        세계적수준의 설비관리 프레임워크 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop a world class maintenance framework for manufacturing innovation and safe operation of critical facilities. The new world class maintenance framework was developed by analyzing the world class maintenance framework presented in previous studies and evaluating the commonality of maintenance elements, the relevance of maintenance departments, and the expertise of maintenance work. The study presented four maintenance subsystems, one support tool, and 18 implementation elements for world class maintenance. The proposed framework reflects the characteristics of maintenance processes and maintenance tasks such as maintenance strategies, input elements, maintenance systems, and output elements, which are not presented in previous studies. The proposed framework is meaningful in that it presents a clear implementation elements and directions for innovation of maintenance to companies or researchers who want to improve maintenance to a global level.

      • Carrageenan 유도 관절염에 대한 灸律 藥鍼의 진통작용

        Objectives: This study was produced to examine the effects of moxibustion that had been played important role to traditional oriental medical treatment on disease. Recently, it was reported that moxi-tar which is generated in the process of moxibustion as burning combustibles decreased nitric oxide(NO) and inducible NO synthase (iNOS) generation in cellular experiments. Methods: Carrageenan-induced arthritis rat model was used to test the effect of moxi-tar as a chronic pain model. Diluted moxi-tar was single injected in several acupoints or combined with electroacupuncture (1 ms, 2 Hz, and 2 mA) into contralateral ST36 acupoint for 30 min to assess the synergic effects. After the treatment, behavioral tests measuring stepping force were periodically conducted during the next 12 hours. Endogenous NO and iNOS, cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and c-Fos protein expression in the spinal cord were examined on a rat model of carrageenan-induced arthritis. Results : After the induction of arthritis, rats subsequently showed a reduced stepping force of the affected limb for at least the next 4 days. The reduced stepping force of the limb was presumably due to a painful knee, since oral injection of indomethacin produced temporary improvement of weight bearing. Moxi-tar produced significant improvement of stepping force of the hindlimb affected by the arthritis lasting at least 9 hours. The magnitude of this improvement was equivalent to that obtained after an oral injection of 3 mg/kg of indomethacin and this improvement of stepping force was interpreted as an analgesic effect. Moxi-tar produced the improvement of stepping force of the affected hindlimb in a dose-dependent manner. Both NO production and iNOS, COX-2 protein expression increased by arthritis were suppressed by moxi-tar. Moxi-tar on combination with electroacupuncture (EA) produced more powerful and longer lasting improvement of stepping force of the hindlimb affected by the arthritis than either moxi-tar or EA did. Conclusion : The present study suggest that moxi-tar produces a potent analgesic effect on the chronic knee arthritis pain model in the rat and that moxi-tar-induced analgesia modulate endogenous NO through the suppression of iNOS/COX-2 protein expression.

      • 太谿穴의 臨床 活用에 대한 文獻考察

        Literally, the mean of Tae-gye is highest brook. And on the basis of the acupuncture theory, Tae-gye point is the Soo earth point and source point of the Kidney Channel as well. In addition, Tae-gye point is one of the Yang-Returning Nine points. We were trying to study bibliographically on the Tae-gye point because Tae-gye point can be used very broadly across the symptoms in the theoretical aspect described above. As a results, we found out that according to the classical books of acupuncture, Tae-gye point is entering point of the Meridian Water as a source point and can be used at both Kidney-Sufficient Syndrom and Kidney-Deficient Syndrom. And Tae-gye can be applied to the disease of kidney or bladder that is urogenital symtoms, Also, Tae-gye is an useful option of tooth-ache, asthma, indigestion, constipation, edema etc whose cause is related with decrease of Kidney ki.

        흰쥐의 신경병증성(神經病症性) 통증(痛症) 모델에서 양로(養老) 자침(刺鍼)의 진통효과(鎭痛效果)

        Objectives : The usage of acupuncture has gained popularity for certain chronic pain conditions. However, the efficacy of acupuncture in various diseases has not been fully established and the underlying mechanism is not clearly understood. In the present study, the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) applied to yangno$(SI_6)$ on the neuropathic pain was examined. Methods : A common source of persistent pain in human is a neuropathic pain. Neuropathic pain was induced by tight ligation of L5 spinal nerve. When rats developed pain behaviors, EA was applied for 30 min. under enflurane anesthesia with repeated train stimuli at the intensity of 10X of muscle twitch threshold. The foot withdraw latency of the hind limb was measured for an indicator of pain level after each manipulation. Results : EA increased the mechanical threshold of the foot in the rat model of neuropathic pain significantly for the duration of 1 hr. suggesting a partial alleviation of pain. EA applied to SI6 point produced a significant improvement of mechanical sensitivity of the foot lasting for at least 1 h. However, $ST_{36}$ point did not produce any significant increase of mechanical sensitivity. The improvement of mechanical threshold was interpreted as an analgesic effect. The analgesic effort was specific to the acupuncture point since the analgesic effect on the neuropathic pain model could not be mimicked by EA applied to a point, $ST_{36}$. In addition, this analgesic effect of EA is mediated by a adrenergic mechanism of descending control of spinal cord from the brain. Conclusions : The data suggest that EA produces a potent analgesic effect on the neuropathic pain model in the rat; and 2) that EA-induced analgesia is mediated by a adrenergic mechanism of descending control in a point specific manner.

      • 十二經脈의 經脈名에 관한 考察

        In the present study, we aimed. to consider the name of twelve main Meridian in order to understand the concept of the Meridian system and to applicate acupuncture theory in the clinical field properly and fundamentally. We referred to several literatures on the matter and we found out that the name of present twelve Meridian was not settled until the period of Yellow Emperor's Classic. In the time of Yellow Emperor's Classic, the two theory of Internal Organ and Meridian system were combined and added new theory of 'WoonGi'. The general rule of combination is that the component of name of Meridian consist of 'Hand' or 'Foot', 'three Eum and Yang' and internal organ. The internal organ coupled with the root ki or middle ki of 'three Eum and Yang' and the 'Hand' or 'Foot' depend on the location of internal organ that belongs to meridian. The name of Twelve Meridian is a kind of system formed to analyze the two concepts organically and dynamically. One is material internal organ and the other is immaterial meridian system.

      • 經絡과 經穴의 客觀化를 위한 經絡現象의 理解

        최근에 많은 연구자들이 經絡과 經穴의 客觀化를 위해서 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이번 論文에서는 이러한 문제에 관해서 연구된 결과를 이용하여 經絡現象에 대해서 살펴본 결과 다음과 같은 結論을 얻게 되었다. 1. 經絡과 經穴은 形態學的으로 자체적인 독특한 構造는 아직까지 발견된 것이 없으며, 神經系와 內分泌系가 관련되어 있다. 2. 經絡은 에너지를 制御·統制하는 정보계로서 정보 에너지의 교환 통로가 된다. 3. 鍼治療의 疼痛에 대한 鍼痛作用의 機轉은 神經終末, 脊椎, 腦幹, 視床下部, 腦下垂體 등이 관련되어 있다. 4. 鍼治療의 疼痛에 대한 鍼痛作用의 機轉은 求心性 經絡(afferent pathway)와 遠心性 經絡(efferent pathway descending pain inhibitory system)로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 5. 한의학 이론의 氣至感應과 PSM(propagated sensation along the meridians)은 밀접한 관계가 있으며 鍼의 治療效果에 대한 客觀的인 根據가 된다. 6. 經穴은 칼슘이온 농도가 높아서 전류가 잘 통하며, 그리하여 電氣抵抗이 낮은점이 된다. In recent years, not a few researchers have paid much attention to objectification of the meridian and acupuncture point. In the present paper, by using the result of the investigation on this problem, have made a survey on the understanding of Merdian Phenomena Conclusion was as follows. 1. Characteristic structure of the meridians and acupuncture points have not yet been found in morphology, but it has been reported that it is connected with nervous system and endocrine system. 2. The meridian is transporting channel of information and energy as a energy control system. 3. Mechanism of acupuncture analgesia in acupuncture therapy is related with nerve ending, spinal cord, brain stem, hypothalamus, pituitary gland etc. 4. Mechanism of acupuncture analgesia divides into two paths. One of these is the afferent pathway and the other is the efferent pathway(descending pain inhibitory system). 5. 'QiGiGamYuˇng'(氣至感應; special sensorized feeling of the Qi after acupuncturing or manipulation) and PSM (propagated sensation along the meridians) are deeply associated with each other, and are the objective evidence of acupuncture therapeutic effects. 6. Acupuncture points are the site in which electric stream is well conducted for the high density of calcium ion, therefore they are low electric resistance points.

        승령(GB18) 혈위와 취혈 방법에 대한 고찰

        Objectives : The GB18 belongs to one of the 92 controversial points in the development of WHO standard of acupuncture point location. The number of Chon measurement of GB18 is described differently in the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion (ChimGuGakEulKyung; AB Classic) and the Complete Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion(ChimGuDaeSeong; Complete Compendium). The aim of the study is to review the point location of GB18 and compare the relation of the location of BL7. In addition, I would like to propose new locating method of GB18. Methods : In order to review I examined the expressions of the location of GB18 and the mapping location on the acupuncture chart in the landmark classic acupuncture literatures. Results : In the most literatures, the location of GB18 was described by the distance from the GB17. The distance was 1.5 chon with one exception of 1 chon. The intervals from GB15 to GB18 was 1 chon or 1.5 chon. Although the distance from the anterior hairline is the same as 4 chon, mapping points of GB18 and BL7 on the acupuncture chart were different. Conclusions : Consequently, in the AB Classic, meaning of the location is the actual distance of scalp surface. In the Complete Compendium, however, meaning of the location is the hypothetical distance in the imaginary scalp surface. Therefore, it is safe to find the GB18 on the same level with GV20 on the connecting line of bilateral auricular apexes. The relation of GB18 and BL7 should be reconsidered.
