갑상선 기능항진증에서의 심근기절현상(Myocardial Stunning) 1예

갑상선 기능항진증에서 심근기절현상은 드믄 것으로 보고되고 있다. 72세 여환이 전신쇄약감, 호흡곤란, 미열감을 주소로 내원하였고 갑상선 호르몬수치가 상승되어 었었다. 심전도에서 전벽경색을 시사하는 ST 분절의 상승이 보였으나 관상동맥조영술상 정상이었다. 심초음파검사에서 심첨부에 국소운동이상을 보였으며 갑상선 기능항진증 치료 후에 호전되었다. 저자등은 본 증례를 갑상선 기능항진증에서의 심근기절현상으로 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Although myocardial stunning occurs in coronary artery disease, it has rarely been reported with hyperthy -roidism. A 72-year-old woman presented with general weaknes, shortness of breath and febrile sensation of 10 days duration. The serum thyroid hormone level was elevated. Serial EKGs showed significant ST eleva -showed regional wall motion abnormality of apical hypokinesia, which was improved after medication for hyperthyroidism. We report this case as an example of myocardial stunning associated with hyperthyroidism.

Volatile flavor components of extracts produced from the domestic angelica root, which are oleoresin and absolutes type, for tobacco flavoring materials were isolated by solvent extraction method and were analyzed by GC and GC/MSD. And then volatile flavor components of oleoresin were compared with volatiles isolated from absolutes. A total of 65 components were identified in the angelica root extracts, from which 41 components were identified in the oleoresin volatiles, contained 15 hydrocarbons, 12 alcohols, 6 acids, 10 esters and 2 miscellaneous components. The major components were hexadecanoic acid (7.79%), methyl palmitate (6.49%), ethyl palmitate (2.02 %) and sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpene alcohols, such as elemol (2.92 %), ${\gamma}$-selinene (2.19%), $\beta$-selinene (2.02%), $\alpha$-eudesmol (3.49%) and $\beta$-eudesmol (6.12%). On the other hand, volatiles of absolutes, from which 60 components were identified, contained 28 hydrocarbons, 14 alcohols, 5 acids, 10 esters and 3 miscellaneous components. The major components were hyrocarbons, such as undecane (5.11 %), dodecane (3.10%) and pentadecane (1.14 %), and $\alpha$-muurolene (1.64 %), ${\gamma}$-selinene (1.49%), $\beta$-selinene (2.12 %), $\alpha$-eudesmol (2.25%), $\beta$-eudesmol (4.87%), hexadecanoic acid (12.67%) and hexanoic acid (1.87 %).

The pyrolytic behavior of vanillin, a flavorant for manufactured cigarettes, was examined to find its contribution to the smoke composition. Vanillin was pyrolyzed at various temperatures (500-$900^{\circ}C$) in a stream of nitrogen. Pyrolytic products at $800^{\circ}C$ were identified with GC/MS. As increasing temperature, pyrolytic products did not appear with qualitative differences. Component analysis of the resulting products showed that 24 compounds were identified. and phenolic compounds were major products. The pyrolytic pathway of vanillin was also discussed.

Leucine and isoleucine were reacted with glucose in a propylene glycol solution and volatile compounds produced from these reaction were analysed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. A total of 24 compounds were identified in the leucine reaction volatiles and the major components were 2-isopropyl-5-methyl-2-hexenal, methylbutyraldehyde PGA, butyraldehyde PGA, 5-methylfur-fural, isopropylmethylhexenal PGA and 2-acetylpyrrole. From the isoleucing reaction volatiles, 20 compounds were identified and the major components were methylbutyraldehyde PGA, butyraldehyde PGA and 2-acetylpyrrole. The amino acids chosen for this study were considered as giving fruity and cocoa aroma when heated with glucose.

Along with the South Korean government’s efforts to increase the supply of electric vehicles (EV) in the market, the sales of EV have risen from 66 in 2010 to 34,162 in 2019. This research aims to discover the key factors that drive the demand of EV in Korea, excluding the government’s incentives and environmental regulations. Throughout the analysis, three major factors have been found, which are cumulative number of EV charging station, number of news reports that include the keyword ‘electric car’ and ‘electric vehicle’, and mid and long-term trend of the after-tax gasoline prices that base on the past two months’ prices. Moreover, a demand forecasting model was built and the feature importance of the variables was calculated. The cumulative number of charging station showed .56, the number of news reports showed .34, and the mid and long-term trend of gasoline price showed .11 of the feature importance.

This paper presents the study result for decision of inspecion interval of military aircraft. Making a preventive maintenance program for aircraft is based on Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis widely used in many aircraft system. Gradual extention of inspection interval policy is applied to T-50, the first self developed super sonic aircraft. It’s based on reliability and sefety achievement prove and interval extention is based on the data collected from field operation. In this paper, We focuses on establishing the process of RCMA and analyis method of inspecion interva for operating military aircraft It can be a good initial milstone for analyzing the operation data and refining the preventive maintenance program of in-service aircraft system.

옥수수 수염에서 purge와 trap headspace 장치를 이용하여 분리된 휘발성 성분으로부터 표준품과의 mass spectrum 및 GC 머무름 시간의 비교에 의해 44종의 휘발성 성분을 확인하였다. 확인된 성분을 기능기별로 나누어 보면 alcohol 성분들이 9종, aldehyde와 ketone의 carbonyl 화합물이 7종, terpene 관련 화합물이 14종, pyrazine계 화합물이 3종, hydrocarbon 화합물 5종 및 기타 성분이 6종으로 나타났다. Peak의 면적비(%)에 의한 양적인 면을 비교하여 2-propanol(8.08%), pentanol(1.82%), hexanol(2.86%), heptanol(1.26%), nonanol(1.28%) 등의 비점이 낮고 분자량이 작은 alcohol 화합물, alcohol의 산화 생성물인 hexanal (3.68%), heptanal(7.40%), nonanal(7.93%), decanal(2.04%) 등의 aldehyde 화합물, limonene(1.68%), α-copaene(2.20%), β-caryophyllene(1.43%), β-selinene(1.03%), α-selinene(1.03%) 등의 terpene 관련 화합물과 methyl pyrazine(0.28%), 2,5-dimethyl pyrazine(0.09%), 2,6-dimethyl pyrazine(0.41%) 등의 pyrazine 화합물 등이 주요 향기성분으로 확인되었다. Volatile components of Cornsilk(Zea mays L.) were isolated by purge and trap headspace method and were analyzed by GC and GC/MSD. A total of 44 components were identified in the cornsilk volatile components including 9 alcohols, 7 aldehydes and ketones, 14 terpenes and terpene alcohols, 3 pyrazines, 5 hydrocarbons and 6 miscellaneous components. The major components were 2-propanol(8.08%), pentanol(1.82%), hexanol(2.86%), hexanal(3.68%), heptanal(7.40%), nonanal(7.93%), decanal(2.04%), α-copaene(2.20%), limonene(1.68%), α-selinene(1.03%), β-selinene(1.03%).
