재구성 가능한 전하 샘플러 기반 고차 시간상 이동평균 필터의 구현 및 검증

A reconfigurable charge sampler-based high-order temporal moving-average (MA) filter is designed and verified. Compared to conventional MA filters, the designed filter has a higher gain by using temporal MA method. In addition, the filter is able to support variable MA sizes and MA orders. Frequency response of the filter can be controlled by changing not only the sampling frequency but also the MA size (N) and MA order (M). Since the N and M are easily controlled by changing the clock patterns, the filter is suitable for multimode receivers. This filter adopts inverter-based transconductance amplifiers in order to minimize current consumption. To verify above characteristics, a temporal MA filter that supports MA operations of (N=2, M=3) and (N=3, M=2) is fabricated using 65-nm CMOS technology. 재구성 가능한 전하 샘플러 기반 고차 시간상 이동평균 필터의 설계 및 검증을 수행하였다. 설계된 필터는 시간상 이동평균 방법을 이용함으로써 기존의 방식을 이용한 이동평균 필터에 비하여 큰 이득을 가지며, 다양한 크기(N) 및 차수(M)의 이동평균 기능을 지원한다. 이 필터는 샘플링 주파수뿐만 아니라, N과 M을 이용해서도 주파수 응답 특성을 조절할 수 있고, N과 M은 클락 패턴의 변화만으로 쉽게 조절되기 때문에 설계된 필터는 여러 모드를 지원하는 수신기에 적합하다. 설계된 필터는 전류 소모량을 최소화하기 위하여 반전기 기반 가변 트랜스컨덕턴스 증폭기들을 이용하였다. 65-nm CMOS 공정을 이용하여 N=2, M=3과 N=3, M=2인 이동평균을 지원하는 시간상 이동평균 필터를 설계 제작하였으며, 위의 특성들을 검증하였다

Genetic diversity, population structure and genome-wide marker-trait association analysis was conducted for the USDA pea (Pisum sativum L.) core collection. The core collection contained 285 accessions with diverse phenotypes and geographic origins. The 137 DNA markers included 102 polymorphic fragments amplified by 15 microsatellite primer pairs,36 RAPD loci and one SCAR (sequence characterized amplified region) marker. The 49 phenotypic traits fall into the categories of seed macro- and micro-nutrients, disease resistance,agronomic traits and seed characteristics. Genetic diversity,population structure and marker-trait association were analyzed with the software packages PowerMarker, STUCTURE and TASSEL, respectively. A great amount of variation was revealed by the DNA markers at the molecular level. Identified were three sub-populations that constituted 56.1%, 13.0% and 30.9%, respectively, of the USDA Pisum core collection. The first sub-population is comprised of all cultivated pea varieties and landraces; the second of wild P. sativum ssp. elatius and abyssinicum and the accessions from the Asian highland (Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, China and Nepal); while the third is an admixture containing alleles from the first and second sub-populations. This structure was achieved using a stringent cutoff point of 15% admixture (q-value 85%) of the collection. Significant marker-trait associations were identified among certain markers with eight mineral nutrient concentrations in seed and other important phenotypic traits. Fifteen pairs of associations were at the significant levels of P≤ 0.01when tested using the three statistical models. These markers will be useful in marker-assisted selection to breed pea cultivars with desirable agronomic traits and end-user qualities.
Why Users Continue to Use SNS(Social Network Services)?

Most people are spending more time on SNS than on video call, voice call and SMS, in korea. Why do users spend so much time on using SNS? Do we use SNS just for fun or for getting information and knowledge? Or maybe we are just addicted to it? To explore the users' action of continually using SNS, we suggest a set of propositions in this exploration and put forward three kinds of methods to prove the propositions true. In this paper, we also put forward a new viewpoint according to Aristotle's Teleology, Praxeology and Evolutionary Psychology. We have four main steps in this paper for exploring SNS users' actions of continuance usage and finally try to prove the proposition. First, study the concept of the existing information system, Praxeology, Aristotle's Teleology and Evolutionary Psychology; Second, analysis the behavior patterns of users who continually use SNS; Third, find the relationships between the concepts and users’ actions; Forth, propose propositions and try to prove them true through those correlative analysis.

We report an unusual case of unilateral frosted branch angiitis associated with Behçet’s disease, includinga review of previously reported cases. A 39-year-old male with history of recurrent oral and genitalulcers presented with visual loss in his left eye. Fundus findings demonstrated occlusive retinal vasculitisresembling acute frosted branch angiitis. Laboratory examinations including viral markers revealed noabnormal findings except positive HLA-B51. The patient was treated with systemic steroid and cyclosporine. Six months after presentation, new oral ulcers and pseudofolliculitis appeared, and he was diagnosedwith Behçet’s disease following rheumatology consultation. During follow-up, there was no change invisual acuity of hand movement, and disc neovascularization developed even after complete panretinalphotocoagulation. Ocular manifestations of Behçet’s disease can present as unilateral frosted branchangiitis, and may consecutively involve in both eyes. Early immunosuppressive treatment is recommended

In the field of decision making field, cognitive map (CM) has been regarded as a unique and robust mechanism for problem-solving. Despite that a huge number of studies had been reported about the usefulness of cognitive map on complicated decision making problems, there is no explicit study on how the CM influences decision makers’ semantic and syntactic comprehension, and inferential problem-solving. To fill the research void like this, this study proposes related hypotheses, and conducts experiments in which participants are grouped into two application domain types (familiar vs unfamiliar), and two types about CM knowledge (high CM knowledge vs low CM knowledge). Experimental results showed that CM can be used in significantly enhancing decision makers’ semantic and syntactic comprehension, as well as inferential problem-solving.
IT자산 안전성과 정보보호 서비스가 정보보호 품질 및 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

In the era of the Internet and ubiquitous computing, IS users are still facing a variety of threats. Therefore, a need of more tightened information security service increases unprecedentedly. In this sense, this study is aimed at proposing a new research model in which IT assets (i.e., network, system, and information influence) Security and Information Security Service (i.e., confidentiality, integrity, nonrepudiation, authentication) affect information security qualty positively, leading to users' satisfaction eventually. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, PLS analysis is applied with valid 177 questionnaires. Results reveal that both IT assets Security and Information Security Service influence informations security quality positively, and user satisfaction as well. From the results, it can be concluded that Korean government's recent orchestrated efforts to boost the IT assets Security and Information Security Service helped great improve the information security quality and user satisfaction.
