        5-Fluorouracil, Mitomycin C 및 Acriflavine-Guanosine 복합제가 Ehrlich 암세포를 이식한 생쥐 위점막 점액상피세포의 미세구조에 미치는 영향

        이 실험은 Ehrlich 종양세포를 이식한 후 5-fluorouracil, mitomycin 및 acriflavine-guanosin 복합제(AG60)을 투여하였을 때, 위점막 점액상피세포의 미세구조적 변화를 연구하고자 시행하였다. 실험동물로는 ICR생쥐를 사용하였으며 정상대조군 이외의 종양대조군, 5-fluorouracil, mitomycin C 및 AG60 투여군의 동물들은 샅부위 피부밑조직에 각각 $1{\times}10^7$의 Ehrlich 종양세포를 이식하였다. 각각의 실험군은 종양세포를 이식한 다음날부터 5-fluorouracil (30 mg/kg), mitomycin C ($400{\mu}g/kg$) 및 AG60 (30 mg/kg)을 격일 간격으로 한번씩 피부밑조직에 주사하였다. 종양대조군은 종양세포이식 후에 0.2 mL의 생리식염수를 피부밑조직에 주사하였고 정상대조군은 종양세포를 이식하지 않은 동물을 사용하였다. 종양대조군을 비롯한 실험군은 생리식염수 또는 각각의 약제를 격일 간격으로 7회씩 투여한 다음날, 에테르(ether) 마취하에 앞배벽을 열어 위조직을 절취하였다. 절취한 조직은 2.5% 글루타르알데히드(glutaraldehyde)-1.5% 파라포름알데히드(paraformaldehyde) 혼합액에 고정한 후, 1% 오스뮴사산화물(osmium tetroxide)용액에 다시 고정한 후 탈수과정을 거쳐 애럴다이트(araldite) 혼합액에 포매하였다. 포매된 위점막 조직은 얇은 절편을 만들었으며, 각 절편은 우라닐아세테이트(uranyl acetate)용액과 구연산납(lead citrate)용액으로 대조염색한 후, 전자현미경으로 비교 관찰하였다. 5-fluorouracil 투여군은 종양대조군에 비해 점액상피세포에 수초구조(myelin figure)가 자주 관찰되고, 분비과립이 세포질을 포함한 막성구조에 싸여 속공간으로 함께 분비되는 부분분비현상이 보일 정도로 손상을 받았다. 그리고 mitomycin C 역시 수초구조가 자주 관찰되고 분비과립을 함유한 세포질이 속공간으로 돌출되는 등의 미세구조적 변화를 보였다. 그러나 AG60의 경우는 수초구조와 다소포체가 비교적 자주 관찰되는 외에는 별다른 미세구조적 변화를 관찰할 수 없었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 mitomycin C, 5-fluorouracil 및 AG60을 반복 투여 하면 위점막 점액상피세포의 분비기능이 억제되었음을 시사하는 미세구조적 변화를 보였다. 그러나 세포의 손상 정도가 mitomycin C와 5-fluorouracil 투여군에 비해 AG60 투여군에서 매우 경미하였으므로 AG60은 위점막 점액상피세포의 분비기능에 큰 손상을 주지 않는 약제라고 생각된다. This experiment was performed to evaluate the morphological responses of the gastric epithelial cells of the mouse, inoculated with Ehrlich carcinoma cells in the inguinal area, following administration of 5-fluorouracil, mitomycin C or Acriflavine-Guanosine compound (AG60). In this study, each mouse was inoculated with $1{\times}10^7$ Ehrlich carcinoma cells subcutaneously in the inguinal area. From next day after inoculations, 0.2 mL of saline, 5-fluorouracil (30 mg/kg), mitomycin C ($400{\mu}g/kg$) or AG60 (30 mg/kg) were injected to the animals every other day, respectively. Each animals were sacrificed after 7th injection and tissue were taken from the gastric mucosa. Thereafter, the ultrathin sections were stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate. In the 5-fluorouracil-, mitomycin C- or AG60-treated mice, myelin figures and multivesicular bodies within the gastric mucous epithelial cells were observed more frequently than those of the normal control. In the 5-fluorouracil-treated mice, membrane structures containing a few mucous granules in the luminal space were observed. Indeed, bulging cytoplasmic process containing mucous granules protruding into the gastric lumen were observed in the mitomycin Ctreated mice. Therefore, this study suggested that AG60 as compared with 5-fluorourail and mitomycin C may effective medicine without damage to the secretion ability of gastric mucous epithelial cells.

        Synthesis of nanosilver particles were obtained by chemical reduction of silver nitrate and capping agent. The solution containing nanoparticles were coated on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membranes which the membranes were measured water permeation flux and antibacterial activities. The resonance peak of the Ag/PVA core shell nanoparticle indicated at 430 nm in the UV-visible spectra. The Ag/PVA coated PVDF membrane exhibited excellent antibacterial performance over 60 days, and water permeation flux (LMH) was observed from 700 to 1400.

      • Triangulated value perspectives of Place marketing: A case of Dongdaemun and the Doota shopping mall

        Dongdaemun (DDM) is ranked the second most-visited and shopped-at place amongKorea’s tourist attractions (Ministry of Culture and Tourism, 2013) and is expectedto create enormous value over the next fewyears.AlthoughDDMis currently in a difficultsituation due to intense competition, by examining the successful case of Doota shoppingmall which applies differentiating distinctive values of DDMto its modernized marketingstrategy and yet is growing each year, this will provide implications for revitalization ofDDM. In order to provide directions for DDM, this study first derives the key elements ofplace-ness for placemarketing ofDDMthroughmultilateral literature reviews, and secondexamines how the values are implemented into marketing strategy through in-depthinterviews.This study provides strategies forDDM’s growth in accordance with its variousfundamental resources and potentials, and further suggests ways in which DDM can berevitalized and become an international landmark.

        Stimulatory Effects of Ginsan on the Proliferation and Viability of Mouse Spleen Cells

        Ginsan is an acidic polysaccharide purified from Panax ginseng, a famous oriental herb. Although a variety of biological activities of ginsan have been studied, the effects of ginsan on spleen cells are not fully elucidated. We investigated the effect of ginsan on the viability and proliferation of spleen cells. Using Cell Counting Kit-8Ⓡ solution and trypan blue solution, we found that ginsan significantly enhanced viability and proliferation. Multiple clusters, indicating proliferation, were observed in ginsan-treated spleen cells and, carboxyfluorescein succinimidyl ester and surface marker staining assay revealed that ginsan promoted proliferation from CD19+ B cells rather than CD4+ or CD8+ T cells. In addition, ginsan decreased the percentage of late apoptotic cells. Ginsan increased the surface expression of CD25 and CD69 as well as production of interleukin-2 from spleen cells, suggesting increased activation. Taken together, these results demonstrate that ginsan increases the viability and proliferation of spleen cells via multiple mechanisms, valuable information for broadening the use of ginsan in clinical and research settings.

      • 자가세정 기능을 위한 소수성 나노 복합재 개발

        초소수성 나노 복합재를 개발하여 애자 및 절연커버의 오손 방지를 위한 자기세정 기능을 위한 소수성 필러를 개발하였다. 소수성 나노 복합재 필러를 상용 애자 및 절연커버에 적용하여 상용제품과 나노 구조체 필러의 호환성과 적합성을 관찰하였다. 층상 구조의 나노 구조체 이황화 몰리브덴(MoS<sub>2</sub>)을 단일상으로 박리하여 기계적·화학적 내구성과 전기적 절연특성이 우수한 초소수성 필러로 개질하여 배전시설의 고분자 소재에 사용하여 자가세정 기능의 향상과 내구성 및 내후성 특성 거동을 관찰하였다.

        췌장암 간전이 환자의 통합 암 치료에 대한 증례보고

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to report effects and potential of Integrative Cancer Treatment (ICT) on metastatic pancreatic cancer patient. Methods: A 79-year-old pancreatic cancer patient diagnosed with metastasis on liver visited the Daejeon Korean medicine hospital of Daejeon university East West Cancer Center (EWCC) on May 2021. The patient has been received chemotherapy (gemcitabine plus abraxane) and concurrently treated with ICT since May 2021. The clinical outcomes were measured by computed tomography, laboratory findings including tumor markers (CEA, CA19-9) and numeric rating scales (NRS). Laboratory analysis and National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (NCI-CTCAE), version 5.0 were used to evaluate the safety of ICT. Results: After treatment, constipation was relieved from NRS 5-6 to 2, both leg numbness was improved from NRS 9 to 2. Tumor size was generally decreased accompanying by reducing the levels of tumor markers. There were no severe adverse events induced by ICT based on NCI CTCAE version 5.0. Conclusion: This case study suggests that ICT in combination with chemotherapy may help in the treatment of patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer.

        인터넷 광고유형과 패션 라이프스타일에 따른 광고효과 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the dimensions of fashion lifestyle, to examine the relationship between fashion lifestyle and internet advertising effect, and to identify the moderating effect of fashion lifestyle on the relationship between advertising types and advertising effects. Using dependent variables as internet advertising effects(i.e., attitude to advertising, attitude to product, attitude to brand), advertising types (i.e., banner, website e-mail types) and fashion lifestyle were used as independent variables. For the study, a sample of 152 apparel consumers participated in this survey research. The survey of design with a questionnaire was employed. Three types of fashion advertisement were included as banner type, website type, and e-mail type. For each type, two samples were included for the study. Questionnaire was developed with the html language and data collection was done through the internet on October 2000. For data analysis, descriptive statistics(i.e., frequency, percent), factor analysis, reliability analysis, linear regression and ANOVA were used. First, fashion lifestyle was classified with the seven dimensions: personality seeking group, planning purchase group, fashion leader group, fashion information seeking group, media preference group, commonness/traditional group, fashion follower group. Second, fashion lifestyle had significant effects on advertising effects. In the group of fashion lifestyle, fashion Information seeking group and planning purchase group were found to influence on the attitude toward advertising, and planning purchase type was influenced to attitude toward brand and attitude toward product. Third, main effects of fashion lifestyle were found to be significant. The correlation and interaction effects of fashion lifestyle and internet advertisement types were not significant.

        국내 의류브랜드의 중국진출 현황 및 마케팅전략 제안 : Current Situations and Suggestions of Marketing Strategies

        The purpose of this study is 1) to identify Chinese environment for investment and apparel market, 2) to analyze the current situations of Korean fashion brands' entry to Chinese market, 3) to analyze the marketing strategies to China according to product category, and 4) to identify merits and problems of Chinese market. For data collection, secondary resources were collected, and the telephone interview with study. Results of the study were as followed: 1) China was a big potential apparel market due to its rapid economic growth. Apparel purchase behavior and clothing preference of Chinese consumers were various by regional groups. 2) The motives of entry to China were to competition in domestic markets, saving raw material cost. The entry modes to China were direct export, license and regional manufacturing system. 3) Marketing strategies were to pursue high quality branding, high pricing and placing strategies with high-class department stores. Also star marketing were used with "Han Rue". Also various promotion strategies were implemented such as fashion show and unique VMD. 4) The merits of Chinese market were high potential market for export, close proximity, cultural similarity and Han-Ryu syndrome. Problems of Chinese market for export were lack of experts on Chinese market, fierce competition in China, and unstable economic policies.
