 지원법을 살펴보았다. 이러한 보조기기 관련 법률의 현황을 바탕으로 국내 장애인 보조기기 관련 규격 중 사용성과 관련이 있는 규격과 지침을 3가지를 선정하고, 그 규격과 지침의 지향성을 Hancock의 인간 공학적, 쾌락적 욕구 위계로 분석하였다. 현재 국내에는 보조기기의 특성을 고려하여 보조기기만을 위한 사용성 규격 및 지침은 없다. 하지만 장애인 사용자를 대상으로 하는 제품군인 보조기기 사용성에 대한 규격 및 지침은 그 특성에 맞는 내용으로 구성되어 만들어져야 할 것이고, 해당 법규정과 관련 가이드라인은 특히나 사용자의 특성과 사용 맥락을 고려하여 장애인 개인의 일상생활 용품으로서의 사용성 증진을 도모할 수 있는 내용으로 구성되어야 할 것이다. This proposed research finds that there is a lack of consideration of usability of assistive products in the development of domestic assistive products. However those products have to be improved further in order to secure the international competitiveness of domestic small assistive product industry. Lots of considerations should be given not only to the function of assistive products but also to its usage. The national and governmental support to secure sufficient competitiveness of global market may start with the revision and amendment of related laws, standards and guidelines related to assistive products and assistive product industry. Under such understanding, authors analyzed the standards, guidelines and the laws related to assistive products through the framework of usability for the study. The authors as researchers define the usability of the assistive products used in the study, and examined the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act) and the Supporting Act of the Assistive Products. Based on the current status of these assistive products laws, the authors selected three domestic standard and guidelines related to the usability of assistive products for people with disability, and analyzed the directionality of standard and guidelines through Hancock"s ergonomics and hedonomics needs hierarchy. Currently, there are no usability standards and guidelines for assistive products, while it is only considered the characteristics of assistive products in Korea. However, there are the standards and guidelines for the usability of assistive products for group for users with disabilities, they should be made up of contents suited to users" characteristics. Especially, related regulations and laws should be composed of contents that can plan by considering the characteristics of contextual situation of users.

      • Dual Energy를 이용한 CT Discography의 평가 방법에 관한 연구

        Purpose The purpose of this study is to improve accuracy of diagnosis and treatment for herniation of intervertebral disk through separating vertebral body and contrast media as using dual energy CT. Materials and methods We made phantom that was composited with animal vertebral body and acryl tube with contrast-media to evaluate the degree of separation between contrast-media and vertebral body by the concentration in contrast media and we scanned the body phantom with acryl tube as using dual energy CT. Also we scanned Phantom after injection into the pulposus of the vertebral body phantom to get degree of separation between leakage of contrast-media from the pulposus and vertebral body. After scanning, we got the reliability of the bone-removal parameter for dual energy CT discography and applied the data which obtained parameter by phantom study to patients. Results We got the acceptable images of axial, maximum intensity projection and volume rendering from the phantom study and patient. Conclusion Bone removal and merge technique in dual energy CT discography was useful to the diagnosis of inter vertebral herniation disk indirectly and to supply 3D images to the surgeon for improving treatment of the HⅣD.
