        12주간 수영운동이 중년여성의 호흡순환능력,혈청지질수준 및 체지방율에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate changes of physical fitness by cardiopulmonary function, blood lipids and percent of body fat according to 12 weeks swimming exercise in middle-aged women. It could be a basis for efficient exercise prescription for middle-aged women. The subjects of this study were totally 24 women and divided into two groups : swimming group (n=12) and compared group (n=12). The swimming exercise was performed 5days per a week during 12 weeks by intensity of 60-80% HRmax. The results are as follow: 1. On the difference of cardiopulmonary functions, maximum oxygen uptake (502.6㎖/min, p<.01) and Maximum oxygen uptake per body weight (9.8㎖/㎏/min, p<.01) were significantly increase. HRmax (8.7beats/min, p<.05) and HRrest (2.2beats/min, p<.05) were significantly decrease. SBP (9.4mmHg, p<.05) were significantly decrease, but DBP was not a significant difference. 2. TG(19.9㎎/㎗, p<.05) and FFA(21.7㎎/㎗, p<0.5) were significant decrease. HDL-C(5.9㎎/㎗, p<0.001) were significant increase. and TC and LDL-C was not a significant difference. 3. Percent of Body Fat were significantly increase(3.7%, p<.05). The weight were decreased but it shows not static significant meaning. Because increase of Percent of Body Fat could be a risk factor of coronary arteriosclerosis or diabetes, it must be improve. With aging, strength and cardiopulmonary functions are decrease. So it is important to take aerobic exercise regularly with use of gross muscle group.

      • 지구성운동이 고령자의 기능적 능력에 미치는 영향 : meta 분석을 중심으로 centering around a meta analysis

        In this investigation. meta-analysis was used to delineate exercise induced changes in the VO_2max of older individuals and test a null hypothesis of no significant training effects. Parameters included in the analysis were age of the subjects, length of the training regimen, frequency and duration of exercise bouts, pretraining and post training VO_2max and the difference between pretraining and post training VO_2max(△ VO_2max). Effect size for training-induced improvements in VO_2max was calculated. corrected for bias. weighted, and analyzed according to contemporaly. meta-analysis procedures. The mean effect size was found to be 0.65 standard deviation units, representing an improvement in oxygen consumption of deviation units, representing an improvement in oxygen consumption of deviation untis, representing an improvement in oxygen consumption of 22.8%. The mean effect size was also significantly different from 0 (p〈0.001), and the null hypothesis was rejected. Stepwise regression analysis indicated that length of training, pretraining VO_2max, and duration of training bouts accounted for 59% of the total variation in △ VO_2max. In addition, age was found to be inversely correlated with pretraining VO_2max(r=-0.56, p=0.002), and △VO_2max(r=-0.56, p=0.003). It was concluded that endurance training significantly increases functional capacity in the elderly, and that the increase is related to subject age, duration of exercise bouts, length of the training regimen, and pretraining VO_2max level.

      • 規則的인 水泳 運動이 30-40대 女性의 有酸素性 能力 및 血中脂質 水準에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of Regular swimming exercise on aerobic exercise and Serum Lipids in Middle in middle women. The Weight(Kg) subjects were includes 4 groups : 30-aged women(pre-6 months groups, post-6months groups), 40-aged women(pre-6months groups, post-6months groups) the values of measurement were body fat. F B W, L B W, body fluid, grep strength, back strength, standing trunk flexion, trunk extension, standing long jump, whole body raction time, Closed-eyes foot balance, HR, SBP, VO_2max, MVO_2, T.C, T.G, HDL-C. This data was analyzed by T-test between groups. The conclusion of the study was as follows : 1. Significant differences were found on body weight(P<0.05), body fat(P<0.001) and fat body weight(P<0.05) between pre-6months groups and past-6months groups of 30.40-aged women 2. Significant differences were found on back strength(P<0.05), standing trunk flexion(P<0.001), standing long jump(P<0.001) between pre-6months groups and post-6months groups of 30.40-aged women 3. Significant differences were found on MVO_2, HR, SBP, VO_2max between pre 6months groups and post-6months groups of 30.40-aged women(P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001). 4. Sighificant differences were found on T·C, HDL-C between pre-6months groups and post-6months groups of 30.40-aged women(P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001).

      • 심박수 및 혈중젖산농도에 의한 맨손체조 유형별 운동강도 비교분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the exercise intensity and the changes in HR, SBP, and lactate concentration before and after exercise in three different gymnastics. For this purpose, 16 junior high school girls without any functional disorder in physical health were chosen as subjects. The age of subjects were distributed between 13 and 15 . All data were processed by IBM package SAS. The experimental results are summarized as follows: 1) The change after exercise in HR, SBP, and lactate is the most noticeable in juvenile gymnastics, secondly in Dung Deo Kung gymnastics, thirdly in national gymnastics( p $lt; 0.01 ). 2) In exercise intensity the most intense exercise is juvenile gymnastics 61.38% ), the second is Dung Deo Kung gymnastics ( 53.87% ), the third is national gymnastics ( 41.13% ) ( p $lt; 0.01 ). From these results we can assume that the most recommandable exercise for the young ones are juvenile gymnastics or Deng Deo Kung which have moderate exercise intensity, and so improve physical strength of the youth.

      • 성인병의 관련 요인과 운동 처방에 관한 연구

        The benfits of exercise training for several population are becoming increasingly recognized. Included in these special population are seneral types of chronic disease patients. In patient groups the goals of exercise training are: (1) to counteract the detrimental physiclogical effects of bed rest and/or previous sedentary living patterns, and (2) to optimize the patient' functional capacity within the physiological limitations of the disease. Exercise training should be considered a part of the medical therapy because it provides a unique opportunity for surveillance and because it is a valuable source of information that may assist the physician in the ongoing treatmeunts of the patient. In some cases the resonse to medical therapy becomes more evident during exercise. For some patient populations a reserch-based body of knowledge on exercise testing and prescrition is limited. Therefore, it is essential that exercise professionals learn as much as possible about each specific disease process and the relevant medical treatments. Such knowledge is helpful in understanding the interferactions between exercise and the disease and the potential adverse effects of exercise training. Exercise therapy must not interfere with standard medical interactings between exercise and the disease and the potential adverse effects of therapy and exercise testing protocols and prescription protocols and severity of co-exercise and treatment conditions. The following guidelines are for exercise testing and prescription in patients with chronic dise for which there are some published studies and significant clinical exeriences. These guidelines must be used with the understanding that: (1) research in limited, and some recommendations are based on clinical exercise and theoreticals, (2) there may be patients for whom exercise is contraindicated and others who may not achieve exepected physiologic changes, (3) the exercise prescription may require modification, suspension, or termination when there is a change in medical status and/pr medical management, and (4) exercise should be initiated only when the patient is clinically stable.

      • d-α-tocopherol 投與量 에 따른 血淸 諸酵素 水準과 運動遂行力의 變化에 關한 硏究

        This study was done in order to prove the effect of d-α-tocopherol supplement on the serum enzymes, lipids level and aerobic work capacity. The subjects who were 19 women middle high school swimmers at the age 14∼17, were randomly assigned to two groups, 1000IU/day supplement group(N=10), 200IU/day supplement group (N=9). Each subject was ingested d-α-tocopherol during 4 weeks. The serum enzymes, lipids level and aerobic work capacity were measured before and 4 week after the tocopherol ingestion. The results were summarized as follows; 1. RBC.WBC.HB.HCT in blood were no significant after 4 weeks. 2. Serum LDH and CPK was significantly decreased by α-tocopherol supplement of 1000IU/day. 3. SerumAST. and ALT was not signifcantly changed throughout the experimental period. 4. Serum TC, TG level was not significantly changed by supplement of α-tocopherol, but serum HDL-C level was significantly increased by supplement of 1000IU/day. 5. VO_2max and HRsub max was not significantly changed by supplement of α-tocopherol, but lactate level in blood was significantly decreased by supplement of 1000IU/day.

        전방 십자인대 재건술 후 초기 근기능 개선을 위한 등속 Passive 운동의 유용성

        This study was to examine the usefulness of isokinetic passive exercise for the early improvement of muscles function after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Subjects were nine male patients. Test group were classify into passive exercise group(five male) and physical therapy group(four male). Passive exercise group(P.E.G) was exercised six times a weeks for twenty day by using the isokinetic passive exercise in kin-com. Physical therapy group(P.T.G) were devote oneself to one's physical therapy. The relationship between the changes in the measuring variable for each assessment period was analyzed. Thigh strength showed significant decrease is two group during hamstrings exercise, but P.E.G showed more decrease of 30.2%. Total work showed significant increase in two group, especially P.E.G showed high increase of 107.1%(quadriceps), 85.6%(hamstrings) during passive exercise. Mean power showed significant increase in two group, but P.E.G showed high increase of 312.9% during quadriceps passive exercise. According to the results, after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, early application of isokinetic passive exercise regard for individual variation leaves much room for consideration in the useful aspect on functional activation of muscle tissue, enlargement or ROM and conversion of voluntarily muscular etc.

      • 비타민 E와 운동수행력에 관한 연구

        Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol) functions as both a pro-oxidant, and also in lower doses as an anti-oxidant. It is widely present infoods (especially vegetable fats, cereals and eggs), and for this reason there is no evidence that deficiencies develop in normally nourished human subjects. Since it is nontoxic, large daily doses (800∼1600 I.U., 660∼1320㎎) have been taken by athletes in an attempt to improve performance. Supporters of the drug have claimed vitamin E supplements are necessary to prevent a fall of blood and urine levels during training, to speed the recovery process, following exhaustion effort and to improve tolerance of hard training. However, with the exception of one experiment conducted at high altitude, double-blind trials have shown no gains of performance, and it must be supposed that much, if not all of the alleged value of vitamin E is due to placebo effect.

      • 短期間의 運動中斷이 血淸 脂·蛋白質水準과 有酸素能力에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study is to prove variation of plasma lipids & lipoproteins level and aerobic capacity to short-term exercise withdrawal. The effect of short-term exercise withdrawal on lipids, apolipoprotein-AI(Apo-AI), lecithin ; cholesterol acyltransferase(LCAT) and VO_2 max was studied in moderately trained lifestyle exercisers. Eight endurance-trained men, age25-34 years(X=29yr), withdrew from aerobic activity for 6 weeks, while an age and fintness-matched control group(n=9) maintained normal exercise habits. A baseline period that included two blood samplings prededed the detraining intervention. plasma total cholesterol(T.C), High density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), and triglyceride(T.G) levels were determined weekly. Other blood variables(HDL_2-C, HDL_3-C, Apo-AI and LCAT), %fat, and aerobic capacity (VO_2 max) were measured pre-mid-, and post-experiment. A two-way repeated measures analysis of variance(ANOVA) indicated that the 6-week exercise withdrawal period failed to elicit significant mean changes in any blood variable, or VO_2 max. Therefore, a short-term withdrawal from aerobic activity by moderately trained, chronic exercisers generally does not adversely affect the blood lipoprotein profile except aerobic capacity.

      • 鐵棒 Dislocated Undergrip Giant Swing 動作의 運動力學的 分析

        Dislocated Undergrip Giant Swing (D.U.G.S) is a highest technique among the various movement on the horizontal bar. The purpose of this study lies in the factor analysis of D.U.G.S motion. And so, I came to take pictures of the movements with 16mm high speed camera. Subjects were consisted of three highly-trained male gymnast enrolled at national representative athletes team. The Data of this study were gained through measuring of three times a subject. The results were summarized as follows; 1. The shoulder & hip joint angular displacement of subjectA in begining was shown each 168 deg flexion and 129deg extension. 2. The angular displacement of shoulder & hip joint of subjectA in the first phase was shown 173deg flexion and 174deg extension radius of rotation in all subjects was shown continuous increase. 3. The pattern of the 2nd movement in hip joint was shown similar and shown the greatest force to bar in 3/4 position of the 2nd phase. 4. The C.O.G velocity in the 3rd phase was shown decrease trend on time. 5. The C.O.G velocity in the 4th phase was shown decrease trend especially tremur of bar was begun in mid-point of the 4th phase, In this phase, hip joint extension was begun. 6. The greatest force of subject A was shown beginning phase, this time velocity was 2.29m/sec.
