중소기업의 혁신활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 국내 중소기업에서 혁신활동을 이끌기 위한 기본요인으로 작용하는 것이 무엇인지를 확인하고, 이 요인이 혁신활동 추진에 따른 제조현장의 프로세스 관리뿐만 아니라 고객관리에 끼치는 영향을 살펴보며, 기업경영성과에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증분석을 통해 검증하고, 국내 중소기업의 효율적인 혁신활동을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 혁신에 대한 조직의 전략적 접근과 교육지원이 프로세스의 효율적 관리에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 프로세스관리는 고객관리뿐만 아니라 경영성과에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고, 고객 니즈 파악을 토대로 고객만족과 고객감동을 실현하는 체계적인 고객관리는 경영성과를 높이는 것으로 파악되었다. The purpose of research is to reveal the basic factors which innovation behaviors is motivated in the small-and-medium sized company for strengthening the competitiveness. This study empirically investigates and I was able to obtain participations of 114 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 18.0. In this study I found that strategic approach of organization and educational supports are significant to effective shop-floor process control. Also, results of process control are significant to customer satisfaction and business performance.

Recently 1,053 companies is received Single PPM Quality Certification from government. This quality program is to realized the anticipated results not only quality level's increasing, but also company's confidence, competitiveness. We were able to obtain participations of 75 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0. In this study, we find the bottleneck factor for promotion and upgrade S-PPM, and suggest a way out of difficulties.

Improving the efficiency and productivity of SMEs is essential not only for national competitiveness but also for enhancing the competitiveness of large and medium enterprises. The Industrial Innovation Movement is an activity to pursue win-win management of large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of improving the constitution of the industry as a whole and the innovation activities of the process, management and production technology. This study was carried out to find the factors that will lead to the continued success of the Industrial Innovation Movement, which has been evaluated that the participating SMEs have achieved excellent financial and nonfinancial performance. The results of this study are limited to small and medium-sized enterprises in the electric and electronic industry participating in the Industrial Innovation Movement, and the statistical processing such as the reliability and validity of the survey data, SPSS Win. 18.0 was used. Based on the results of the revised IPA analysis, we identified important factors to consider in SMEs, participating consultants, and the headquarters.

경영자와 조직구성원의 의지가 혁신활동성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 조직 내 생산부문에서 전개되는 혁신활동에 대한 최고경영자 및 구성원의 관심과 참여가 궁극적으로 기업경영성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 구조방정식을 적용하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 기업 내 혁신활동의 성공을 위한 실천적인 방안을 찾고, 많은 기업에서 공유함으로써 보다 효율적인 혁신활동을 전개할 수 있도록 지원하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 중소기업 277개사를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 이루어졌으며, 수집된 설문자료는 데이터의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토한 후 구조방정식을 이용한 모형의 설계 및 검증 과정을 통해 진행하였다. 그 결과 경영자에 의한 비전제시와 혁신활동지원 등에 대한 확고한 의지표명이 조직구성원 입장에서 혁신활동의 토대가 되는 교육 및 소집단활동, 제안활동 참여에 적극 가담하도록 영향을 미치고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 혁신활동의 성과 제고에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 작업자의 교육 및 활동 참여의지가 혁신활동성과에 직접적인 영향을 끼치는 것도 확인할 수 있었으며, 결과적으로 매출액 증대, 영업이익률 증대, 원가절감 등과 같은 기업의 경영성과에도 긍정적인 작용을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. The increase cost savings as well as in the profit improve factors that enterprise's participated a education and training, Subgroup activities, process quality, eliminate waste, improve yields, lead time reduction, process capability increasing, ets. This paper is a report of an empirical survey performed to 277 small and medium-sized enterprise in the korea. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is employed to analyze the reliability of the data. The effect analysis of each group is performed by the SEM(structural equation model). We use the SPSS' Amos program to analyze the equation modeling and test the hypotheses of the model.

기초자치단체 서비스품질이 주민만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국내 대부분의 시민들은 공공의 업무를 보기 위하여 본인이 소속된 자치구의 지방자치단체를 이용하기보다는 기초자치단체를 이용하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 행정서비스의 비약적인 발전에 의한 관심에 비해 상대적으로 서비스품질은 다소 낮은 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기초자치단체의 서비스품질은 어떠한 요인으로 나눌 수 있는지 알아보고, 그 요인이 주민만족도에 어느 정도의 영향력을 갖는지 알아보았다. 그 결과 기초자치단체 서비스품질의 요인 중 접근성(0.37), 편의성(0.35), 신뢰성(0.19)의 순으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었으나, 대응성(-0.01)의 경우 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기초자치단체에 종사하는 종사원들은 행정적인 결과물에 집중하는 것도 중요하지만 주민과의 대면인 과정에도 중요성이 있다는 것을 인식해야한다. QFD 기법을 이용한 특정 유해가스 노출제어 이온선택성 보호복 소재개발연구

Purpose: Through studying the expert`s and non-experts panel responses to the questions regarding the attributes of chemical-biological protection cloth quality in terms of the levels of customer demand and technical factors has been studied. We are applied to a QFD matrix with find out the relationship between the selective removal efficiency of chemical-biological cloth and the guidelines of technical approach. Methods: We fabricated several composite of ion-exchange resins with selectively permeable performance designed to facilities water vapor transport and selective adsorption of the harmful gases. With these materials, we characterized on the selectively permeable performance to identify ion-exchange resin with chemicalbiological protective cloth. Results: Results showed that ion exchange materials possessed performance with selectively efficiencies as NH3, SOx, NOx and HCl gas. The selective adsorption amount of ammonia and hydrogen gases were 90-80 ㎍/g with TRILITE SCR-BH sulfonated ion exchange resin. The PP non-woven/ion exchange resin adsorbent materials possessed performance with water vapor permeability were 1,100-1,350 g/m2/day, it`s was two times high value compare with activated carbon. With these materials, we characterized selectively removal efficiency to identify new ion-exchange material with chemical-biological protective capability. Conclusion: This study shows that a QFD aids in deciding with of the adsorption parameters to optimized with chemical-biological protection cloth manufacturing.
