브레인댄스 집단프로그램이 예비보육교사의 자기수용, 자기조절력에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 브레인댄스 집단프로그램이 예비보육교사의 자기수용과 자기조절력에 미치는 효과 검증을 통해 보육교사의 인간적 자질 함양을 위한 방안을 모색하기 위한 실험연구이다. 연구대상은 G시에 소재한 N대학의 보육교사 자격 이수과정 학생 중 참여를 원하는 20명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각 10명씩 무선배정 하였다. 브레인댄스 집단프로그램 실시 전·후 조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 SPSS 14.0 for Windows를 이용하여 대응표본 t-test를 실시한 결과, 브레인댄스 집단프로그램의 자기수용과 자기조절력에 대한 긍정적인 효과가 규명되어 브레인댄스가 예비보육교사의 자기수용과 자기조절력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 유용한 매체임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 브레인댄스를 활용한 다양한 교육적 프로그램을 개발하고자 하는 브레인댄스 전문가와 교육 분야 전문가를 양성하는 대학교육기관의 교사인성교육 방안 모색을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. This study was conducted as experimental research for testing the effects of a brain dance group program for cultivating human qualities on pre early childhood care teachers’ self acceptance and self control. The subjects of this study were 20 students in the course for early childhood care teacher certificate at N University in G City who consented to participate in this study. and they were divided randomly into an experimental group n=10) and a control group n=10). Data were collected before and after the application of the brain dance group program for cultivating human qualities. and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 14.0 for Windows through paired sample t-test. According to the results. the brain dance group program was found to have a positive effect on self acceptance and self control. and this suggests that brain dance is a useful tool for enhancing pre early childhood care teachers’ self-acceptance and self control. The findings of this study are expected to be used as basic information for tertiary education institutions’ development of strategies to raise brain dance experts and educational experts who are to develop various education programs using brain dance.

자기성장 캠프 프로그램이 장애아동 통합교육 예비실무전문가의 자기성장에 미치는 효과

본 연구에서는 자기성장 캠프 프로그램이 장애아동 통합교육 예비실무전문가의 자기성장에 미치는 효과를 규명함으로써 통합교육 실무자의 인간적 자질 함양방안을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2015년 2월 3일부터 5일까지 2박 3일 동안 G시에 소재하는 N대학교의 유아교육과, 유아특수교육과, 초등특수교육과, 사회복지학과, 언어치료 청각학과의 재학생 중 자기성장 캠프프로그램에 참여한 70명을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 후 충실히 응답한 57부를 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 자기성장 캠프 프로그램이 장애아동 통합교육 예비실무전문가의 자기이해, 타인이해, 자기수용, 타인수용 및 자기개방에 유의미한 정적 변화가 있는 것으로 나타나 자기성장 증진에 효과가 있음을 규명하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통합교육 에비실무자의 인간적 자질 함양을 위한 실천적 · 정책적 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a self-growth camp program on self-growth in pre-service practitioners of integrated education of children with disabilities and to provide basic information for cultivating the human quality of integrated education practitioners. The subjects of this study were 70 students of N University in G City majoring in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Elementary Special Education, Social Welfare, or Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. They participated in the self-growth camp program for three days from the 3rd to 5th of February in 2015 and answered a questionnaire survey. Of the recovered questionnaires, 57 were used as valid data for analysis. Collected data were analyzed through paired‐sample t-test. According to the results of this study, the self-growth camp program had a significant positive effect on self-understanding, understanding of others, self-acceptance, acceptance of others, and self-openness in pre-service practitioners of integrated education of children with disabilities, so it was effective in promoting self-growth. Based on this finding, this study made suggestions of practice and policies for cultivating the human quality of pre-service integrated education practitioners.

계획된 행동이론을 적용한 예비보육교사의 취업준비행동 연구

본 연구는 인간의 여러 가지 행동을 예측하는데 유용성이 입증된 계획된 행동이론의 모형에 따라 예비보육교사의 취업준비행동에 대한 영향요인을 규명하여, 교육적 차원 및 사회복지적 차원에서 예비보육교사의 취업지도 방안을 제시하고자 함이 목적이다. 본 연구모형에는 취업준비행동에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제, 행동의도, 취업준비행동 등 계획된 행동이론에서 제안한 제 요인들을 포함하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 취업준비행동에 대한 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제, 태도의 순으로 취업준비행동의도를 매개하여 취업준비행동에 대한 정적 영향을 미치고, 지각된 행동통제는 취업준비행동에 직·간접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제, 태도의 수준을 높임으로써 예비보육교사의 취업준비행동을 증진 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 확보하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting pre-service childcare teachers’ job preparation behaviors according to the model of planned behavior theory which has proven useful in predicting various behaviors of human beings, and to provide job search guidance for pre-service childcare teachers in the educational dimension and social welfare dimension. The study model included the factors proposed in the planned behavioral theories such as attitude toward job preparation behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, behavioral intention, and job preparation behaviors. As a result of analyzing the collected data, it was found that there was a statistically significant effect on job preparation behavior through mediation of subjective preparation norms, perceived behavior control, and attitude in that order with regard to job preparation behaviors, and the perceived behavioral control was found to have a direct and indirect effect on job preparation behaviors. Based on this, the theoretical basis for suggesting ways to promote pre-service childcare teachers’ job preparation behaviors by raising subjective norms, perceived behavior control, and attitude levels is suggested.

아동의 노인에 대한 태도 및 행동에 관한 연구

본 연구는 아동의 태도가 행동의도에 미치는 인과관계에 주목하여, 세대공동체적 통합의 측면에서 노인에 대한 아동의 긍정적인 행동을 유도하여 노인이 겪는 사회적 소외의 격차를 좁혀 노인의 정서적 문제를 해결하는 방안을 제시하기 위하여 노인에 대한 아동의 지각된 가치와 태도 그리고 행동의도의 관계를 규명하였다. 가설검정을 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 두 집단 간의 차이를 알아보기 위해 t-검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 아동의 직·간접 경험한 노인에 대한 지각된 가치는 감정적 태도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었으며, 감정적 태도는 인지적 태도에, 인지적 태도는 행동적 태도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었고, 행동적 태도는 행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다 This study is focused on the relationship between children's attitude and their behavior and intention of behavior to increase their positive behavior towards elders so that can be solutions to reduce social isolation of elders. This study explains relationships between ways children recognize seniors, their attitudes and their intention of behavior; how they affect one another. Figuring it out would help to learn ways how to resolve psychological problems which elders suffer. Regression analysis were also done to figure out whether chosen factors are appropriate and to verify the hypotheses or assumptions. To learn differences between two groups t-test was applied. This proved that children's perceived value on elders who they experienced directly or indirectly has positive effect on their emotional attitude, and this emotional attitude affects their cognitive behavior positively which affects their behaving attitude in a positive way. Lastly, behaving attitude has positive effect on children's intention of behavior.

계획된 행동이론을 적용한 경로행동 연구

본 연구는 유아의 인성발달 증진과 노인소외현상 감소를 위한 교육적•사회복지적 방안을 제시하고자 예비보육교사의 경로행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위한 연구 대상자로는 G시와 J도에 소재하는 4개 대학교의 보육교사과정 이수자인 여학생 176명이다. 연구 도구로 사용된 예비보육교사의 경로행동 측정 도구로는 계획된 행동이론을 근거하여 새롭게 변형한 모형에 맞춰 구성된 선행연구에서 사용한 척도를 수정•보완하여 사용하였다. 연구설계 내용으로는 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제, 행동의도, 행동 등 계획된 행동이론의 모형에 태도적 신념, 규범적 신념, 통제적 신념 등 현출신념을 포함하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 for Windows를 사용하여 빈도분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 검증 결과, 외생변수와 내생변수 간에 유의한 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 모든 가설은 지지되었다. 이로써 본 이론의 유용성이 재 입증되었으며, 연구 결과는 유아의 인성발달이라는 교육적 측면과 노인소외현상 감소라는 복지적 측면에서 노력하는 전문가들을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects influencing path behaviors of pre-service childcare teachers to present the educational and social welfare measures for promoting children’s character development and preventing the alienation of the elderly. The subjects for this study are 176 students who completed the childcare teacher course in four universities located in G city and J province. The scale of this study utilized modified, supplemented scale used in previous studies that was constituted for a newly transformed model based on planned behavior theories. The contents of research design include salience beliefs such as attitude beliefs, normative beliefs, control beliefs, etc. as well as a model of planned behavior theories such as attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, behavior intension, behavior, etc. This study conducted frequency analysis and regression analysis for the data collected by using the SPSS 18.0 for Windows. From the results of verification, all hypothesis was supported. Thus, usefulness of this theory was reconfirmed, and the results of this study are to be utilized as basic materials for professionals who make every endeavor in a perspective of children’s character development and in a perspective of reducing alienation phenomenon of the elderly.

고등학생의 자원봉사활동 활성화 정책을 위한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 고등학생의 자원봉사활동에 미치는 영향요인들을 밝히고 실제적인 자원봉사활동 수행을 위한 정책적 함의를 제안하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 다양한 인간의 행동을 설명하는데 적용되는 계획된 행동이론을 근거로 제 요인의 관계성 및 영향을 검증하였다. 고등학생 220명을 연구대상으로 임의 추출하여 자기기입식 설문조사 후 응답지 216부를 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 12.0 for Windows와 AMOS 4.0을 사용하여 빈도분석 후 신뢰도 및 타당도를 확보하고, 모형의 적합성을 확인하였으며 가설검정을 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 계획된 행동이론에 근거한 모든 가설이 지지되어 계획된 행동이론의 모형이 사회복지 분야의 다양한 행동관련 연구에 활용될 수 있는 유용성을 재확인하였다. 둘째, 제 요인 중 지각된 행동통제 요인이 고등학생의 능동적인 자원봉사활동의 수행에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 따라 고등학생들이 자원봉사활동에 대한 지각된 행동통제가 강화될 수 있는 사회복지학계의 연구 및 교육현장의 실천적 노력 및 교육계의 정책적 지원을 제언하였다. This study’s objective is to identify the factors that effect high school students’ volunteer activities and suggest the political implications for the actual fulfillment of volunteer activities. We verified the relationships and effects on all factors based on the theory of planned behavior which is applied in explaining various human behavior. 220 high school student subjects for this study were randomly selected and filled out self-administered questionnaires. A total of 216 reponses were used for analysis. Data analysis was done by obtaining reliability and validity after frequency analysis using SPSS 12.0 for Windows and AMOS 4.0 as well as evaluating the suitability of the study model. Regression analysis was carried out for hypothesis testing. The study results showed that firstly, all hypotheses based on the theory of planned behavior were supported re-confirming the usefulness of the theory in the field of various behavioral research for social welfare. Secondly, among all factors, perceived behavioral control showed to be the most influential in fulfilling active volunteer activities of high school students. Based on the results of our study, we proposed that research in the social welfare academia, practical endeavors in the educational field, and also political support system is necessary.

기획된 행동이론을 적용한 성인의 경로행동 연구

본 연구는 노인의 소외현상을 경감할 수 있는 효율적인 경로행동 촉진방안을 제시하고자 계획된 행동이론을 적용하여 성인의 경로행동에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하였다. 경로행동에 대한 태도적 신념, 규범적 신념, 통제적 신념, 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제, 행동의도, 행동 등 연구 설계에 의하여 나타난 제 요인에 관한 관계성 및 영향을 검증하였다. 개인적 상대이익과 경로행동 외적규범과 경로행동이외의 모든 요인 간의 상관관계가 있음이 확인되었다. 가설검증 결과 계획된 행동이론에 근거한 모든 가설이 지지되었다. 계획 된 행동이론의 모형이 경로행동에 대한 영향요인을 측정 · 분석함으로써 사회복지 분야의 다양한 행동관련 연구에 활용될 수 있는 유용성을 재확인하였다.
