In Korea there have been criticisms that assessed values of land have not reflected their market values correctly. Nonetheless, very few studies have dealt with the ratio of the assessed values to the market values, assessment level. Given this context, my study intends to analyze the assessment levels of 500,000 standard lots across Korea. And the analysis uses the data on the 500,000 lots? assessed and market values as of 2003. My analysis finds out that the assessment levels are 70% or lower for the 54% of the standard lots and below 50% for two-fifths of the lots having the assessment levels of 70% or lower. This shows a crucial problem that the assessment levels of assessed values are low in Korea. And the levels have severe disparities not only among regions and among use zones but also among current uses of lands. 공시지가가 시장가격을 제대로 반영하고 있지 못하다는 많은 비판들이 있어왔지만, 공시지가가 시장가격과 얼마만큼 괴리되어 있는지를 구체적으로 분석한 논문은 많지 않다. 이 연구의 목적은 공시지가가 시장가격 또는 실거래가격에 비해 어느 정도의 수준에 있는지(공시지가 현실화율)를 분석하는 것이다. 2003년 표준지공시지가의 현실화율에 관한 분석 결과, 50만 필지 가운데 현실화율이 50%에도 미치지 못하는 필지가 약 21%를 차지하고 있고, 약 54%의 필지가 70% 이하의 현실화율을 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, ‘공시지가는 현실화율이 낮을 뿐만 아니라 현실화율의 시도별·용도지역별·이용상황별 차이가 크다’는 문제점을 안고 있다.

The regional classification is a very important topic which is not only the starting point but also the terminus of regional studies. This paper examined the standards and methods of the classification of world regions, and analyzed the classification systems of secondary and college textbooks of our country and abroad. First, world regions could be divided into various subregions depending on physical, human, and functional characteristics, but they should be divided into subregions which are high intra-regional homogeneity and inter-regional heterogeneity according to objective criteria as far as possible. Second, continents should be used as criteria for the classification of world regions, for they have been used as a fundamental basis for a long time, and are relatively unchangeable natural landmasses unlike economic or cultural one. Third, Korea is usually missing in Korean textbooks on world regional geography, but Korea should be explained in relation to various countries in East Asia, or the world. Fourth, polar regions are almost not dealt with in the textbooks, but these regions should be also included as a part of world regional geography. 지역구분은 지역연구의 출발점이자 종착점이 되는 중요한 주제이다. 이 글에서는 세계지역구분의 기준과 방법을 검토하고, 우리나라와 외국의 중등 및 대학 교재의 세계지역구분체계들을 비교분석하였다. 첫째, 세계의 지역은 자연적, 인문적, 기능적 특성에 따라 다양하게 구분될 수 있으나, 가능한 한 객관적인 기준에 따라 지역 내 동질성과 지역 간 이질성이 높은 하위지역으로 구분되어야 한다. 둘째, 대륙이라는 기준은 오랫동안 사용되어온 것일 뿐만 아니라 경제적, 또는 문화적 기준에 비해 상대적으로 영속적인 자연적 틀이므로 세계를 구분하는 기본적인 토대로 사용되어야 한다. 셋째, 우리나라의 세계지역구분체계에서 한국은 다루어지지 않고 있으나, 세계지리 속에서 한국은 좁게는 동아시아의 여러 나라와의 관계 속에서, 넓게는 세계와의 관계 속에서 서술되어야 한다. 넷째, 세계지리 교재에서 극지방은 거의 다루어지지 않고 있으나, 극지방도 세계지리의 한 부분으로 포함되어야 한다.

대도시 주민의 전원지향 이주과정과 생활양식 변화를 분석한다. 전원지향 이주자는 대개 중심도시와의 연계가 상대적으로 긴밀하지 않은 중산층이며, 이들은 새로운 생활양식을 향유하기 위하여 도시를 벗어난 지역으로 이주한다. 주거입지의 주요한 결정요인은 ‘양화한 자연환경’과 ‘접근성’이며, 지배적인이주과정은 과거에 시골에서 도시로 이주한 인구가 다시 시골로 회귀하는 유형이다. 이주자들은 전원적 주거환경에 적응하는 과정에서 도시 생활양식과 시골 생활양식을 동시에 향유하는 ‘전원적’ 생활양식을 형성하고 있다.

Asian Consensus Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are the most common mesenchymal tumors originating in the gastrointestinal tract. With the introduction of molecular-targeted therapy for GISTs which has yielded remarkable outcomes, these tumors have become a model of multidisciplinary oncological treatment. Although Western clinical guidelines are available for GISTs, such as those published by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) and the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO), the clinical situations in Asian countries are different from those in Western countries in terms of diagnostic methods, surgical approach, and availability of new targeted agents. Accordingly, we have reviewed current versions of several GIST guidelines published by Asian countries (Japan, Korea, China, and Taiwan) and the NCCN and ESMO and discussed the areas of dissensus. We here present the first version of the Asian GIST consensus guidelines that were prepared through a series of meetings involving multidisciplinary experts in the four countries. These guidelines provide an optimal approach to the diagnosis and management of GIST patients in Asian countries.

This paper studied technical investigation of effective operation and methodology for technical combination in south and north korea. For harmonious transportation on railroad system, the system of trans-korea railroad investigated on each part(system, Rolling stock, Cartenary & Electricity, Signal and Track etc). Though it isn"t show many difference on railroad system, we can show some difference on rolling stock, track and signaling system. For the effective and competitive operation on south and north korea, Many problem investigated and proposed alternative proposal for selecting of rolling stock(diesel or electric), track and signaling improving for speed-up and compatible system at AC and DC system.
