      • 한복의 착용실태와 구매요인에 관한 연구

        Recently much attention is paid on the interest in putting Korean traditional clothes into practical use with reviewing a traditional culture. Thus, this study was made of clarifying the difference from sex and group by investigating moderns' consciousness, manner, purchasing and wearing state of Korean traditional dress. - It shows that since about the half of the person inquired doesn't wear the clothes once in a year, its frequency of wearing is very low. - The main reason for not wearing that clothes is due to its uneasiness of wearing. - In purchasing the clothes, color, lining, quality of the clothes are important, in order, and bright and luxurious colors are much favored. - About the half of the inquired possess that clothes, with most of them having about one or two dresses. - In a sort of their possession, man has Jeogori and Baki etc. and woman has only China, Jeogori and Sochima, or so. - It shows that while their interest in Korean traditional clothes is high, the interest in its practical wearing point of view is low. - In case of adult, interest in that clothes is relatively high in comparison with other group.

      • 의류 리폼에 대한 의식과 태도에 관한 연구

        This study investigates the consciousness of disposal apparel and attitude toward clothing reforming and the relationship between fashion concern degree and the reform attitude. A questionaire surveyed 407 women of 20s to 50s. People who threw out unused clothes were larger than donated or reformed, and showed the significant differences depending on ages, marital status, and numbers of children. Clothes reformed in the repair shops because body size and trend change. The awareness of reforming was low and showed the significant differences according to ir ages, marital status, and occupations. The attitude toward reforming were the three main factors, positive value, technical difficulty, and invigoration. The more positive value on reforming and the more reforming experience, the more complained of technical difficulty and the higher their demand for the activation of reforming was. The significant positive correlation was shown between fashion concern degree and reforming attitude. To elevate reform awareness, it is necessary to develop reform education program and policies for the participation of clothing recycling and to increase the educational institutions which specialize in clothing reform

        스타킹의 착용실태와 소비자 요구도

        The purpose of this study was to investigate to wearing practices and consumer needs for stockings. 503 subjects were surveyed in 2002. Data were analyzed by frequency, χ2, ANONA(LSD) and factor analysis. The results were as follows; 1) Many subjects considered the colors, but a very few of them considered the components and handling signs when purchase their stockings. These tendencies show meaningful differences according to their ages, jobs and the status of whether they are married or single. The wearing rates of stockings show differences according to their physical characteristics and social demographical variables. 2) They demand that the exact fiber contents and the mixture ratios which the stockings have should be indicated, and also want the sizes of the stockings to be indicated by three steps according to their body sizes, and they ask that the stockings have more various colors. They required that the stockings should have good ventilation, durability, warmth-keeping, hygroscopicity and elasticity in leg parts, and anti static electricity or bacteria.

        남녀 대학생의 의복 소비생활과 만족도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the clothing consumption pattern and satisfaction of the university students. 509 subjects were surveyed during the period of 2002, for statistical analysis, t-test, ANOVA(LSD),χ2-test were used by SPSSWIN program. The results of this study were following; Number of clothing chowed significant difference according to sex, income, and major. Female students had more cothes than male students, but female students was not satisfied with their number of clothing. University students spend the money below one hundred thousandwon on the purchase of clothing and they depend upon their parents for the cost. Their resources of fashion imformation are display of shop. Clothing consumption pattern showed significant difference according to sex and female students purchased on sale more frequently than male students. The needs of university students for formal wear high. The reason for not wearing the clothes they have showed significant difference according sex,m male students din't wear their clothes for ragging or unsuitableness of size but female students din't wear because their clothes were old fashion or they lose interests in their clothes. The tendency to have ethetic, easycare and high quatlity clothing of female students was stronger than that of male students. It is necessory business develop high quality formal wear at a low price, made in practical textiles and activative designed skirts for university students.

        남자 고등학생의 하복 착용실태 및 착용만족도

        This study was performed to find ways to improve the wearing comfort of high school boys summer uniforms. The subjects were 640 boy students of high schools in Cheongiu and Ansung city. The data was collected self-administered questionnaires to measure the actual wearing condition and the wearing satisfaction. Factor analysis, t-test, and F-test were used for data analysis. The results were as follows: 1) Most students were wearing shirts made of polyester/rayon blended fabrics and pants made of wool/polyester blended fabrics. 2) Most students were wearing round neckliie T-shirts or running shirts as underwears of the shirts, and trunks as pants. 3) About a half of respondents had altered their summer uniforms, and main alteration of their uniforms was focused on making their pants narrow. 4) The wearing satisfaction of uniforms were classifies into three factors: aesthetic, moving function, thermal comfort wearing sensation. 5) They evaluated the wearing sensation of school uniforms of shirts and pants with low satisfaction. 6) There were partially significant differences in three factors of the wearing satisfaction according to the uniform's fabrics, the wearing of underwear and the alteration of uniform.

      • 유아복의 구매와 세탁에 관한 소비자 행동

        The data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire and analyzed using Chi-square test and multiple response analysis, and SPSS 12.0 statistics package was used. Consumers were separated into two groups according to washing machine types with general pulsa- tor type and drum-type. Consumer's behaviors between general pulsator type group and drum-type group of washing machines were also examined. The Results of this study were as follows: 1. The purchase rate of baby's clothing was high compare to that of general clothing of family. The consumers with babies had priority on textile materials (cotton 100%) as baby's clothing. As for the consumer's behaviors between the purchase of baby's clothing and the consumer's characteristics, they showed a significant differences according to the consumer's characteristics like education level and washing machine types using by consumers. 2. The removal of soils including various foods was very important on the laundering of baby's clothing. Especially the rinsing of detergents was important on the laundering. Because they considered toxicity of detergents was high and harmful to the baby, and detergent's components such as surfactants, builders, and another additives could not removed completely with normal laundry courses by washing machines. 3. There were significant differences between general pulsator type group and drum-type group of washing machines on the purchase and the laundering of baby's clothing.

      • 여고생의 의복착용과 구매행동

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the wearing and purchase behavior of clothing among girls' high school students. The subjects of this study were 393 girls' high school students in Chongju. The data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by frequencies and χ2 -test. The results were as follows: 1)Most of girls' high school students wore plain clothes 2-4 days per a week when they went out after school, and the seventy percents of them tended to exchange their clothing each other and to modify their school uniform. 2)In a purchase behavior, they use the display in stores to seek for information regarding clothing products and they were supported by their parents for buying their clothes. Also, most of them purchased their clothes once or twice a season. About thirty five percents of them, purchased their clothes in famous brand stores. 3)The frequency of purchasing clothing products was related with the variables of allowance. self-perceived economic state, the frequency of wearing plain clothes, and the exchange of clothes.

        This study is to analyze the compitition structure and the brand image of the formalwear and the preferance of the brand group among the age of 20's females. The 207 samples of 20's females who live in Cheong-Ju city. The results of this study are followed as: The market competition structre appeared in positioning map have been constituted into four groups of the "Tomboy y'sb","lollol·selly·besti-belly","VOV·o.z.o.c·Joinus",EnC·i.n.v.u". The brand-trasfer of each group may easily be taken place as each compition among these groups was much feeble. By investigating the image of the formalwear brands appeared in positioning map, it may be presented that horizontality dimrnsion is "cute-ellegance image", and verticality dimension is "mannish-feminine image". Group Ⅳ such as EnC·i.n.v.u is brand which are prefered and purechaseed by the age of 20's females, whereas the preferance and puechase of brand such as VOV·o.z.o.c·Joinus.

      • 여학생 동복 하의 착용시의 생리반응과 주관적 착용감

        In this study, physiological responses and subjective sensations were investigated depending on various high school girls' lower cloth uniform in winter. Four healthy young women were selected, and they wore same underwear and jacket. The types of lower cloth were tight skirt+stocking, flared skirt+stocking, tight skirt+legings+socks, flared skirt+legings+socks, and slacks+socks. The results were as follows: 1) The effect of the type of lower cloth in winter on the skin temperature, humidity inside clothing and subjective sensations were significant. 2) It is desirable for high school girls to wear slacks in winter, Since physiological responses and subjective sensations of slacks are superior to those of skirts. 3) It is desirable for high school girls to wear flared skirt, legings, socks in winter, Since insulation and subjective sensations of flared skirts are superior to those of tight skirts.

        겨울철 잠옷의 주관적 착용감과 잠옷 소재의 쾌적성능

        The purposes of this study were to investigate the subjective wearing sensation of sleepwear, and to evaluate the comfort properties of fabrics used in the sleepwear. Design of experimental clothing was pajamas made with four types of woven fabrics: plain weave and satin weave made by cotton and polyester. The comfort properties were evaluated with respect to thermal retention, Qmax, moisture regain, water vapor transmission, and air permeability. The wear trials of experimental clothing were performed in two different environments, single-detached unit(23±1℃, 45%±3% R.H.) and apartment(27±1℃, 40±3% R.H), to evaluate microclimate temperature and humidity, and subjective wearing sensation. The results obtained from this study were as follows: 1. There were significant differences between the two environments on the clothing microclimate. 2. In the single detached unit environment, the microclimate temperature who wore cotton sleepwear was significantly higher than that of subjects wore the polyester sleepwear, whereas the microclimate humidity who wore polyester sleepwear was higher than that of subjects wore the polyester sleepwear. 3. In the apartment environment, the microclimate temperature who wore the polyester sleepwear showed higher than that of cotton sleepwear, whereas there was no significant difference between the cotton and polyester sleepwear on the microclimate humidity. 4. There were partially significant differences in subjective wearing sensation according to the fiber and weaving type of sleepwear regardless environment. 5. There were also partially significant correlations among the heat/moisture transmission properties of fabrics, the clothing microclimate and the subjective wearing sensation of sleepwear.
