Regarding electronic voting, there are lots of researches on how to satisfy the verifiability of the tabulation of an election so far. However, recently, voter-verifiability becomes more and more important in electronic voting. Universal verifiability, ensuring the correctness of the tabulation, is based on the mix-net proposed by D. Chaum in 1981. Though mix-net, as well as homomorphic encryption and blind signature, is used for on-line electronic voting system, on-line electronic voting system is not used for referendum due to lack of its privacy. Recently, therefore, voter-verifiability is widely discussed in order to make DRE trustworthy. In this paper, we survey the recent DRE voting systems based on paper receipt, analyze them, and compare with each other in terms of security and efficiency. 전자투표를 실시함에 있어, 개표 결과의 정당성을 보장하기 위한 방식은 이미 오래 전부터 연구되어왔지만, 투표자 개개인의 투표 결과를 확신시켜주는 '투표자 검증성'이 본격적으로 연구되기 시작한 것은 비교적 최근의 일이다. '전체 검증성'은 개표 결과의 정당성을 보장하는 것으로서, 1981년 Chaum에 의해 제안된 믹스넷(mix-net)을 주로 이용한다. 믹스넷은 준동형 암호화(homomorphic encryption) 방식 및 블라인드 서명(blind signature) 방식과 함께 온라인 투표 시스템을 구성하는 한 방법으로 사용되고 있지만, 국민 투표의 경우 온라인 투표 방식을 적용하기에는 현실적으로 한계가 있다. 이로 인해 최근 전자투표기를 신뢰할 수 있도록 투표자 검증성을 만족하는 방식에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근에 발표된 대표적인 영수증 기반 DRE 전자투표 시스템에 대해 살펴보고, 각 방식의 안전성과 효율성을 비교 분석한다.

詩筆로 지켜낸 麗末의 知性 -耘谷의 詩筆이 史筆를 누르다-

We can confirm the neo-Confucian value of "academia of tao(道)" and "writing of tao" in Woon-Gogs poems(耘谷詩), and found actual field of the taoistic literature. There is no doubt that tao is proof of history in Woon-Gogs poetry. Woon-Gog experienced change of age and vicissitudes of nature while he stayed in Chiak-Mmountain(雉岳山). He kept the loyalty and justice as topics of his study and kept pursuing internalization and integration of these topics. We found the truth of the internalization and integration, which Woon-Gog had pursued, in the meeting with Taejong(太宗) in Chiak-Mmountain. Conclusively, Woon-Gogs spirit of plain writing means the unlimited trust to history. His desire of pursuing culture made him to write history inspite of disappointment to people. This is the energy of poetry over history prose. 현재 운곡에 대한 후대의 평가는 두 갈래로 나뉘어진다. 草野에서 엄중한 時事를 증언한 사실을 두고 志節의 인물로, 出仕를 접고 雉岳山속에서 삶을 마감했다 하여 隱逸로 지목한다. 역사적 진실을 詩로 증언했다하여 志節之士라는 公論이 형성되었고 치악산에서 평생을 보냈다하여 隱遁之士로 追崇된 것이다. 두 평가의 귀결처는 다름아닌 직필정신이다. 다시 말하자면 운곡의 운곡다운 의미는 역사조작의 실상을 증언한 과감한 直筆思想이라는 생각이 든다. 본고에서는 이러한 평가의 深部를 그의 시문집인 耘谷詩史와 관계 자료를 통해 직필정신의 사상적 배경과, 그 역사적 의의를 추적해 보려는 것이다.

Advanced Modification 공격에 안전한 패스워드 기반 키 동의 프로토콜

사용자의 인증기술로 패스워드를 기반으로 하는 메커니즘이 널리 사용되고 있다. 패스워드를 기반으로 하는 메커니즘은 사용자들이 기억하기 쉬운 패스워드를 선택하여 사용하는 경우가 대부분이므로 패스워드 추측 공격(password guessing attack)에 취약하다는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 패스워드 추측 공격을 방지하기 위해 많은 키 분배 프로토콜이 제안되고 있으며, 최근 Seo-Sweeny는 패스워드를 기반으로 하는 인증키 동의(SAKA Simple Authenticated Key Agreement) 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 먼저, 패스워드를 기반으로 하는 SAKA 프로토콜과 이를 개선한 방식들의 키 설정 및 키 확인 과정을 살펴보고, 각각의 프로토콜이 본 논문에서 정의한 Advanced Modification 공격에 대해 취약함을 보인다. 그리고 Advanced Modification 공격에 대해 안전한 패스워드 기반 인증 키 동의 프로토콜을 제안한다. Password-based mechanism is widely used methods for user authentication. Password-based mechanisms are using memorable passwords(weak ferrets), therefore Password-based mechanism are vulnerable to the password guessing attack. To overcome this problem, man password-based authenticated key exchange protocols have been proposed to resist password guessing attacks. Recently, Seo-Sweeny proposed password-based Simple Authenticated Key Agreement(SAKA) protocol. In this paper, first, we will examine the SAKA and authenticated key agreement protocols, and then we will show that the proposed simple authenticated key agreement protocols are still insecure against Advanced Modification Attack. And we propose a password-based Simple Authenticated Key Agreement Protocol secure against Advanced Modification Attack.

Without the patient's taking medicine properly, the effect of the prescription cannot be expected though the medicine is prescribed properly and safely. This study was intended to understand the actual conditions of out-patient's taking medicine and to show how to promote patient's compliance. It was performed through the questionnaire to ramdomly selected out-patients who visited the Korea University Anam Hospital during July and August of 1993 & 1994. The results were as follows: 1) About 96% of patients think that the drug therapy is important, but only 44.9% of respondents observe the medication directing accurately. 2) The compliance ratio was slightly improved in the case of respondents who took the leaflet for medication directing(93%), compared with those didn't take(88%). 3) 35% of respondents felt regularly posted notice for medication directing was helpful. 4) In the case of medicine for external use only, for example, used in Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, insert paper was very helpful(98%), 5) The main reason of non-compliance was oblivion(68.8%). 6) The patients prefer taking medicine twice a day(40.8%) and are reluctant to the powder form of dosage(59.3%). Thus in order to promote patiental compliance, it is necessary to improve continually their understanding of medication counseling as well as to medication directing with documents.
