        당유자 과피 메탄올 추출물 및 분획물의 생리활성 검정

        Citrus grandis Osbeck pericarp is used as tea, herbal medicine, etc., but is not commercialized in various ways. So, in this study, we identified potential for use of Citrus grandis Osbeck as health functional foods, cosmetics and food preservatives. Methanol extract of Citrus grandis Osbeck pericarp was fractionated with hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and butanol, to quantitatively analyze total phenol and flavonoid, and investigate antioxidative and enzyme inhibitory activities. Total phenol and flavonoid contents were highest in ethyl acetate fraction, FRAP and ORAC results also revealed highest activity in proportion to total phenol content. DPPH radical scavenging activity revealed that ethyl acetate, butanol and dichloromethane fraction manifested highest activity without significant difference. However, dichloromethane fraction revealed higher TEAC value and tyrosinase inhibitory activity than ethyl acetate fraction, and hexane fraction manifested best results with superoxide radical scavenging activity and ɑ-glucosidase inhibitory activity. Antimicrobial activity also revealed best effect in dichloromethane and hexane fractions. So, based on the following results, use of dichloromethane fraction as material of natural functional cosmetics, ethyl acetate fraction for health functional foods, and hexane fractions for pharmaceuticals and food preservatives, would be most practical for product development.

        In this paper, we propose the non-contact method to measure rotational speed vector using spatial filtering method. The rotational speed ω is known by the frequency of output sinusoidal signal direct proportional to that and the rotational direction is given by the phase delay from the weighting function design of spatial filter.

        In this paper, we present the algorithm for recognizing road sign and traffic signal from VTR road image. First, the recognition of road sign can be detected using boundary point estimation from some detect-lines within the region between the left and the right lane deduced by preprocessing. For this algorithm, index matrix method is used to determine what sign is. To get the index matrix, boundary points have processed at the front stage such as the estimation of the distribution of vertical-points and middle point. Then, the recognition of traffic signal is performed by using the window minified by several detect-lines which position may be expected. For this algorithm, line profile concept is adopted. Above all, the merit of this algorithm is the use of one camera system, so-called monocular vision system differed from other system such as stereo vision system, fusion system. This leads to a low cost and compact system.

        병원 간호사의 만족, 직무 스트레스, 소진, 조직시민행동 및 생산성에 관한 연구

        The health care markets are rapidly expanded due to population aging, increasing incomes, strengthening assurance of health insurance and so on, and the competition in the markets is getting serious. In the industry, hospitals have played more important role than any others, where doctors, nurses, medical technicians, administrative staff, etc cooperatively works hard. Among them, nurses capture 40 percents of specialized hospital workers and their role for patients as customers is essential. Therefore, it could be one of the most important keys to increase the productivity and wellbeing of nurses with respect to enhancing efficiency and competitiveness of operating hospitals. In this paper the impact of nurses' job satisfaction, job stress, burnout, and organizational citizenship behavior on their productivity is studied. The subjects were 576 nurses in 20 different hospitals in Seoul, Kyounggi, etc. We held hypotheses and statistically tested and analysed them, using SPSS 20.0 software. Thus, we found various significant results(p<0.05), and they will give useful suggestions for managing nurse manpower and enhancing their productivity.

        Antioxidant activity and phenolic acid content of Gynostemma pentaphyllum leaves according to extraction conditions

        This study was intended to provide basic data for a health functional food study by exploring antioxidant activity of reflux extract according to the concentration of ethanol and the extract of ultrasonic waves extracted and reflux extracted under the same solvent conditions. In the same solvent condition, the reflux extract (75.10 ± 1.99 mg) showed a higher total phenol content than the ultrasonic wave extract (51.74 ± 2.28 mg). Flavonoids also had a higher reflux extract (25.05 ± 1.53 mg) than did ultrasonic extracts (16.23 ± 1.95 mg). Reflux extract according to ethanol concentration was found to have a higher phenol content than the 70% ethanol extract (40.60 ± 1.49 mg) in 60% ethanol extract. Flavonoid content was also similar to phenol content in reflux extract as determined by ethanol concentration from 60% ethanol (25.05 ± 1.53 mg) to 70% ethanol extract (6.60 ± 0.46 mg). In addition, the antioxidant activity (DPPH, TEAC, FRAP, ORAC) of the reflux extract in the same solvent conditions tended to be higher than that of ultrasonic extracts. Also, 60% ethanol extract had better antioxidant activity than 70% ethanol extract. However, an analysis of phenolic acid content through HPLC showed that the ultrasonic extract had a higher content in the same solvent condition than did the reflux extract. Not only the presence of phenolic acid, but also those of other compounds are believed to be attributed to the activity of antioxidants. Therefore, further studies are needed to clarify this phenomenon.

      • Nonlinearity analysis of 65nm 8bit Vernier Time-to-digital Converter

        This paper analyzes the nonlinearity of TDC (Time-to-Digital Converter) used in wireless bearing angle measure system by using INL (Integral Non-Linearity) and DNL (Differential Non-Linearity) specification. Nonlinearity can be represented by the distance error, which indicates the uncertainty of the angle and position in this system. We investigate the distance error based on INL and cause of nonlinearity from the viewpoint of layout. We compare pre and post layout simulations of parasitic resistance in metal power line, describing important layout points to keep in mind. Jitter and mismatch simulation are proposed for setting delay buffer size and TDC time resolution. Wire bonding inductance simulation is also considered for checking robust circuit operation. Verified TDC is an 8bit with a 18ps resolution. The measured DNL and INL were 0.8 LSB and -15 LSB. Samsung 65nm process was used.

      • 에탄올 농도에 따른 산딸나무 열매 추출물의 항산화 활성 평가

        Background : Cornus kousa fruit has been used as a medicine for a long time. Therefore, for the purpose of utilizing C. kousa fruit as a health functional food, antioxidant activity was tested by extracting ethanol concentrations to identify optimal extraction conditions. Methods and Results : C. kousa fruits used in this study were washed, dried and pulverized. Then, the samples and solvents by ethanol concentration (0, 20, 40, 60 80 and 100%) were extracted at 80℃ for 90 minutes at 1 : 20 ratio, respectively. Afterwards, it was filtered, concentrated, frozen and dried. Total phenol and flavonoid content, DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity, ferric reducing antioxidant power and oxygen radical absorbance capacity were measured. The total phenol and flavonoid content is the highest in 60% ethanol extract at 20.08 ㎎·GAE/g, 0.86 ㎎·QE/g. In addition to all antioxidant studies showed the highest activitiy in 60% ethanol extract. Also, when HepG2 cells were treated with ethanol extract at 200 ㎍/㎖ concentrations, the survival rate was more than 90% and cytotoxicity was not observed. Then, HepG2 cells were treated with tBHP to induce oxidative stress, and the cytoprotective effect and inhibitory activity of ROS production were measured. As a result, 60% ethanol extract showed the best activity. Conclusion : When extracting C. kousa fruits with ethanol as solvent, It is expected best to use 60% ethanol to maximize potential as a material for health functional foods.

So, based on the following results, use of dichloromethane fraction as material of natural functional cosmetics, ethyl acetate fraction for health functional foods, and hexane fractions for pharmaceuticals and food preservatives, would be most practical for product development. 당유자 과피는 차, 한약재 등으로 이용되고 있으나 다양하게 제품화 되고 있지는 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 당유자 과피의 건강 기능성 식품 및 화장품, 식품보존제 등의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. 당유자 과피 메탄올 추출물을 헥산, 디클로로메탄, 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올 순으로 분획하여 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 정량 분석과 항산화 활성, 효소 저해활성, 항미생물 활성을 탐색하였다. 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량은 에틸아세테이트 분획물에서 가장 높은 함량을 보였으며 FRAP과 ORAC 실험결과 또한 총 페놀함량과 비례하여 가장 우수한 활성이 측정되었다. 또한 DPPH radical 소거능 실험 결과 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올, 디클로로메탄 분획물은 유의적 차이 없이 가장 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 그러나 디클로로메탄 분획물은 TEAC 값과 tyrosinase 저해 활성이 에틸아세테이트 분획물보다 더 높은 활성을 보였으며 헥산 분획물에서는 superoxide radical 소거능 및 ${\alpha}-glucosidase$ 저해활성이 가장 우수한 결과를 보였다. 또한 항균 활성은 디클로로메탄 및 헥산 분획물에서 가장 우수한 효과를 보였다. 따라서 다음의 결과를 바탕으로 천연 기능성 화장품의 소재로는 디클로로메탄 분획물, 건강기능성 식품의 소재로는 에틸아세테이트 분획물, 의약품 및 식품보존제의 소재로는 헥산 분획물을 활용하는 것이 각 제품 개발에 있어 가장 유용할 것으로 사료된다.
