        시판 김치 분리 젖산균에 의한 아질산염 소거

        본 연구는 시판 배추김치, 총각김치, 깍두기 및 파김치에서 분리한 젖산균을 15℃와 25℃의 온도에서 배양하였을 때아질산염의 소거 효능을 확인하였다. 15℃에서, 시판김치에서 분리된 젖산균은 L. mesenteroides subsp mesenteroides와 L. paramesenteroides를 제외하고는 매우 활성적으로 아질산염을 소거시켰다. 특히 L. mesenteroides subsp dextrinicum과 L. lactis는 아질산염에 적응하는 기간을 필요로 함이 없이 매우 활성적으로 아질산염을 소거시켰다. L. sake, L. plantarum, L. casei subsp. pseudoplantarum 및 L. coryniformis subsp. torquens는 하루 정도 아질산염에 적응하는 기간을 거친 이후에 매우 활성적으로 아질산염을 소거시켰다. L mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides는 하루가 경과된 이후에 비교적 활성적으로 아질산염을 소거시켰다. 그러나 L. mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides는 다른 균종에 비하여 매우 낮은 아질산염 소거율을 나타내었다. 25℃에서, 시판김치에서 분리된 모든 젖산균은 아질산염에 적응하는 기간을 필요로 하지 않았으며, L. paramesenteroides를 제외하고는 매우 활성적으로 아질산염을 소거하였다. 또한 시판김치로부터 분리된 젖산균은 L. mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides와 L. paramesenteroides를 제외하고는 1일 이후에, L. mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides는 2일 이후에 90% 이상의 아질산염을 소거시켰다. 그러나 L. paramesenteroides는 25℃에서도 활성적이지 못하여 다른 균종에 비하여 아질산염의 소거 능력이 매우 낮았다. 한편, 다른 김치 기원의 동일 균종의 Lactobacilli와 L. mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides 및 L. paramesenteroides를 제외한 Leuconostocs는 15℃에서는 물론 25℃에서 매우 활성적으로 아질산염을 소거시켰다. This study confirmed depletion efficiency of nitrite when incubate lactic acid bacteria was isolated from commercial Chinese cabbage pickles (Baechu kimchi), pickled ponytail radishes (Chongkak kimchi), radish cube kimchi (Kaktugi) and pickled Wakegi (Pa kimchi) at temperatures of 15℃ and 25℃. At 15℃, lactic acid bacteria isolated from commercial kimchi depleted nitrite actively except Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides and Leuconostoc paramesenteroides. In particular, Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. dextrinicum and Leuconostoc lactis depleted nitrite by very actively without period adaptation in nitrite. Lactobacillus sake, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei subsp. pseudoplantarum, and Lactobacillus coryniformis subsp. torquens depleted nitrite very actively after 1 day. L. mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides depleted nitrite relatively actively after 2 days pass. In contrast, L. paramesenteroides displayed very low nitrite depletion ratio compared to other species. At 25℃, all lactic acid bacteria isolated from commercial kimchi did not need adapting period in nitrite, and depleted nitrite very actively except L. paramesenteroides. Also, all lactic acid bacteria except L. mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides and L. paramesenteroides nitrite of more than 90% after 1 day, and L. mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides depleted nitrite of more than 90% after 2 days. However, because L. paramesenteroides was not active even at 25℃, nitrite depletion efficiency was very low compared to other species. On the other hand, the same species of Lactobacilli and Leuconostocs except L. mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides and L. paramesenteroides of other kimchi origin at 15℃ as well as 25℃ by vitality depleted nitrite very actively without statistically significant difference (p<0.05).

        시판김치로부터 젖산균의 분리 및 동정

        본 연구에서는 시판 김치로부터 분리된 젖산균을 동정하였다. 제조 후 4일 동안 실온에서 배양된 배추김치에서 12주, 2일 동안 실온에서 배양한 총각김치에서 6주, 5일 동안 실온에서 배양한 깍두기에서 15주, 그리고 4일 동안 배양한 파김치에서 23주의 젖산균이 분리되었다. 배추김치에서 분리된 12주의 젖산균 중 8주는 Lactobacillus plantarum로, 1주는 Leuconostoc lactis로, 2주는 Lactobacillus casei subsp. pseudoplantarum으로, 그리고 1주는 Lactobacillus sake로 동정되었다. 총각김치에서 분리된 6주의 젖산균 중 3주는 Leuconostoc paramesenteroides로, 2주는 Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides로, 그리고 1주는 Lactobacillus plantarum로 동정되었다. 깍두기에서 분리된 15주 중 2주는 Leuconostoc lactis로, 3주는 Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. dextricum로, 4주는 Lactobacillus casei subsp. pseudoplantarum로, 그리고 4주는 Lactobacillus coryniformis subsp. torquens로 동정되었다. 파김치에서 분리된 23주 중 22주는 L. plantarum으로 그리고 1주는 Lactobacillus sake로 동정되었다. 이상의 결과로부터, 배추김치에서는 L. plantarum이, 총각김치에서는 L. paramesenteroides이, 깍두기에서는 L. casei subsp. pseudoplantarum과 L. coryniformis subsp. torquens이, 그리고 파김치에서는 L. plantarum이 가장 많이 동정되었다. 특히 파김치에서는 선발된 23주 중 1주를 제외하고는 모두 L. plantarum으로 동정되었다. This study was carried out to identify lactic acid bacteria isolated from commercial Kimchi. Twelve lactic acid bacteria strains were isolated from Chinese cabbage kimchi (Baechu kimchi) that was fermented for 4 days at room temperature after making kimchi, 6 strains from pickled ponytail radishes (Chongkak kimchi) that was fermented for 2 days, and 15 strains in radish cube kimchi (Kaktugi) that was fermented for 5 days, and 23 strains were isolated in pickled Wakegi (Pa kimchi) that was fermented for 4 days. Eight strains among the lactic acid bacteria of 12 strains isolated from Baechu kimchi (pH 4.0) were identified as Lactobacillus plantarum, 1 strain as Leuconostoc lactis, 2 strains as Lactobacillus casei subsp. pseudoplantarum, and 1 strain as Lactobacillus sake. Three strains among the lactic acid bacteria of 6 strains isolated from Chongkak kimchi (pH 4.5) were identified as Leuconostoc paramesenteroides, 2 strains as Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides, and 1 strain as Lactobacillus plantarum. Two strains among the 15 strains isolated in Kaktugi (pH 4.0) were identified as Leuconostoc lactis, 3 strains as Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp dextranicum, 4 strains as Lactobacillus casei subsp. pseudoplantarum, and 4 strains as Lactobacillus coryniformis subsp. torquens. Twenty-two strains among the 23 strains isolated from Pa kimchi (pH 4.1) identified as L. plantarum and 1 strain was as Lactobacillus sake. From the results above, the dominant species of Baechu kimchi was confirmed as L. plantarum, Chongkak kimchi as L. paramesenteroides, Kaktugi as L. casei subsp. pseudoplantarum and L. coryniformis subsp. torquens, and Pa kimchi as L. plantarum.

        This analysis is to review whether PSD(Platform Screen Door) installed in local subway stations secures amenities of sound environment among the elements of developing pleasant station surroundings. Since there has been no specific noise standard for indoor subway station in the country, would like to suggest suitable criteria based on research on other similar domestic and foreign cases. Also, this study aims at whether PSD meets the noise standards of platforms and affects noise reduction through simulation of before and after installing.

        In the present day, the international society is promoting policies to reduce greenhouse gas emission. In Korea, buildings consume over 25% of the total energy consumed. Contribution rates are applied in order to draw the utmost measures to reduce building energy consumption. In comparison to total construction cost, insulation is studied to yield the most contribution toward energy reduction. Heating method and glazing were the next. By applying the certification system, additional construction cost is about ₩700,000∼₩1,400,000 when upgrading level. Finally, the construction cost is going to add ₩30,000∼180,000 per 1% of energy saving. The insulation has highest efficiency among other materials used in the construction.

        친환경 리모델링을 위한 BIM 기반 환경 및 에너지 성능분석 통합 프로세스 구축에 관한 연구

        The aim of ensuring additional economics of building by reducing energy consumption and security of environmentally friendly performance of building are another important design objectives and criteria of remodeling. Accordingly, various certification systems and guidelines as a variety of design techniques have been proposed to ensure comfort of building occupants by improving environmental performance elements, such as light, heat, noise, airflow and etc. However, the development in quantitative evaluating and verifying techniques of environmental performance has not been provided as solidly as its stipulative background. BIM (Building Information Modeling), emerged as a new design technique, is able to ensure reliability and quantification of the proposed design through linking and utilizing BIM data for environmental performance analysis. The ability to analyze the environmental performance of BIM has been case studied, and they have emerged as big issues in the 2010s. In this study, BIM data utilization methodologies and applications in various areas for remodeling projects are sought. In addition, the environmental and energy performances analysis process that is useful in design practices for remodeling business is proposed.

        그린리모델링을 위한 BIM 기반 에너지 성능분석 입력변수 연계활용 프로세스에 관한 연구

        Recently, in the field of construction, many researches to form 3D space information using BIM data and utilize BIM object information in architectural space into the process of implementing green building have been actively conducted largely by the industry-university-institute research agencies depending on the field of energy and environmental specialization. However, there are few quantitative evaluation criteria and specified methodologies in assessing environmental quality level depending on every field of light, sound, heat, and air current and also little performance evaluation in the field of energy for green remodelling of the existing architecture compared to the activated research topics. Accordingly, this study formed space information using BIM data and conducted a study on the measures to analyze and evaluate energy and environmental quality level of unit building more quantitatively and easily through shape and property information embedded in formed space information. Through this, this study analyzed BIM data linking process in the process of entering building shape information and organized BIM-based energy performance analysis input variable-utilizing process establishing plans for green remodelling. Through such a research process, this study aims to propose green remodelling energy performance analysis process improvement plans as evaluative methodology using BIM-based object information by linkable input variable items by field of energy quality level.

        기존건축물 에너지 성능 리모델링 사례분석을 통한 BIM 기반 프로세스의 활용에 관한 연구

        Over the course of simulation performances, the existing buildings’ current situation of energy consumption is diagnosed, and the effect of improving energy performance is predicted in early planning stage. However, it is difficult to ensure the level of information required to perform the simulation. The main issues are the aging condition assessment, omission of required information of the building, and the differences between the documentations and the actual status of the existing building. BIM-based building information is able to digitalize and organize the documented building information and add changed or missing information in the field thereafter. In addition, a variety of tools and information increasing the compatibility are opening the potential uses for the remodeling. However, utilizing BIM for remodeling is not the norm, and the feedback-able actual operational problems information is insufficient. In this paper, the possibility of utilizing BIM-based remodeling is analyzed through a comparison of the existing and the BIM-based building energy analysis process of remodeling, and then the optimizing methods of remodeling process of the existing building is sought.

        그린리모델링을 위한 패시브 및 액티브 분야별 요소기술 분류체계 정립에 대한 연구

        Recently, green-remodeling has been highlighted due to the rapid growth of energy consumption. However, the authors came across several difficulties in establishing a green-remodeling system in place. The issues are as follows : (1) user’s subjective judgements (2) lack of information of green-remodeling (3) wasting cost and time by a lot of trial and errors. So, the purpose of this paper is to develop a passive and active element technique classification system for the green-remodeling database. The classification system of green-remodeling consist of four fields (exterior envelop, thermal source & air conditioning system, lighting system, renewable energy) and five steps. (1) step 1,2 : investigation of the present condition of the building (2) step 3 : establishing a direction of construction (3) step 4,5 : choice of energy-saving technology. Each of steps has a detailed and systematic standard. As a result, non-experts (architects, owners) can understand whole process of green-remodeling more intuitively and save a lot of time and cost by element technique classification system developed in this study.
