수치 시뮬레이션을 통한 평판내 파이프라인 주위의 점성유동 연구

평행한 벽 사이에 원형배관(circular pipeline)을 놓고 그 주위의 유동특성에 대한 수치연구를 수행하였다. 비압축성 유체를 가지고, Navier-Stokes 방정식을 풀었고 3차 풍상(upwind) 차분의 수치해법을 이용하였다. 한쪽 벽과의 거리가 매우 작아질때, 볼텍스 떨어짐이 상당히 억압되는데 이것은 벽 경계와의 상호 박리 작용 때문으로 간주된다. 본 연구는 레이놀드 수의 변함과 물체가 벽에 접근함에 따른 볼텍스 떨어짐의 특성을 규명하는데 있다. 원형배관 후류와 평행벽내 유기된 박리의 상호작용을 집중적으로 다루며 서로 다른 조건에서 박리와 와역학(vorticity dynamics)의 특성을 해석하였다. Numerical study was made on the flow characteristics around a circular pipeline between parallel walls. The incompressible Navier-Stokes equations were solved by using a third-order upwind differential scheme. When the distance near a wall is small enough, the vortex shedding is almost completely suppressed because of the interaction with the wall boundary layer separation. This study aims to clarify the characteristics of the vortex shedding regime as the body approaches a wall as Reynolds number varies. The feature of separated vorticity dynamics is analyzed at different conditions with particular attention to the interaction between the pipeline wake and the induced separation on the plane walls.

법원도서관의 대국민서비스 개방에 따른 이용자요구 분석연구

법원도서관은 사법부를 대표하는 법률전문도서관으로서 국내․외 다양하고 유익한 법률정보를 수집하여 대국민서비스 확대 제공을 목표로 운영하고 있다. 특히 2018년 후반에는 고양시로 이전하여 일반 국민에게도 개방하고 대출서비스를 포함하여 법률특화분야 서비스 방안을 모색하고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 법원도서관 및 고양시 공공도서관의 현황을 분석하고, 미래 이용자 및 법률분야 전문가들을 대상으로 의견을 수렴함으로써 법원도서관의 장서구성, 공간구성, 장서배치를 포함한 법원도서관 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 법률종사자 및 일반국민에 대한 국내외 법률 자료 제공역할을 높게 기대하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일반인들을 위한 장서구성에 대해서 전문가와 일반이용자간 인식차이가 있었으며, 선호하는 정보원의 유형에서 이용자 집단은 일반 주제도서 및 잡지류를, 전문가 집단은 법률관련 전문도서 및 판례/판결정보, 연구보고 등 주로 전문정보를 담고 있는 정보원을 선호하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이전된 도서관의 이용 의향은 이용자는 80%에 이르고 있어서, 도서관에서 제공할 서비스와 시설, 그리고 공간에 대한 적극적인 홍보가 이루어진다면 도서관은 매우 활성화 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. As a law library representing the Department of Justice, the Supreme Court Library of Korea collects various domestic and foreign legal information and aims to become more publicly accessible. In 2018, after its relocation to Goyang, Korea, the library has initiated check-out services to citizens and is currently developing a plan to provide services in the legal field. In this study, we have assessed the current situation at the Supreme Court Library as well as public libraries in Goyang. Furthermore, we have surveyed future users and legal experts to formulate a proposal for optimal literary composition and spatial composition, as well as library arrangement. Survey participants expected extensive provision of legal information regarding legal professions and the general public. There was a significant difference in opinion between legal experts and users with respect to resources for the public; general citizens desire more materials related to general topics whereas legal experts expect more law-specific resources such as information regarding judicial precedents and court decisions, research articles. Furthermore, 80% of users expressed interest in utilizing the library; therefore, active efforts to improve its facilities will lead to successful operations of the library.

Cryptococcal Meningitis Presenting with Isolated Sixth Cranial Nerve Palsy in a Patient with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Cryptococcal meningitis is a rare complication of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The nonspecific neurologic findings associated with this infection delays accurate diagnosis because initial neuropsychiatric manifestations of SLE are in instances indistinguishable from that of crytococcal meningitis. We report a case of cryptococcal meningitis presenting with unilateral sixth cranial nerve palsy in a male patient with SLE, which was successfully treated with antifungal agents.

온라인 디지털자료의 납본 가이드라인에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 디지털자료의 망라적 수집과 보존 그리고 접근을 지속적으로 보장하기 위하여 온라인 디지털자료의 납본에 대한 국내․외 법령 및 사례를 참고하고, 국내의 납본 이해 당사자인 저작권 소유․유관 단체 및 기업, 이용자, 그리고 납본 관련 전문가의 자문을 수렴하여 온라인 디지털자료의 납본 가이드라인을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 납본기관이 납본 받아야 할 범위를 규정한 납본 범위에서 납본 불이행 시 납본주체에 대한 제재까지 총 14개의 가이드라인을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest elements and guidelines for online digital materials in order to ensure its comprehensive collection, preservation, and access in Korea. For the establishment of elements and guidelines, this study examined appropriate advanced countries’ legal deposit Acts, discussed with stakeholders, including experts and copyrighters in related areas, and surveyed library users’ opinions. Finally, this study suggests 14 elements and guidelines.

Surgical Strategy for Colonic Intussusception Caused by a Giant Colonic Lipoma: A Report of Two Cases and a Review of the Literature

A colon lipoma is a remarkably rare tumor. In most cases, the tumors are asymptomatic and small in size, need to be differentiated from malignant tumors, and do not need any special treatment. Selection of the right surgical strategy depends on the status of bowel, as well as the size and the location of tumor. We encountered two patients with giant submucosal lipomas that had induced intussusceptions: one with a lipoma in the transverse colon and the other with a lipoma in the ascending colon. The diagnoses were made by using histological examinations. We report the clinical features, diagnoses, and treatments of, as well as our experience with, these two uncommon cases, and we present a review of the literature on this subject.

This study has aimed at examining closely the cultural identity of people who lived in the modern period of enlightenment, on the case of the New Novel by Choi, Chan-Sik. The moving abroad and foreign taste which be applied repeatedly in his novel is the representation to show civilization and enlightenment visibly to readers who didn't know it, through imagination. Therefore, This get to be the motive that the outside of Chosun is the center and inside is the others on the contrary. The confusion of identity to be inevitably resulted from regarding a inside as a outside is represented as a mad girl student who is a outsider and a victim on his novel. The tragedy which makes top-down exoticism by grading the world for standard of civilization and rationalizes the polygamy(two-wives) by recalling the traditional morals, sew up the spilt of identity of Chosun peoples in that period. 이 연구는 최찬식의 소설을 중심으로 근대 계몽기를 살아가는 일상인의 의식과 그 발현으로서의 문화적 정체성의 실제를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 삼았다. 최찬식의 소설에서 반복해서 채용하는 이국행과 이국취향은 인식 불가능한 근대상을 상상적으로 재현함으로써 계몽을 가시적으로 보여주는 표상이다. 이는 외부 세계를 중심화하고 조선 내부를 타자화하는 기재가 된다. 내부를 타자화함으로써 필연적으로 귀결되는 자기의식의 혼란이 소설에서는 희생양이자 이방인인 광기의 여학생으로 표상된다. 이러한 자기의식의 혼란을 극복하는 서사적 전략으로 세계를 위계화하기 위한 하향식 이국취향을 주조하고, 전통 윤리를 재소환하여 이처(二妻)를 합리화함으로써 정체성의 분열을 봉합한다.

A Stercoral Perforation of the Rectum

A stercoral perforation of the rectum due to a fecaloma is a rare disease with a high mortality rate. Although multiple case reports of colonic perforations have been published, the data regarding rectal perforations are limited. This case report will highlight one such case of a stercoral rectal perforation that was successfully treated with a laparoscopic operation.
