항공사 안전풍토가 객실승무원의 안전시민행동에 미치는 영향 - 상사 및 동료신뢰의 매개효과 -

본 연구에서는 항공사의 직장 내 안전풍토가 객실승무원의 안전시민행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 신뢰 의 매개효과를 검증하여 항공사 객실승무원의 안전시민행동 도모를 위한 이론적·실무적 함의를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 항공사 안전풍토가 객실승무원의 능동적이고 친사회적인 안전행동을 향상시킬 수 있는지 파악하는데 있으며 신뢰 중 대인 간 신뢰(상사·동료신뢰)가 그 관계를 매개할 수 있는 지 살펴보는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌 및 실증조사와 분석을 실시하여 조직적 맥락에서 안전시민 행동을 강화하고 현장 안전을 개선할 수 있는 시사점과 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다. 독립변수로는 안전풍토, 매개변수는 상사신뢰와 동료신뢰, 종속변수는 안전시민행동으로 설정하였다. 안 전풍토는 경영가치와 교육훈련으로 측정하였고, 종속변수는 능동적 안전행동과 친사회적 안전행동으로 나 누어 측정하였다. 실증연구를 위해 국내 저비용항공사(LCC) 항공사 객실승무원 243명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 타당성과 신뢰성 분석을 통해 측정도구를 검증하였고, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석과 붓스트래핑 기법을 활용하여 가설검증을 진행하였다. 가설검증결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 안전풍토의 하 위변수인 경영가치와 교육훈련이 능동적 안전행동 및 친사회적 안전행동에 미치는 영향은 모두 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과는 종속변수에 따라 다른 결과를 보여주었다. 경영가치와 교육훈련이 능 동적 안전행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 상사신뢰와 동료신뢰는 부분매개를 나타내었다. 반면, 경영가치와 교 육훈련이 친사회적 안전행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 신뢰의 매개효과에서, 상사신뢰는 매개효과가 없으며 동료신뢰만 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 결론에서 이론 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였고 연구한계와 향후 연구방향을 도출하였다. In this study, we intend to present theoretical and practical implications for the promotion of safety citizen behavior of airline cabin crew by verifying the impact of safety climate on safety citizen behavior of cabin crew members and verifying the mediated effect of trust. The purpose of this study is to determine whether airline safety climate can improve cabin crew's proactive and pro-social safety behavior, and to see if interpersonal trust (manager and peer trust) can mediate the relationship. To achieve these research objectives, we intend to conduct literature and empirical surveys and analyses to present implications and research directions for strengthening safety citizen behavior in an organizational context and improving field safety. The independent variables are set as safety climate, the mediating variables are set as manager trust and peer trust, and the dependent variables are set as safety citizenship behavior. Safety climate was measured by management value and safety training, and dependent variables were measured by dividing them into two types: proactive safety behavior and pro-social safety behavior. An online survey was conducted on 243 cabin crew members of low-cost domestic airlines (LCC) airlines. Measurement tools were verified through validity and reliability analysis, and hypothesis verification was carried out using correlation analysis, regression analysis, and bootstrapping techniques. The hypothesis examination results are summarized as follows. Both the impact of management value and safety training on proactive safety behavior and pro-social safety behavior were statistically significant. The mediating effect showed different results depending on the dependent variable. Manager trust and peer trust in the impact of management value and safety training on proactive safety behavior showed partial effect. On the other hand, in the mediating effect of trust on the effects of management value and safety training on pro-social safety behavior, manager trust has no mediating effect and only peer confidence has significant mediating effect. Based on the above findings, theoretical and practical implications were presented in the conclusions and research limits and future research directions were derived.

ISO/IEC JTC1 소개 및 제13차 브라질 총회 결과

향후 21세기 정보사회의 구체적인 실현과 국가 경쟁력 향상의 중심적 역할을 지닌 정보통신은, 관련 기술의 통합화와 서비스의 고도화 및 다양화에 따라 정보통신 관련 제품들간의 상호운용성 확보 측면에서 표준화의 필요성이 날로 강조되어 가고 있다. 그러한 정보통신기술 발전을 위한 기반 요소로서의 표준화는 다음과 같이 두 개의 큰 맥락, ITU(국제전기통신연합)와 ISO/IEC JTC1(ISO/IEC 합동기술위원회 1)을 중심으로 국제적 표준화 추진체계를 이루고 있지만, 최근 기술의 통화화에 추세에 따라 상호 보완 및 협력을 바탕으로 공생하고 있다고 보아야 할 것이다. 여기에서는 그중 ISO/IEC JTC1의 위원회 소개와 함께 지난 1월에 열린 제13차 브라질 총회결과를 간단히 기술하고자 한다.

Nowdays It is universal trade that mortality decrease, the aged increase Because of development of science and medical skill. The people who have chronic disease above 65 years old need long term care than intensive cure. They are average 74 years old, most of them have more over two chronic disease. So It was necessary to understand a specialist who can deal with the old, know aging process, adult chronic disease in adult day care center. The purpose of this study is to suggest the problems in adult day care center, to grasp the management state. Concrete purpose of this study are as follow. 1) To find out a scale of adult day are center 2) To find out client's characteristics 3) To find out financial sources 4) To find out service program 5) To find out manpower in day care center Research method was combined previous studies with survey day care centers. Subjects were day care centers in Seoul City. This study continued from July 1998 through October 1998. Data were collected by questionnaire, visiting and telephone. Data was analized by simple frequency distribution and content analysis. The results were even if clients in adult day care center were average 74 year old people who have chronic disease, It is lack of professional manpower who is right for the elderly. So It was needed proper expert to understand the elderly in day care center.
